Amazing coffee! They do made to order frozen coffees and have a lot of delicious things on the menu from smoothies to tea to pastries. Also lots of flavor choices and a great place for vegans who need milk alternatives (YES they have oat milk)! Highly recommend and will be back. I love coffee and this place was so good! Fantastic friendly service as well. Good ambiance to work or hang out with friends inside!

It was pretty alright. I couldn’t get down into lobby because of the C. But I got some pretty strong coffee! Lol. It was iced brewed coffee. It was pretty ok. But super highly Concentrated, and I’m a caffeine nut, I had to water it down. But I could have maybe got a different experience if I would have been inside. Drive-thru.

I really like this place. Prior to lockdown, I used to go there to be served in their cute mugs!Now I just go for their awesome Lattes!

Only drive thru is open and it’s very slow. Avoid at all costs on a weekend morning. Waited for over 15 minutes just to get to the speaker. And the way the drive thru is set up, you can’t leave the line once you are in it. Coffee is alright.

Awesome coffee shop! the new Witches Brew drink was beautiful, not too sweet and very delicious. we also tried the Maple Spice Macchiato which was a perfect combination of fall flavors. the cherry on top was the person before us in the drive thru paid for our order! we will be back to do the same and hopefully brighten someone elses day! thank you to the kind person in front of us today ❤

Hidden little gem that we found thanks to all the Starbucks being closed due to snowpocolypse 2021. Ordered frozen mocha with chocolate covered espresso beans blended in and it was very good. Will definitely be coming back for my normal americano fix!

I came here with my baby sister for coffee and we had a good time enjoying the fake fireplace and the cozy couches. The baristas were all very sweet and took care to meet our dietary restrictions with kindness and grace.We have been here before, more than a year ago, and nothing has changed it seems. We will be back again in the future, and I hope that Cuppa Austin stays on the map for a long time to come.

Plenty of seating, free wifi, and wasn’t too busy when I went. They offer coffee, smoothies, and some food too including baked goods some which are gluten free like the lemon poppy bread

This is a great place. Good place to study. They come up with new latte almost every week. Very helpful staff. Awesome collection of teas as well as coffee. They also sell packed tea.

The frozen version of their coffees are amazing.A simple frozen vanilla is king.

Its not a drive-thru, its a Russian roulette, will you scratch your car or not. If you have a big car, REALLY advice to protect your sanity by just PARK and go in. The coffee is very good.

I had a chai latte, croissant, and a kolache. The chai was good, the croissant was terrible and the kolache was a basic gas station kolache. They shouldnt even have the croissant on the menu if its going to be that bad. Take it off.

My favorite coffee shop! They use different mugs for each customer, it’s so cute. Very chill place to study or to meet up with friends etc. Also their speciality lattes are spectacular!!

I stopped by at Cuppa Austin and tried Pumpkin Spice Latte today. It was so tasty with feeling of fall. I loved it!The owners and staff were nice and friendly. I felt so good to be there enjoy the drink with comfortable atmosphere!!!!!

What a great little place. I don’t normally come this far North in Austin, but needed to post up for a while. Cuppa was the nearest coffee shop and seemed exactly like a Texas Hill Country Shop with a modern vibe. A lot of the Austin shops have terrible parking ( if any) and feel like you are in a completely different state. This was a pleasantly comforting surprise. Staff was so friendly and they have a great selection. Such a good experience (and a huge mug) that I had to leave a positive review.

Highly recommend! Ill be back, I got an iced Matcha latte with extra matcha powder and added lavender. Yummy

Great Lattes with a menu that changes seasonally! There are about 15 coffee shops closer to us but we’ll make a 40 minute round trip for their amazing service and team.

Where do I start? It’s great this place has a drive through... The pastries we had tasted truly awful, and cappuccino came out at at what seems to be 200+ Fahrenheit. The cold brew is not the worst cold brew ever, but is close. Lord only knows how this place manages to have 4.6 rating.

I was refused service because I did not wear a mask through the drive thru. Really??? Its my vehicle, I am outside and you have a plexiglass to avoid breathing on one another. Again its my vehicle my rules not yours.To the owner: I was outside in my vehicle. Inside yes I understand. You lost a customer for good.

As a self proclaimed coffee enthusiast, Cuppa is a go to spot for me. I enjoy the staff, atmosphere, and the roasts. Definitely recommend for those traveling around north Austin.

I ordered Cafe Latte, got Cappuccino (tons of foams). I am sorry but that does not go anywhere around Cafe Latte. The Barista needs to study. I asked for a new one, the other one made me the second one.... i mean it’s supposed to be a Latte right? Sorry for the bad review but coffee sucks...!

Man this coffee shop not only makes some of the most flavorful, unique and delicious coffees but having picked up some Kolaches and they are the best I have had in recent memory.Make sure you frequent this spot if in the area.

Chill atmosphere, variety of coffee & tea options. I usually get their Iced Caramel Macchiato and the flavor is perfectly sweet and en pointe...other coffee shop macchiatos pale in comparison ;) Cozy couches as well...good vibe. Staff is always welcoming and helpful when wanting to try something new.

I love trying out their weekly specials! Everytime Im here, I know Ill get something tasty. I especially enjoy the Korean Citron tea (fantastic if you feel under the weather), and a frozen vanilla latte (its so smooth!).

Would say this is a very poorly run place. Sit in line for 20 mins to get to a window that is covered in plexiglass the cashier has a mask on and told me they couldnt serve me being I wasnt wearing a mask sitting in my truck. But some how can take peoples money that no telling wheres it been. But sitting in a truck outside of the building still need a mask. This place is a joke!!!

I was in the to go line in my car when the coffee girl told me that i had to wear a mask in my car if i wanted to be served. This is while she is hiding behind plexi glass and wearing a mask. I told her i wasnt going to put on a mask in my car and she called over a manager to help shame me lol. Anyways. They can go fly a kite. Their coffee is nothing to write home about anyways. Wearing a mask is dumb as it is, wearing one in your car while trying to help support the economy is insane.

Ive only gotten to go to this place during the pandemic, so it is on a drive-thru basis that I write this review.The staff have been lovely, and they keep the line moving very efficiently in the mornings!My order has been accurate 100% of the time, and they carry tacodeli tacos which is a bonus!Several pastry varieties for people that want that as well.Everything is touchless as an option including payment.Definitely recommend if you end up in this neck of the woods!

STAY AWAY!!! I was refused service for not wearing a mask in my own vehicle while the people inside were standing behind plexi glass with a mask on!! I have never been asked by any other business to wear a mask in the drive thru. If youre that scared stay home and close your business.

Best coffee in that area. I am a huge supporter of local small businesses, and i always try to give a try to new small shops. This shop is drive thru and very good amount of choices. Small and cozy plus very relaxing environment. I always go there with my friends to hangout, their signature Cuppa Austin latte is hands down The Best Coffee.

Very nice place for late night coffee.

They made our drinks wrong and seemed put off at my request to fix them. They were good once made right.They have good food offerings for a coffee shop, as well as a couple of tables outside.Theres not a bunch of room inside and one guy was taking up all four of the good chairs.It def seemed like a place that loves the regulars, the rest of us were treated as though we were inconsequential.

First time being here on a visit to Austin. Staff was delightful, drink was delightful, and space was perfect. Was there doing some brainstorming for business and had plenty of space to break out our laptops & notebooks. Staff was very polite and was the best chai latte I had in a while. Serving it in an actual coffee mug is always a bonus. Drinks were consistent as well as we stayed long enough that I ended up having a second round. Music was playing in the background but it was quiet enough that we didnt have to yell to talk to each other to talk over the music or other patrons in the place. Roomy enough to seat quite a few ppl without feeling like we were crowding on top of each other. Thanks for the experience!

I love the variety of drinks this place offers, especially for non-coffee offerings like hot looseleaf tea and even frozen hot chocolate (my favorite). I wish some of their more basic menu items were cheaper, because there are times when I just want a drip or iced coffee, only to see its maybe only a buck less than their specialty drinks. Still, that wish aside, I enjoy going here about once or twice a week.

Whatever you do DONT ORDER DOOR DASH THRU THEM.You pay extra for 3 shots, and almond milk. And ASK FOR LESS SWEET. Just for them to be rude and disrespectful and add EXTRA flavor.Ill will never order from here again...

Very neat little coffee shop. I love the seating and the lunge area in the back of the shop. Its very clean and comfortable. The interior lighting color and decoration makes you feel warm and just want to spend time to chill. After coming back for a few times, I think the taste of the coffee is not what I would prefer. I wouldnt mind to come and chill either by myself or with a friend. Bottom line, asmophere takes the stronger lead than the coffee.

After almost three years of living in the area, Ive finally found my coffee shop. The service is as fantastic as the drinks, and the drinks are just out of this world. And excuse me, gluten-free pumpkin bread?! Ive been here a few times now and theres just no stopping me from becoming a regular at this point.

I went here a few mornings ago and I loved it! They had Pink Floyd playing in the background (my fav) and a very chill atmosphere- board games on a bookshelf in case you fancied a game with your beverage. Do yourself a favor and get a cinnamon mocha. Hands down the best! Better step up your game Starbucks.

Got a small iced caramel latte. Had to ask for them to add coffee to it bc it was way too light. Got a regular latte that was okay. Summer moon is better in my opinion

Really great place! I went in to meet with a colleague and they didnt have the juice I wanted but they still made it up to me by making me something even better. Super friendly staff with a clean and comfortable environment for meetings, study, or just a good cup of coffee. Very convenient parking and a drive-thru option. Right off Parmer LN and 620. THE best coffee shop in the Cedar Park, Round Rock area in my opinion. Ive never had a bad experience here and they are the nicest people that you could ask to have serve you. Really good drinks. Normally get a hollander white chocolate mocha. I have tried the chocolate and white mocha frozen and they are good as well. Very friendly atmosphere as well.

Always new latte options. Lots of fancy tea. People are very kind. Nicest coffee shop restroom! Huge infant changing station in womens bathroom with separate table thing for purse/diaper bag so you dont have to put it on the sink or somewhere gross.

Cuppa Austin is my personal favorite coffee shop in all of Austin. A large Cuppa Austin Mocha had helped me survive many mornings of pulling close opens at my own restaurant. The cuppa Austin is always delicious and can just make a 65-70 hour work week just that little much easier:) The staff is is always super friendly and the order takers are always happy and energetic. Latte is too thin and acidic. Theres no creaminess or smoothness or body. Im an avid latte drinker but this was just too acidic, made my kidneys hurt. Its a good place to sit and work though. The place itself is cute enough. I will also add that the employees are not friendly. Theyre not outright rude but just very matter of fact. In particular I asked the person that made my drink a question and the look on his face was not pleasant. No smile, no friendliness. It was more of, youre annoying me what do you want.

I didnt expect such a cute and cozy place next to a 7/11 at 620/Parmar but Im so happy I found it! It was lively late into the evening and absolutely wonderful. Great service and highly recommended.
