I had some shower doors installed with specific hardware requirements for the finish. Upon install the shower hooks were a complete different finish and the hardware was polished vs Matte finish. After contacting them via text email and way too many calls for over a month they finally switched the towel hooks to match the hardware. Overall its not the finish i was originally seeking but they now match. I spent WAY too much time getting them to come finish/ replace. The plus side is that the doors are heavy duty and installed well and promptly and look great.

I called 6-7 times over 2 weeks with no response. My landlord had previously used this company to install the back glass door so I thought I’d do the same, looks like they don’t want repeat business. It was actually a piece of broken glass from the last time that flung up and broke the new glass even though we were being very careful with the weed eater. If this company thoroughly cleaned things up, I wouldn’t be out another $400+.

I called in my order for a piece of glass (about 14 x 48) for the top of a buffet I made. My order was placed over the phone and ready the next day. The piece was cut to the correct dimensions, the edges nicely polished to remove the sharp edges. This is a small South Austin shop, a little hard to find, but I was very happy with the product.

My store was vandalized by what appears to be a bb gun shot. I called A Better View Glass Company and they came out and took measurements immediately. They told me how to secure the store front myself, and they assured me that the repair would be complete the next day. Sure enough, they had the safety glass installed within 24 hours. Very professional service. I hope no one would need their emergency services, but if you do give them a call. Great retail decor options as well.

They did a nice job installing shower glass for me but now the door needs to be adjusted and there is a leak. I have been calling and even stopping by the shop and they won’t return my call. Rey finally returned the call and he just never showed up. Now he won’t respond again. Now I have to get a new company involved to fix their mistakes.

These guys were great, had a custom mirror job that nobody else in Austin was able to do, and these guys did a great job. really went above and beyond.

You know the one thing bussines need to have is not just a great product but also great customer service and this guys do offer great customer service. Get your glass here guys
