I was surprised to see positive comments about the staff as that was not my experience when I stopped going there last year. I had one USPS package and one FedEX and decided to give them another chance and only have one drop off instead of 2. Big mistake. arrived at 4:50pm to find the door locked. There were 2 people inside, they looked straight at me and ignored me. I checked the posted hours on the door and it declared 5:30pm was closing time. The effects of COVID have been far reaching and I decided to check YELP as they may have adjusted the hours and I was right. Posted closing time was 5pm not 5:30pm. So I was 10 minutes early and ignored. I will NOT be using them again.

Ive had a mailbox there for over a year and I love this place. They email me when I get a package, I can call and theyll let me know whats in my box. The staff is friendly when I go in and Ive mailed items using their services as well with no problems. I would highly recommend them.

Best kept neighborhood secret! I get mail in about three and sometimes four different places for business. This goes back to the days when I traveled all of the time. So Im more than familiar with mail stations and shipping stores. LySa and her gang are kicking it up a notch at Zip2Zip with great service, growing and appropriate product offerings and workspace options -- right her in the Spicewood Springs/McNeil Road/Hwy. 183/Jollyville area where we dont have much. Not easy to find, but very worth it.

This is a very friendly store, with lots of cool nick knacks. The ladies are very knowledgeable about shipping.They ship for USPS, FedEx, and UPS. They also have PO Boxes available.They are also notaries.
