I can’t stand to be nickel and dimed I dropped off a pre-labeled package that wasn’t taped at the top. He puts tape on it and asks for $1.09. It’s only one dollar that’s not the problem. I’ve never been to a ups store that they didn’t just tape it. They get paid for the drop off and the 5 cents worth of tape should be a courtesy. He should have told me before he taped it. Then I coulda have made the decision.

Nick is always so helpful and gives great saving advice. I can even email him what I need, time and he will have it ready for me. I have had nothing but positive experiences each time.

Very unorganized.Owner was not proficient in use of computers or scanners. Three people working, and it required all three of their collective efforts to serve one person at a time. I was there for almost a half hour to have one document scanned.Was charged $6.46, and when I questioned it, she lowered the price to $4.30This was for one page, containing a copy of a reciept, to be scanned to my email.I will not return, and do not recommend their services.

They charge for printing a shipping package and tape after already printing out a shipping label.

Always fast and responsive. The folks that run this location are very kind. I cant speak to prices (though I expect theyre standardized across the company), but I choose them over other services and locations for the people and customer experience.

With a combination of friendly staff and great customer service this UPS is surely the best when I visited. Good location and very reasonable prices. I turn in my Direct tv things here and they take care of it all the time. Another thing that I am very satisfied with is the amazon returns . All I have to do is bring my package to the store and show them a QR code and I am not charged a dime! Overall 10/10 store. Best in the area

Had a SUPER stressful day at work and had to drop off an Amazon package after work..after getting my active 2 year old. Child wanted to run around as soon as we got inside but the guy working laughed and played with him. Put the scanner light on his shirt and was just very friendly. He helped make my evening better than my day. :) service was quick also!

We dropped off a package with a prepaid label to send to Amazon. NORMALLY when I drop a package off at the Dowlen store, I receive a confirmation from Amazon saying the have noted the return and that money would be refunded once the package arrived. Fair enough. Never had a problem. They scan the bar code in front of me and a few minutes I received the confirmation.Didn’t happen at this location, (College St.). We chose not to get a receipt because COVID was just beginning to emerge. We were afraid. Our heath is well worth it however this is a big mistake. ALWAYS get a receipt. They will scan your package in front of you, then you have a tracking number. Whoever chose to steal the product in the package received a $7 bread dough hook. I hope they make a lot of bread.Amazon still shows “return started”. I will NEVER use this location again. It was a man. That’s all I will say.

The one on Dowlen is 100% better. Even though Amazon said they were paying for packaging and postage for a return on a small bracelet, the owner tried to charge me for an envelope. I showed him the Amazon return information that clearly stated that all I had to do was show my code and he still tried to charge me for an envelope. I went to the one on Dowlen and I didn’t have to pay for anything. It’s very clear that this location shouldn’t do Amazon returns because he lies to his customers. I will never go to this location again. He tries to rip people off. I can’t say that I’m surprised because he owns a few businesses and he does this at all of them.

I went to this UPS location a couple days ago to mail out some documents/get a few documents notarized. I was stressed with all kinds of things I needed to do in order to mail these documents, and the staff couldn’t have been more kind and helpful.
