They need to be a little more educated in what there selling, they tell you one thing on the phone then tell you something compleatly different when you come in, im not one to really like cricket in the first place but i hate contracts and high prices, they do have some descent prices but very little product and what they show most of is iPhone and sorry the iPhone is over priced and over rated to start with, my android has one camera and can do the same if not more then the iPhone can, the staff need better training thats a fact. they also need more staff to handle the clients i dont have time to stand in a line for nearly an hr waiting wile they try and figure out what to do about something they dont know about, i was 40 minutes late to work but i had to get my phone fixed. that god my boss was understanding.

Great phone plans for very cheap, customer service is always good, the ladys there are very nice.

Went in to find out what they could offer that might beat our no contract service now & ended up purchasing a phone & theyre no contract service for my wife. The girls there are absolutely great help & informative. So much so Im going back payday to get my phone & plan.

She is always so helpful, and patient with me. Since I have problems understanding all this modern new stuff 😁

The staff was unfit to be working in this field! They wont admit when theyve made mistakes, and literally embarrassed us in front of other customers!! I had been a long time customer with Cricket, but dealing with these uneducated losers changed that...

I have been with cricket for many years theyve never failed me.. Only thing i dont like.. Is the customer service in my area.. Girls arent very friendly. Make you feel like making them work is a huge impission...work ethic sucks.

Understaffed, no options for phones. The customer service is horrible, not one person will tell you hello or ask how youre doing. They look at you and have no answers for you. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

They suck I was riped off for 67.50 my phone was shut off and they tried to steel 20. 00 dollars for some scam.
