Ive frequented American Office Solutions for years. I especially appreciate the quick, efficient US Postal services, as well as notary when you need it. Its my go-to place for mailing, thats for sure.New owners, Karina and Tatiana, are great!

Good place to get your USPS shipping done. It even smells good! The employees are professional and flat out nice. There are other places I could go, but I like doing business here. I can get office supplies, pretty stamps, and a nice smelling candle in one fell swoop lol.

The girls that work there are awesome with the best customer service!!! Awesome place!!

I love this business and its even better since they moved to their new location. Jamie Wagner and her staff is always so helpful no matter what I ask of them. I belong to PASS AREA SUPPORTING SOLDIERS who packs lots of boxes to send to the trooops and just today we mailed 53 boxes to the troops. They are all wonderful to deal with. THANKS TO YOU ALL

I go there because it is a bit more convenient than the Post Office, but thats the only reason. They have the RUDEST staff Ive ever seen...especially the guy that works there! He treats you like youre a moron if you dont know all things postal related. He appears to hate his job and people for that matter. This time was my last time going. They dont deserve my business.

Got in and out quickly, however if you have to run in with kids they are so rude more concerned that they might touch something then what you the adult are needing to do. They made my kids and myself very uncomfortable and my boys stayed right next to me my son just touched a key chain and the lady snapped at him, then proceeded to complain about how all the customers all day had their kids with them. News flash people have kids!!!!

Dropped off package and asked about tracking number and staff was rude and said to take a picture of label. Taking business elsewhere now

The extremely nasty old woman that seems to run this place was so rude to me and my wife we refuse to return here, even if it means driving all the way to Redlands.
