I need some glaze expedited for mugs I was making for my daughters wedding.Natalie verified they had the glaze in stocks and promise she would get the glaze shipped out that day, even if she had to take the package herself to the post office. I receive the glaze in time and I was able to complete the glazing of the 24 handcrafted mugs my daughter asked for. They were gifts for the wedding party. Thank you Natalie!V~

Armadillo Clay is a great place to shop for clay & glass supplies & get expert advice. They also fire ceramics for the public at very reasonable prices. I have always been very happy with the service and products there. You can order online and drive through to pick up. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and are happy to help.

We really need more customer service like that of Armadillo clay and Melany. She took quite a bit of time out of her busy day to guide me through and help me get everything I need. Excellent job.

Been coming here on clay runs for almost 10 years now. Fantastic selection of glazes and clays. Store fires samples of most of the clay/glaze combos so you have an idea of what the end results of your projects will look like. Have called into the store multiple times over the years with questions regarding engobes, glaze issues, bloating, etc. and (no matter who picked up the phone) I always got excellent advice and suggestions on places to search for more information. Armadillo is a treasure.

As always the workers were cheerful and cooperative while still following all Safety Protocols. They get 5 stars from me!

I am always welcomed into the shop with friendly faces and experience excellent customer service. I live an hour south and my favorite part of the month is when I get to drive up to their shop. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate their patience with all of my novice questions :) The store is bigger than I expected, well stocked and well lit. I will be back for more specialty glazes and to use their firing options.

I drive 3 hours to visit this company and its worth every single minute!!! the people who work there are knowledgeable and friendly. I could spend hours in there but because I have to drive home I have to limit myself. even the loading men in the back are real sweethearts. they load my clay and make sure I know the way home. I would recommend this store to EVERYBODY.
