THE HYBRIDS ARE TOO HOT AND TOO HARD, THEY ARE NOT FORTHCOMING ABOUT THEIR POLICIES DURING THE SHOWROOM SELL. We were told we had a YEAR to return or exchange while we got the grand tour of the showroom, laid on numerous mattresses, remembering how much I really liked the very first one we laid on but, the sales lady was quick to upsale. Neither of us liked it, too hot and too hard, we realized it after a night of sleeping on it. The cover they sell you is supposed to make the mattress cooler, thats a joke, Even a manager called me and said there was NOTHING they could do.They have these policies, because so many call back unhappy. Read their reviews,, if they havent already deleted them.They dont tell you about the policy upfront because youd probably never buy from them if you knew.Even after 45 days, its still hot and still too hard, we were made to keep it 45 days per their policy we werent told about til after the fact.The motorized bases are totally non-refundable. Ofcourse, they dont tell you that either. You should be able to leave LESS than one star.

Krystie made our lives better by helping us find the right mattress! My husband and I had a stressful, cross-country move and the first thing we needed was a great mattress to set up our new home. I have not slept this good maybe ever lol! I used to suffer from neck/shoulder pain and now I know it was my old mattress. I will never go back to blindly purchasing a mattress online or at a big box store again. Go local, this store specifically takes their time with you, doesn’t rush you. Bought a mattress and box spring floor sample supposed to be on sale for the “discounted price” of approximately $750 to make my disabled veteran son comfortably after discharge from the hospital after a debilitating accident. After delivery, my son sat on it and said it was too hard to be comfortable for him. It was not slept on. I requested to exchange it for another set and was told no, that there is a no return policy on sale items, even though I was willing to pay more for an upgrade. I will be selling this new set online, purchasing a new one elsewhere, and will NOT recommend this store to anyone.

Mr. Tim was the mattress consultant that I spoke to. He was very knowledgeable and went through the whole picking a perfect mattress process with me. I wasnt sure what kind of mattress I liked, but with his guidance, I was able to find the one! I loved his personality and he wasnt pushy. I would rate my service with him to be 5 stars.The reason for 4 stars was because I was told that my mattress would be delivered to me between 8am-11am on a Sat. They did not come until 3 pm. That is a huge time discrepancy!Kudos to Tim, he got my approval, but the delivery service needs to be on time.

I have never shopped for a mattress before. Like most people, Googles findings provided too much info and not enough answers. After going to several mattress stores, I wound up here.The service was good at most places, but paled in comparison to the educational service I got from Hans. He patiently worked my girlfriend and I through his process of finding what we liked, then finding our comfortable price. I couldve taken my newfound knowledge to another store, but the price difference was under $100 and what I got from Hans was so much higher quality. Both service and product.I give Hans 5 stars on ALL points, yet am reserving the companys 5 stars until the bed is delivered in a few days. At this point in my experience, you owe it to yourself to at least stop in and talk to Hans.

The customer service was phenomenal. First I called and spoke with Krystie about what I wanted. Once arrived at the store she greeted me, shook my hand(dirty and all), and then proceed to show me the inventory. Hans was with another customer which he finished while i was still there and also assisted Krystie with helping me find the right and best item. While Krystie was finalizing the sale, Hans went to the back, got some plastic wrapped my item up, helped me load it in the rain and I left very satisfied.

Screwed up my matress order then took over a month to deliver...very bad communication. I called about my matress often and different people answered and had know idea who i was. Could have at least given me some money off for the long wait and false delivery promises. Wished i would have just bought online. Online has better service and delivers fast and easy to get a refund. I wouldnt want to fight about getting a refund from mattress direct that would probably never go through and id just end up poor with no mattress.... got taken again
