After all these years Denise and Rick I am going to miss yall. About 18 yrs of the best customer service ever. The pup was always there with yall and now I am having to go else where for my mail and services. Before arriving, I read some great places reviews and they sure were right! Great service from a lively and sweet couple that greet you with smiles. They showed great concern towards getting the packages delivered on time for their customers. Upon leaving, the lovely couple complimented me on my bicycle and urged for my caution in locking it. How sweet! Definitely coming back for any other mailing needs I may have in the future.

I went in to have some documents notarized. The gentleman and his wife were so nice. He was very thorough with making sure the documents were notarized correctly. His wife did not stop smiling and greeting customers the entire time I was there. Easy and affordable service. They have a really cute chihuahua too!

Millennials and Gen Z, this is your place. I just bring my stuff and the guy handles everything. Fast, very friendly, and they teach you what youre supposed to do. Also, theres a cute dog :)

One stop shop! We rented a Uhual van, packed it full of boxes, brought it back, and the owners, Denise and Rick, helped us label 60+ boxes for UPS delivery. Both were kind and extremely helpful. We will be customers for life!

This is the sweetest postal service Ive ever had. Im greeted by my name, Ive been goingfor 2 or 3 years now. It is a mom and pop shop, and I love supporting local!The drive through makes it a snap to get in and out! It is located right behind Baby As onRiverside Dr.Rick always reminds me to take a photo of my UPS code, so if anything gets lost, I cantrack it down.I am so grateful to have such great service, and nice people, right around the corner from me.They are a darling couple, and could not be more helpful.

This place is great--providing a wide range of office services and even a u-haul service. Since there isnt a post office to drop my packages off, this is key in order to keep the neighborhood walk-score up. Nice people, good services, but the place is pretty dumpy (exterior and interior). They have PO boxes and stamps among other postal items. Im a fan.

Been a customer of Rick and Denise for years and sooooo happy! They keep mail AND packages secure inside and will even text when you get a package in! I went to them after my apt complex repeatedly lost packages and mail had been stolen. Best money I ever spent renting a box here. They also do key copies, notary, copies, packaging, etc. I dont know what Id do without them, they are wonderful.

The guy is really fast and straightforward, and the lady is really sweet and friendly. They are a balanced team and good at what they do

Ive been a customer for the 3 years Ive lived on this side of town. The prices are low, they are the sweetest and Ive never had any problems. Theyve spoiled me so I just dont go anywhere else.

Sent some documents here by fax for a client. Client showed up, paid for fax, notary, and had them faxed back to me within minutes. Fast and easy. Ill be using again in the future.

I am handicapped and in a wheelchair. Going to a regular post office means unloading my wheelchair in all sorts of weather, wrestling with heavy glass doors to get inside, getting service that is usually pleasant, wrestling with heavy glass doors to get outside, and loading my wheelchair back into the car. All of this to get a package mailed takes at least 20 minutes.The wonderful couple that run this Drive-Thru Postal can process my package in just moments, and I get to stay inside my car. I LOVE THIS!!! Plus they always smile, tell fun stories, ask me how Im doing, and they really have compassion for their customers. They enjoy our visits as much as we enjoy them. I felt a part of this community right away when I met them and used this Drive-Thru Postal.

You can drive up, walk up, bike up, whatever you want! Efficiently got my documents notarized and faxed in about 5 minutes total. Husband and wife duo who are so very sweet and make your tedious errands as simple as possible!

Great 1 stop shop for tons of services. I use them from shipping, printing and keys.

Frustrated because I spent 10 min driving in circles trying to find out where to park. No one acknowledged when I was at the window, so being new here I tried to park. By the time I parked they locked the doors at 6. Google hours showed 6:30pm.
