Very bad customer service . Went about a week ago with my mother to get her hearing test done and the specialist was VERY RUDE and upon that late to the appointment she was about 20 minutes late . She was not even in the office at all. Asked the receptionist a couple of questions and she did not know anything at all !!! She stated she did not work in the position and did not know anything of the front business because she worked in the back . I believe that for my mother to be recommended to this place is for a reason and will be treated right ! To top it off the specialist was in a very bad mood . In my opinion what the point to work with elderlies if you do not have the patients to treat them right . I sure do recommended for you all to get you business straighten out and find yourself some better office employees and a GOOD hearing specialist !!!

I purchased a set of Hearing Aids from this location on Alameda in Corpus Christi. The cost was over $5000 for both ears. I only wore them a few times. I got sick and did not work for awhile and could not afford the payments I paid $500 down then was to pay $300 per month. I only made a $100 monthly payment. Had them approx a month and a half. I took them back in perfect condition. I only wore them 2 times The owner/manager would only refund me 10% of what I had already paid. And told me he could not resale them due to they had been registered to me. When in fact the ones he sold me where not even in the packaging that belong to the hearing aids I had purchased. I paid a total of $600 and received a $80 refund. Pretty sad when they are going to turn around and resale them for $5000. Please be aware of the terms and make sure you can hear with them.
