Good Honest Professional People. I took my 2013 ford f150 to them because my engine was overheating. The mechanic told me exactly what was wrong and even showed me the broken part. Which was my Water outlet that was leaking coolant. Ive rarely seen mechanics as honest and good as the service I got at Royce Miller. They deserve a 5 star rating. Pricing was very affordable and you pay for excellent work. I drove my truck back home without any problems. I would highly reccomend these guys if you want excellent service. Not to mention they were very kind. Personally this is my favorite mechanic in brownwood. I will definitely be coming back in the future!!!!

Not sure if I caught them on a bad day or what because I’ve heard great things about them and they have great reviews. I was referred to them by a local shop because I was told they handle older trucks. I get passed off to a gentleman about my question to put a new 350 engine in a 72 Chevy. The guy responds “I don’t have time to do that” and just hangs up the phone. I felt like that was extremely rude and not the level of customer service his reviews reflect. Like I said, maybe I caught him at a bad time and day.

After visiting multiple automotive shops who didnt want to work on my car, I tried here they instantly knew what was wrong and fixed it in just 2 days. Very friendly owner and great prices. This is the only shop I will be taking me car to from now on!

My fiancé drives a Honda Fit, she was having issues with the A/C compressor. I took the car here to get some work done. When I told him the make and model, he told me that he can’t help me because he won’t work on foreign cars.I guess he doesn’t realize that Ford and GM produces most of the vehicle in China, France, UK, and Mexico and simply assemble them in the US. He also probably doesn’t know that Toyota is the only manufacturer to build any vehicle 100% in the US.
