New in town, single female, with no automotive knowledge...so me &my car were BOTH WRECKED, simultaneously! The people here atBlevins were life savers! The Paint has dirt or something under it.. My console was scratched. Wet towels left in vehicle. Used parts left in vehicle.

Went to have a trim piece painted. When I went inside to get it I notice the owner (Yes the owner) was quick to let me know that if I unlocked my truck he would put it inside while I paid. So I paid the $358 and went to my truck. When I got inside I looked at the piece and noticed that the lines were very jagged on the bottom some were 3/4” jagged. I took it back in to show him and his response was that the material that was painted on (Plastic)was not allowing the paint to stick. How do you know there is a defect and not tell the customer? The jagged lines were from someone not allowing the paint to fully dry before removing the tape. I will never use this company again.

The quality of work was pretty decent. Everything was blended and aligned correctly. The only issue that may arise is that they are inundated with a lot of work, so plan for your vehicle to be there for a while.

The man I met was just awful. From the get go I asked him a question and all I got was a childish response. He rolled his eyes and gave me a dirty look and he went on to treat my fiance like trash. He made a sexist comment and acted as though I had no right to talk to him at all. If you can, go ANYWHERE else. Ive been in brownwood for a year and hes the absolute most disrespectful person Ive met in this town. Its not worth it, go to Abilene.

They will work with you on tow/storage fee sometimes.

Horrible body shop!!! Poor quality work!!! When we picked our vehicle up there was a run in the paint and the inside door leach was broke!!! Have to bring it back to get fixed!!!
