This place is slower than the DMV. One customer ahead of me and I was waiting for over half an hour. Only one rep at the counter, and he couldn’t care less about moving things along any faster

Gracie and Austen were so helpful! My phone wasnt connecting to the network, so they replaced the sim card free of charge. They were friendly, helpful, and even let my 4 year old use the restroom while we were waiting. They were efficient but thorough. The whole store was clean and tidy. The whole experience was 180° different from our experiences with the other store in town.

We showed up cause we wanted to switch carriers walked no one was there we walked around between 5 to 10 minutes no one showed up my wife called out in the back where she could here voices and didnt get a reply so we left

The store is good but the towers are overloaded in the area and you get zero usability during peak times. Barely over 1mbps

Saylor and Andrew are the best! They got me hooked up with 2 new iPhones and a watch, I have always had the best experiences at this store!! They don’t mind helping you and always stay positive

I have had the same phone for 7 years and its just ready to retire. My husband and I went in to the store to see what would he good for us. Mariana helped us and she was great. She got us good deals on the 2 new phones, added my 2 kids phones and gave us a good plan that wouldnt cost us an arm and leg. She helped us transfer our stuff from the previous phones and our phone numbers. Shes amazing and I would recommend her to anyone.

I went in today to get a new phone activated. Krystal waited on me and was extremely helpful. We had problems getting my old SIM to work in my new phone. She worked through the issue and was able to resolve the problem in a short amount of time. I would definitely recommend going to this business. I will be back and continue to do business with them.

Alexis at the Verizon by Idaho water sports is amazing! She helped us change from one plan to another and it took a couple hours and she stuck with it and never gave up! I recommend her to anyone!!!

Some of their employees would rather play on their phones than help customers. Other employees are freaking rockstars.

After a very negative experience at AT&T and the aspect of a very long wait for service at Verizon, I never go to Best Buy, I ended up at Bullfrog on a suggestion from my son. He had talked to these people at their County fair booth and he was impressed by them. We were treated very well right at the start. Valerie, in the Twin Falls, Idaho store, was courteous and friendly. She had a very ample amount of product knowledge and was able to answer most all of my questions. If I asked a question that was not in the normal main stream, she told me right off she didnt have the answer but would get it. She never pushed, hyped, or lied to me as most electronic sales people do now days. I bought exactly what I wanted although it was a very new model and she needed to order it. Her communication all through the process was excellent. If I had to describe her customer relations abilities in one word that word would be BEST . I will be back in the future for more products and I will be changing my phone service over to Bullfrog just as soon as my present contract is up. Valerie needs recognition for her outstanding customer service and abilities. Her methods, training, product knowledge, friendliness, and abilities are a model for all employee training, which in todays world is a lost art. Valerie is an excellent presentation of what is needed in sales people by any company in direct sales today. I am now retired but I spent my entire working life in sales and management and I know quality in this field when I see it.

I’ve been having issues with Verizon billing me after I cancelled my account back in February, Karessa helped me and even called customer care to try & get my issue resolved for me, instead of just having me do it myself. She did an awesome job, this store is lucky to have her as the manager.

I didnt want to upgrade my phone but it was that time. Ben made it a pleasant experience. The prices werent the cheapest but he did what he could to fit in my budget.

The customer service here is not very awesome at all. They want to charge for any kind of small service, things that ATT provides for free. ATT did stuff for my son who is with Verizon that Verizon itself would not do. This is why I am with ATT and not Verizon. Unfortunately my son doesnt have a choice to switch providers right now as he is on his dads account.

Went in and talked to Taylor Smith about getting my phone swapped over to a different one. She was so patient and getting my gmail set back up on the replacement phone I brought into the store. First they lied about the phone cover and signing up for Lifelock. Come to find out Lifelock doesnt even know about the deal they were lying to me about. Then they told me I could cancel the tablet from my plan any time that is a lie as I found out from Verizon corporate. It is a two year deal that they lied to me about. The screen protector I bought that is supposed to be a free replacement if it pops up turns out to be a lie too. The only thing they want to do is sell a person more junk and not stand behind their products or words. One of the biggest problems is if there is any kind of problem you have to go through the third party they will do nothing to help. When you do call all they do is put you on hold and transfer you to someone else and pass the problem around to someone else. I did this with them for two hours and still nothing was resolved. I had to call Lifelock and Verizon corporate to solve any problems. I also had to buy a separate screen protector for the phone as they did not honor their word or product. Dealing with this company and employees there is a nightmare. Save yourself the trouble and say away.

I will never go anywhere else. The staff is so friendly and Eva always helps me with all of my questions. Keep up the great work!
