Great little frame shop in arbor trails shopping center. These guys are quick, reasonably priced and have built me like a dozen awesome frames! I highly recommend them!

Wrinkled my license in three places and my Doctorate diploma in one place!!! Fastframe took nearly two months to complete but it looks like a cheap 10 minute job!! I was promised 30 years of experience, but it looks like they gave my frame to a novice. I would expect more perfection for a nearly $400 job. Extremely disappointed in fastrame’s quality and honesty.***UPDATE*** I returned to fast frame where they agreed to fix the frame with in one week. They ironed out all the wrinkles, re- cut and centered both mats and changed out the frame which was given to me with chipped paint.There were still imperfections in the cut of one of the frames in the corner, which they said was from the machine used to cut the mats. I was refunded the cost of the matting material.Overall I am happy with the general design and appearance of both frames. I wish they would pay more attention to detail before returning my frames. Also it seemed there was no one person who worked on my frame exclusively so there is no accountability.

I had a great experience at this place. I interacted with Matthew and Carol and they were both super friendly and knowledgeable. They customized my frame to exactly what I needed. The service is extremely professional and I am so excited with the result! Thank you to everyone at FastFrame and Ill definitely be coming back as I collect more art!

We love, love, love Matthew at Fast Frame. We save up piles of artwork to bring to him because he is SO good at making all our art look amazing. He has such a creative eye, and he is also an absolute gem of a human. The few minutes we get to hang out with him while he is helping us out with our frames is always like catching up with your coolest best friend. So, take that pile of artwork youve been hoarding to Matthew and thank me later.

I’ve had 8 or so pieces framed by Fast Frame in the past year and have been so impressed each and every time. Matthew is great. He has spent upward of 45 minutes with me comparing mats and frames, being gentle and patient and sharing so much expertise to ensure the finished product is perfect. I especially appreciate that he always offers different pricing options, and have never felt pressured to choose something more expensive than I expected. Definitely will continue to use them for all my framing needs!

FastFrame does fantastic work! I have been collecting and custom framing artwork for a decade and 1/2 and I have *never* encountered anyone that does as good of work as FastFrame. And they are consistent. Everything comes out perfect and *exactly* like I wanted it EVERY time. I can not say that of any other frame shop I have dealt with and in 15 years, I have worked with quite a few. Taking *anything* important and that is not easily replaceable to a shop like Michael’s / Aaron Brother’s or Hobby Lobby is generally a mistake because it really a roll of the dice if your art may end up damaged... And with something irreplaceable, that is hardly a chance worth taking. They may not wear silly cotton gloves, but I have never had anyone take as much care with my art while it’s in their possession. Beyond all of that, they take *pride* in their work and it shows EVERY time. There is an overall attention to detail that gets SO completely lost in larger shops, especially larger chain operations that quite frankly have an *obscene* amount of turnover. Just think about, do you really want someone barely making above min wage as a part time job while they study art or photography, who was likely trained by someone else with probably 2 yrs experience (or less) handling something that is at the very least valueable enough to you to custom frame it and display it in your home for presumably the *rest of your life*... Or do you want to maybe spend a bit more with the confidence that everything was done ABSOLUTELY right the first time. Custom framing is an investment, FastFrame is a *very* sound investment in bringing beauty into your home. And tell Matthew that Matt says, Hi!He is AWESOME.

Friendly, skilled, and most importantly they brought a patient artistic eye to everything that they made for me. They do not just create with rote technical skill. They are artists and what they produce shows it. Suggestions and the final product will enhance what you bring to them.

I needed to get my sisters wedding guest book hot foil stamped, and I left it to sort of last minute, and they were very helpful and put a rush on the order to make sure the guest book was ready in time. The guest book looked great and the customer service was A++.

This was an awesome experience from start to finish. I brought in a print to frame for my wife as a gift. The staff was friendly and helpful. I picked up the finised product today and this is true craftmanship. The frame looks great!

I went to this FAST FRAME. I spent a lot of time picking frames and mats for my stuff. I mean, I was decided to drop my things to be framed immediately.For my 4 frames I got a quote of approximately 750 dollars, which is expensive, but that’s the price that we pay when we want something faster than normal. For me, ordering something from FAST FRAME was already expected to be pricier than any regular framing service.I accepted the quote and asked to initiate the procedure to checkin my stuff for framing. We registered all my items in their system, and then the employee tells me they could deliver the service in more than a month later. I dropped the order, of course. The name of the franchise doesn’t serve to the business purpose anymore, it’s not a fast framing service. So, I wouldn’t pay that price for a slow service.But the fact that made me really frustrated was not the price or when the frames would be delivered. It was the fact that the employees already knew that it wouldn’t be delivered as fast it would be required by the client, and they still made me waste all my time until they finally told me when they would deliver (it was 6/17, and the service would be finished by 7/18).Showing respect for the we the clients’ time, the clients that come through your door expecting a fast service, prior to any evaluation you should inform you’re facing problems with the portion “fast” of your name “fast frame”.The way you did to me, it shows that you wanted to convince me (pressure me, actually) to hire your service just because I already had spent so much time in your store taking all measurements, picking frame styles, registering the items In your system, that I wouldn’t feel comfortable to refuse to do it with you. It was almost a psychological game in which I would have to feel guilty for being bothering there for so long and I wouldn’t be benevolent enough to understand that my things were going to be given me back in “just a month”. I would have just to accept it to get rid of passing through that process again in some competitor or yours. It would work with a regular person, but im not a regular person.Honesty is fundamental for attracting and retaining clients. Despite the attention was given to me, I felt disrespected because if I had known that you wouldn’t deliver that fast as you were supposed to (I’m not very picky, but more than a month sounds pretty ridiculous), in the moment I started talking with the attendant, I wouldn’t have wasted my time with all that in vain.If you don’t value the time of your employees and don’t know the costs of it to your business, my time has a value. And I couldn’t afford to waste that time for nothing in your store that day.I don’t recommend this experience to anyone.

This is one of the few places in town that still accepts sheep skin for framing. Jim has over 30 years of experience and he knows exactly what hes talking about. They pay attention to even the smallest details.

They are the best, except for the way they treated Jim who was the best of the best.

Service was FAST. Very friendly and honest pricing. Kurt helped me with a replacement glass for a picture that was cracked during a move. Will return.

Great experience, never had anything framed before and now Im addicted. The prices are some of the best in town and Jim is great, truly a great store for Austinites.
