Burlington Import is the best car care service I have ever experienced. Terry is so friendly and welcoming, with some nice humor to boot. They always squeeze in my VW Bug and fix it within a timely manner and a reasonable price. I will continue to return and recommend Burlington Import and all of the great work they do.

I was here to get my car fixed. I was told that I should have a different motor because the job would be easier. The shop was cluttered and dirty. I spent a lot at Burlington Import, only to get the car fixed elsewhere.

Terry kept my wifes VW Jetta going for years, we were lucky to have such a great garage in town to fix VWs. Would only use Terry to work on VWs because of price, and quality of work. Honest & upfront, what else could you ask for.

Terry and Gary are great people and do what they can to get the job done!

They work on my Corrado whenever something is wrong, they know what they are doing and have been working on Volkswagens for a long time.

My husband and I lived in Kenosha County back in the 1990s. We learned about the BI auto repairs....owned by Jerry back then. As you got closer to the city of Burlington, you would see all the old style Beetles and vans running around town! We had all our repairs done on our VWs over 8 years. If you live in SE Wisconsin, I would highly recommend bringing your cars there for repairs. (I had heard of Chicago VW lovers getting their engine overhauls done in Burlington, WI!) The BI mechanics used to be a little bohemian but truly loved their cars and in fixing only what is needs to be repaired. On my VW Quantum5 which was serviced and repaired at BI, I put on over 125k, 2 exhausts, CV boots, 2 tranny seals...but no engine problems...and my car was still going strong at 240k when I eventually sold my VW...for an Audi!!! *****
