I brought in a list of things I needed done on my work truck and they were able to get everything done right there. They were professional and timely. I am glad they are an approved place for me to bring my truck too. I will be back!

Went out there for Business ended up getting a 2-3 inch gash in my tire. Shawn asked me to call my warranty for my truck and got the tire the next day and saved me from paying out of pocket for a new tire. Shawn is very professional and has great customer service.

My car broke down and I walked to this awesome place and Shawn called an auto parts store for me. Not only did they help but did it for FREE! Definitely go here for your car needs.

Had transmission fluid and filter changed and oil change. Transmission hasn’t worked right since. I first start it have to cycle between R D and N a few times before it will move. They also pulled wires out of my air conditioner compressor and cost me $2600 to get it fixed. Said they couldn’t work on air conditioners.

Mr.Zambrano is an awesome guy! I normally go to Walmart but it was closed so I decided to go to Quick Lane. I will never go anywhere else unless its an emergency situation! All the staff was 100% and had great service!

Excellent Service and great coffee.Roman Zambrano is very knowledgeable and professional. The Works is a great value and it helps identify any upcoming issues. They do not pressure you to fix things that dont need fixing which convinces me of their honesty. Quick Lane also has a waiting area with a full view of the garage so you can always see what the mechanics are working on with your vehicle.I had specific issue with my truck and was concerned it would need some front end work. A simple rotation of the tires eliminated the slight wobble I was having.Great location for auto service and the prices are reasonable.

Took my car in because it didnt sound right.They diagnosed the problem as my water pump.Had it replaced in 3 hours and havent had any problems since. Everything was explained and the price was reasonable. Definitely cheaper than taking it to the dealership. Ill for sure be back next time I need service.

Sat here for two hours while they changed my cars oil. No lie, I dropped off my car and walked across the street to do some shopping and when I came back they hadnt touched it. I actually sat in the lobby and watched their tech eat his lunch, converse with buddies and take several personal phone calls before he even looked at my car. Very, very unprofessional. Perhaps thats why I was the only customer in here.. should have known. The front desk lady is nice but I will NEVER visit this establishment again.

They hardley ever disappoint me. They manage to get things done that everywhere else says that cant do. Pretty quick service meaning your not here all day trying to get something done. I was only disappointed once when i had just bought a car and it was time for the oil to be changed. I first took it to walmart and they said they cant because the plug on my oil pan was stripped. So i brought it over here to the quick lube and they took it off and showed it to me and we got another one ordered. Well my next oil change came around and guess what they told me the exact same thing again. Which was crazy because i just paid for the new one they put on so whoever did my oil change messed the new one up amd i refused to have to pay for another one. They never apolized for this and they just put the same one back on and told me to check for leaks. But other than that ive still came here every time!

Awful they charged me 88 dollars to tell me a few things wrong with just the right front wheel of my car. They didnt check any of the rest of my car or tell me they were going to charge me anything when I took it in. I asked if they would tighten my axle nut is all I asked for and they kept my car for 6 hours. Not satisfied and rude customer service.

Bryan- the service manager gave me a quote of $150.00 to evac. and recharge the A/C system after he and his mechanic inspected my vehicle. He told me it would only take 1 to 1 1/2 hours to complete the service. After an additional $10 part and 4 hours later, a bill for $245.00. This guy is robbing people at the cash register. Dont go here!!!
