Brooks Rule did an exceptional job of working with me to insure all issues were addressed. The only issue we had was the limited payment options when compared to other hearing aid companies. Would like to have seen a 90 day or one year interest free plan. The trial period was a major factor along with the customer service. The hearing aid units were satisfactory after some adjustments.

I really enjoyed our visit, staff was very friendly. Brooks explained very thorough. My son and I left with better understanding on what is and isn’t needed, management and ways for relief. I wish most audiologist had the patience and knowledge like his. Recommended on my behalf.

Mr. Rule took the extra time to accommodate my needs, and explained everything in terms I could understand. Would highly recommend this location to anyone who suffers from hearing loss.

I visited the Brownsville location various times securing information to help fit my 88 year old mother with hearing aids. We struggled to schedule an appointment, because of her reluctance. Finally, she was fitted, under the very professional guidance of Brooks and Vanessa. Upon arrival at home, and after several initial hours with the devices in, she decided she did not want to deal with this, for the rest of her life. After all the encouragement my brother and I could give her, she simply decided against them. Brooks & Vanessa provided professional, courteous, respectful service to my mother and I. While I could see visible improvement for the time she wore them, she suddenly decided she did not want or need them, and I abided by her wishes. The Brownsville staff provided very good service, despite my mothers ultimate decision.

I had the best experience ever the doctor was so polite and easy to talk to. He explained everything in detail and we couldnt be happier with the hearing aids. Vanessa was of great help as well, shes on top of her game with appointments and making sure you receive the best treatment possible.

Great place made me and my wife feel very safe. The staff were very freindly and so informative. Even when we didnt understand they would re explain things more than once. Very good people. Polite careing and understanding. My wife needed the hearing aids and we were willing to get them but afterwards we did the math. It was just not possible. I have had other hearing aides but this is the best support I have ever had. I also am very comfortable wearing the aids.11/17/2020. I just picked up my new hearing aide. It is a duplicate of my firat set but I wanted a second set in case I needed to have one set sent in for repair.
