UPS is a joke! Somehow while I’m AT HOME with my gate unlocked and my phone loud so I can easily hear the phone if I get a call from the gate anyways, I still get the message that I’m no available and they will try again TOMORROW, some people actually work and have been this whole year, so when I would like to call the LOCAL store and get some kind of help of course I get transferred to call center in India who are so skilled they can’t even put me on, or take me off hold correctly……. Then I automatically get their fake survey at the end in which because I rated low scores I also get a message saying the survey ISNT AVAILABLE 🤣 literally AFTER just did it!! Literally a JOKE!

The Ladies at the UPS store are always so amazing and so nice. Never have to worry about my packages they always take such good care of everything. And with a smile. 5 star service and I Highly recommend them. Thanks so much!!! Please keep up the great work.

! The service at this location was so amazing and I’m truly appreciative. All the girls in the store were so pleasant. They were all happy and attentive. Even as people walked in they were sure to keep in mind who was there first as they multitask. I needed some documents notarized and sent to my husband immediately. I thought this was going to be a long process but I was in and out in 15 minutes. Ariel was so quick and then the ladies on the register were so sweet. I believe her name was Stephanie. She was new so but she did great with providing me options. Unique even gave me a book of coupons! Too sweet! Thank you ladies!

They’re always super nice and helpful whether it be picking up mail, shipping packages, or anything else I need to do. Each time I walk in I’m greeted with a smile and hello by Ms. Krista, Ms. Ariel, and or Ms. Unique. Definitely is a great place.

We have used their postal service for about 3 years. They are a great group of people. They have worked through tough times with the surge in business during the Pandemic. Even though they are extremely busy, they remember your name and greet you. Thank you for help.

Would never recommend. Went for my lives and had to wait. Will not recommend. Go out of town. I dont recommend any place in Beaumont. Everything is over crowded and annoying.

Called to make sure they do fingerprints, was told yes until 16:00. Traveled 30 mins was here at 15:00. Now told I have to wait until she is off her break! SMH. This is a premium service establishment. Please dont waste peoples time and dont tell people things that are not accurate.

I have tried to come to this location on a few different occasions. Only Once was able to actually speak to anybody besides being ignored.I had an appointment. I arrived and was not greeted in fact was ignored. Then when the employee did arrive he took customers out of order. One of the worst locations I have ever had the and displeasure of working with

Lost my package after I dropped it off on December 9th, They blamed it on UPS who scans packages inside the trucks not in store. I will not take another package to this location and have advise friends and family not to trust this location.Why would you allow UPS to not scan packages prior to loading onto the truck. This company takes no responsibility for their actions.Very poor service

Came here twice for notary public assistance. They were very helpful. It wasn’t expensive as I thought it would be. Good experience so far.

Have been here twice now to return items bought from amazon, both times I have gotten little to no help with my returns. both times I had e-mails with labels on my phone, and was told they would not work. will not be back!!

Excellent staff and well organized shop. They printed my return label from my email when my new laptop HDD crashed. Always friendly and accommodating.

Awful customer service!!! Two separate visits and Jessica was beyond rude. I don’t know how you keep an employee that is that rude. Who asks a person if they have money to pay the fee. If I’m there i obviously have money to pay for what I need. Nick was helpful and polite.

I have had a box with this UPS store for over ten years. The employees there are like family. Yes, UPS charges a little more for this and that but a rip-off? I THINK NOT! It is nice to have these services available and to always be treated like family.

That blonde-haired girl who works there is TOTALLY RUDE. They have another employee who has a wife who has some kind of illness. My husband was coughing and she asked if he had the flu- told her not sure. She then proceeded to tell me that I should have told her so that they could have worn masks.Hey, it is not the customers duty to tell anybody who works at a public facility whatever illness we have!!!! Its a private thing, right!!!!If she is concerned of her co-worker, they should have worn masks all the time to protect themselves from contracting any illnesses their customers they have with them. It is public knowledge that if they want to protect themselves from contracting illnesses from others, they should wear some protective items so they wont get it and get themselves infected and/or infect their family or friends who live with them.To that blond-haired girl employee, pls improve your customer service skills so that your customers will keep coming back. There are other UPS stores that we can go to with employees who have GREAT customer service skills.

Worst place ever to hold a UPS store box. Get harassing phone calls from Nick complaining that I have packages and he had to move them. This is your job you get paid to work at a UPS store where there are boxes and packages. I will be taling my business somewhere else.

This place is an absolute joke. I was forced to go to this facility because i was on my way to palm springs from riverside. The blonde haired woman named Jessica that helped me was extremely rude and challenged everything i said to her in a very rude tone. She asked if i had ever been to their store before, and i said NO. She then asked me for id... i explained i didnt have my wallet with me then asked why i needed an id?? She pointed to a sign and said thats our policy cant u see the sign? I was completly startled with her rude response. I then asked why i need id as i send packages weekly from different locations and have never been asked for id? She then responded i thought u said u have never been here before all in response to me saying i send out packages weekly without being asked for id. DOES THAT MEAN I SEND PACKAGES OUT FROM YOUR FACILITY WEEKLY?? NO IT DOESNT!! Everything i said to her i was rudely challenged by her so i just grabbed my package and left disgusted by her rudeness. Sorry Beaumont UPS store u just just missed out on a overnight package that u would have pocketed at least $100 because u would rather talk rudely and challenge the customer than to do a good business transaction. I should have takin the advice from other reviews i had read that explained clearly what a joke this store is. DONT GO THERE ITS NOT A FRIENDLY PLACE!!

I would give it zero if it were possible. I just went there to drop of a pre prepared ups package and to get pistage for a letter. There was ine oerson in line. An old man by the name of Nick (I think) was helping someone. As he got done he asked the person in line how he could help. I made the mistake of just hand I g him my package which only needed to be taken. I was frowned upon and then OBVIOUSLY ignored. I guess theyve got plenty of business. I will find a better place, tho.

I hope it will be a pleasant it doesnt take much to piss me off.

I went in there this afternoon to ship a Nikon scope to Nikon in Los Angeles, and they refused to ship it, saying that it was a gun part. Then they became rude and told me to take it somewhere else. I havent been in that store for a long time, and now I remember why. Jerks.
