Highly recommended!! I found Bavarian Pro on Yelp for brake fluid and oil change for my e92 M3, and I am so glad to have found them. It is difficult for me to find mechanic shops that I can trust and is familiar with M cars but Bavarian Pro specializes only in BMWs! They already know my car and what I needed when I called to inquired about their services. They really are professionals from start to finish; responsive, transparent and knowledgeable. I scheduled my appointment via text messages, and they were super accommodating with my schedule. They have a lounge for me to work while I waited for the car and offered a loaner car if I needed to be somewhere! They even washed and vacuumed my car at the end for free. The best part, I did not pay anywhere close to what a dealership would have charged. I highly recommend Bavarian Pros to all BMW, especially M car owners.

Bavarian Professionals have maintained my 94 540i since 2000. I have little to complain about. When available they provide me with a loaner, no charge.They explain in detail the condition of major areas; brakes, fluids, tires, suspension, etc. They take care of business.They charge less than the dealerships and can fix almost anything on my car. I have used other auto shops, but I always come back to Bav Pros. I give them a thumbs up. 👍

Able to book an appointment for the next day when I called. Called with an update and cost and followed up when the work was done later that afternoon. I was able to pick up and pay quickly, and they washed my car. Great service and worth the cost.

Great people, great work, and as friendly as can be. Got a tune and spark plug change to go along with it. Waiting for the ecu to get fully adapted to the tune but can already can feel the extra torque which is significant. It’s refreshing to see nothing but BMW’s in their shop. I used Bavarian motors first time in March 2021 for replacement of a battery for my BMW 328. Bavarian professionals bent over backwards for me on a Friday before a holiday weekend!! We had a MINI Cooper become stranded in Berkeley while on a road trip and they did not hesitate to help us out! Had a adaptive headlight malfunction error which disappeared and the day I brought it in but was replaced by an excessive battery drain error message. It turned out I hadn’t driven much for a while and the light error was related to battery not getting charged. Good to get a loaner car and no wait plus very good explanation of the issues once done. Overall smooth and easy experience and feel I can trust these guys for honest evaluation of my cars needs.

Came in for misc diagnostic and a brake service, they told me my brakes were good and didn’t need replacing. Would have never known better if they had replaced them, but they chose the honest way. This speaks volumes on their trustworthiness. A+ customer service A+ quality of work

I have been using Bav Pros ever since my first 2000 528 was out of warranty and I challenged the dealership regarding replacements of some pullys. From the Start, I have realized, this operation gives you the information you need to make the best decisions, including waiting on service say 2-4k miles if it is better timing.They do great work, at times, they have fixed issues that other shops could not understand, and that is because they understand BMW vehicles and have experience.I do not challenge what they feel is best for the vehicle maintenance, they can be a bit more costly than some, but in the long run...I feel, one gets ones value from the degree of service and more. They now also have more loaner cars which also helps. Perhaps that is why, I am close to 250k miles on that 2000 528, and I have other models which are also well maintained with Bav Pros help.

I did my work in their comfortable waiting area and car was washed cleaned and service done in about 1.5 hours, very fast and accurate.My first visit was for Dinan upgrade parts, Eric did some custom work on a midpipe that was unexpected and did not charge me more. Honest and legit.Once a year maintenance for my BMW that I rarely drive. I trust whatever services Eric recommend to be necessary, he doesnt upsell or come up with services that is not needed at the time as I have heard from actual BMW dealerships, and those dealership prices are usually higher.Just got a new Mini for my son, will be bringing it to Eric when time comes.

Eric is all you could ever hope for in a service advisor; this guy operates with a surgeons preciseness. His level of personal attention, pure knowledge and professionalism is second to none. Now, this type of service doesn’t come cheap but nothing worth having is. My 5 series had been sitting for over a year so I was a little nervous when I dropped it off but six days later it had the performance of a corvette. I hadn’t driven it in so long I forgot about its capabilities and the torque was alarming! Engine was misfiring often on rapid acceleration sending out “Service Engine.Soon” indicators. Eric first tried swapping coils and later replaced a faulty plug. The misfiring condition first improved then reappeared in a few weeks.Eric then noticed I have a SULEV emission coverage and recommended fixing the problem through the dealer. After testing coil swaps the dealer replaced all six coils. The problem has not reappeared.

Absolutely the best! Theyve been looking after my 330i for over 15 years. I wouldnt trust anyone else to service it.

I know when I take my cars here I am going to be taken care of. I deal mostly with Marta and Nino. They are experts in their field and they are more than willing to take the time and explain the inner workings of the Ultimate Driving Machine. In my opinion, their prices are at least half of the dealership and you still receive the same level of service, if not better. There is never a hard sell to do unnecessary repairs or service. I feel as if they work with you to get the most from your car. I dont even think twice when it comes time to take my car in for service or repairs and neither should you.

I brought my BMW 535xi E61 to Bavarian Professionals after hearing about their service from my friend of his 1988 M5. He’s used them for years and believe in their service and professionalism. I decided to trust my vehicle to them to change my Oil Filter Housing Gaskets and Install Dinan’s Stage 2 Software. The cost to change the Oil Filter Housing Gasket was about $250.00 less than what Niello BMW had quoted me. The installation of the Dinan Stage 2 Software has greatly improved the performance of the vehicle. Eric was my Service Advisor, who was great in explaining what would be done, how much time would be needed to complete the tasks, and provided me with a “loaner” vehicle. Everything worked perfectly for me.I will use Bavarian Professionals again and recommend to anyone who wants a trusted vehicle repair shop.

These guys saved me a couple hundred bucks on a repair that might have costed be about 1000$! I didnt have much to do or say to the representative up front. I walked in, he asked what was wrong and about how much it would cost. I walked out, picked up the next day and paid about the cost of his estimate. If you own a BMW and have a repair that you are not quite certain about, this is the spot! They got the work done in a timely manner and walked out a very happy customer!

I cannot say enough good things about Bavarian Professionals. Enroute to LA from far NorCal, our BMW went into limp-mode. BavPros took care of us first thing the next day, replacing the malfunctioning coils and getting us back on the road by late morning. These folks were super! Courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and very sympathetic to our unfortunate situation of being stranded in unfamiliar territory in the midst of the pandemic. Eric provided great recommendation to replace tires with Michelin run flats for slightly more cost on my 2013 X3. Smoother, much less harsh ride vs. the OEM Pirelli run flats.

I was going to bring my car to get serviced here but when I went into the main office, a member of the staff had taken off her mask and was talking indoors with no mask on. It is clear they do not take COVID-19 seriously here as the CDC does mandate that masks be worn indoors at all time.

My first visit was due to an unplanned failure of the mechatronic system that controls the transmission, which happened at 141,000 miles. I have routinely worked with Nemo and Eric, and they have always provided honest and timely estimates and repairs. Since then, I have visited Bavarian Professionals for front brakes and rotors, new tires, rear brakes and rotors, oil changes, brake fluid flushes, a transfer case oil change and other minor issues.An example of their honesty and service stems from a visit where I needed my brakes changed. I have been going to independent BMW dealers in California for ages as I have had many BMWs. Im not a gearhead at all. But these guys have not only been professional but accommodating when I was commuting from Berkeley to Davis and needed after hours drop offs and pick ups as I rotated between 2 Beemers. They have done pre purchase checks, Opps I ran over a big cement parking stop checks, helped me buy a Roundie once and my sad change to a SUV. I tend to drive my cars up to the 200,000 miles mark so the relationship gets pretty cosy at a certain mileage. I think all the drivers know how to get to my home address. Everyone there has worked there a long time it seems. And with my schedule it was great to pick up a cleaned and washed car even when I had a German Shepherd! I have a 2018 BMW M2 (Dinan P4 Package) where I was having issues with constant drivetrain malfunctions. After reaching out to several Dinan ADs and bringing my car to one shop they were unable to repair my car. I looked online and saw that Bavarian Professionals was an AD so I decided to give them a shot where I wouldnt regret this decision. Eric and team at Bavarian Professionals were able to diagnose and fix the issue while providing the best customer service Ive experienced.
