I’ve been getting my lashes done with Bridget for the past 4 months. During that time I’ve seen 3 other last artists due to my own scheduling conflicts and she is by far the best! She is consistent, takes her time to make sure they are perfect, and she has the most gentle touch which to me is important when someone is up close and personal around my face and eyes. I always get classic lashes but she has done a few different variations when I want to try something new and they always turn out stunning. I highly recommend anyone go see Bridget!!

I love the Lash Lounge! I have been a HAPPY member since June 2020! Everyone from the owner to the technicians are the sweetest people and you can tell they really care about the quality of their work. I always leave feeling like I got the best experience and everyone asks me where I get my lashes done! I will never go back to doing my own lashes or choosing anyone else. The lashes last, they look natural, and feel extremely comfortable. I basically fall asleep every time with how gently they are placed in! I would say this is the best lash place in all of Texas, even my friends who live in Houston and Dallas make the trip to Austin just to visit this place! It’s well worth it!I also just got my eyebrows micro bladed and was very nervous since I don’t do well with pain but Noella made it a very quick and painless experience! They look absolutely amazing and my coworkers could tell on my zoom meeting that I had new and improved eyebrows! Literally all of them were eager to also call and get their own brows done! Even the guys! That’s how natural looking and perfect they came out!

The entire experience was honestly the worst I’ve ever experienced in eyebrow threading. From the appointment setting, nobody ever answers the phones and scheduling is very unorganized—I was told to come in late or maybe tomorrow after setting an appointment. Anna was a very sweet lady, but it was honestly the most painful threading experience I’ve ever had in the 10+ years I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded. She mentioned she was tired and that it was a long day, so I don’t know if it was a lack of staffing that ruined it all but I will not be returning or recommending this nor any location.

Aubrey- senior stylist -was not only professional but knowledgeable and smart!!! great conversation, fast but not rushed, clean, explained the process—- highly recommend her and lash lounge. People super friendly. (dress warm and or bring a jacket or blanket. They keep the studio cool to keep the glue free from humidity.)

I started going to the Lash Lounge in October 2020 and about 4 or so months ago I switched from the Mueller to the Westlake location because it was a more convenient spot. I started going to Maria and she is wonderful! She has a very calming presence and always does a great job with my lashes. Lately I have been getting anxiety attacks while trying to stay still during my appointments, usually I’m very relaxed but anxiety comes and goes in my life. Maria was so understanding and made me feel at ease if I got one and let’s me take a break. The Westlake location also didn’t charge me when I had a medical emergency and had to do a same day cancellation. Book your appointments way in advance because they are so busy right now. Especially if you have a favorite stylist, they will let you book a couple of weeks in advance. I find that music or a podcast helps me relax during service too!

Beautiful, easy to find location and great staff! The owner Noelle did my first of two microblading sessions today and I cannot be happier!!! I’ve got my second session scheduled at the Mueller location in a few weeks and expect it to be equally as clean, relaxing, and a great experience as today’s session was. 10/10 would recommend 🙂👍🏼

Raylee, was my lash artist and she did an amazing job! This was my first time receiving volume lashes and absolutely love them. By the end of my consultation I was very confident the outcome was going to be everything I requested and more. The finish product was full dark lash with eyeliner look.( I do not have long or full lashes naturally)I only wear eyeliner and mascara for makeup, this volume lash extension helped me completely do away with makeup. Super convenient for my lifestyle.

I’ve been going to The Lash Lounge in West Lake Hills for some time now. Noelle, the owner, is personally invested in her employees and every person that walks through the door or calls with questions. The stylists are talented, methodical, and kind which I feel are illustrations of a good company culture. I would highly recommend The Lash Lounge for anyone who is interested in lash extensions!

I scheduled an appointment (on August 4) for a lash lift and tint on August 24. The morning of the appointment I received a text saying my card wasnt processed and that Id be moved to the waitlist until I got that fixed. I called them immediately and gave the lady (dont remember her name) the correct card info and she said I was all set and that it had been fixed. So I get to the lash lounge for my appt that evening and they say I dont have an appt scheduled. And that they were fully booked and that I was on the waitlist and there was nothing they could do. I was so disappointed in the lack of trying to help or figure something out. The appt had been on the calendar for 3 weeks!!! Someone didnt do their job. Very disappointing.

My lash specialist was Raylee and she did a great job. Im a first timer and got extensions for a wedding weekend. She listened to what I was looking for (fuller, and longer but not dramatic) and did a quick and professional job. When she gave me the mirror to view, there was one spot we felt could use another extension and she quickly added one.It was quite chilly in the studio, so I recommend bringing a light blanket.Also, if you are a first timer, so you research! You cant get them wet for 48 hours afterwards, so showering and styling your hair before is important!!

I got lash extensions with Bridget while she was training to get certified and she is such a kind soul. She takes her time and gives you exactly what you ask for and is very gentle with everything she does. I love that the lash extensions don’t irritate my sensitive eyes at all. I will of course be returning. Highly recommend going to Bridget 😃

Ana is fantastic! My lashes are pretty thin and sparse but everytime she does the reveal I flutter my lashes with joy. Afterwards, I sit in my car admiring them in the mirrors.The owner Nicole was there on my this visit and its always a sweet surprise. We hugged! Its been a while with the pandemic. She is a very involved and present owner who cares about her clients and can even recognize you with a mask on. She also does microblading.The receptionists are always super nice and get you in and out quickly.Also safety precautions are still in place and that provides a sense of safety for the stylists and staff as well as the clients. Its always been a clean space.

I can’t believe I’ve been missing out on this until now! I had the best experience at the Lash Lounge and I’ll be a regular customer from now on. My services were expertly applied by my aesthetician and the results were great! Perfect for someone like me who has short eyelashes and doesn’t like to wear makeup too often. I am very happy with my visit at the lash lounge! I got an eyelash tint/lift and my eyebrows tinted and threaded. Needless to say I haven’t worn any make up since! My eyelashes are so dark and perfectly curled up. They evened out my eyebrows and dyed them to the perfect shade of light brown. I am a natural blonde and was nervous they would go too dark but the color turned out great! Needless to say I will be back!!

I found Lash Lounge through one of my co-workers who raved about them so I booked an appointment, and 8 months later Im a regular member! I genuinely look forward to each of my sessions.. every time they are on time, the bed is very comfortable, and every stylist is great at what they do... I never have to worry about getting someone that does a lower quality job than the stylist next to her. Highly recommend, and wouldnt go elsewhere!

If you found the Lash Lounge then youre are a lucky gal because this place is exceptional. The atmosphere, customer service and results are superb. Deal is great too - $99/mo for refills twice a month + tip each session. Cant beat that. I had to travel a lot for business and had to take a break and I miss Lash Lounge so much! I cant wait to go back but this back into my beauty regimen. My fave is Noelle - she leads the lounges and shes charming and hospitable. You feel at home. :-)

They offer blankets during your visit, so you can take a nice little nap – quiet time, no toddler, AND you wake up with a beautiful set of lashes? Sign me up! 😊 I saw Morgan for my first set and I LOVE my lashes! Morgan explained everything and I was sent home with everything I needed to take care of my lash set at home. They are currently running a $99 promotion to book with Morgan (through August 31, 2019). I love the monthly membership option they offer, and I’m looking forward to visiting soon for my refill!

Second location to visit and saw Ashley, shes so fantastic and well educated about lashes and Lash Lounge. She gave me all the reasons why all my friends should be coming here instead of those other lash places. The resounding reason is lash health and making sure I still have my own lashes when Im done. Its posh and beautiful and so comfortable, and with the membership I get discounts and referral credit! Love my natural look!!

I recently discovered The Lash Lounge and am so happy I did! After my first visit, due to the time commitment, I was honestly unsure if Id be able to maintain but I loved the results so much I decided to continue with at least a few more fills and have become hooked!I wear very little makeup but have always curled my eyelashes on most days and if I do wear makeup, focus on my eyes. With the lashes, I no longer have to curl my lashes and wear less makeup which translates to more time! I also love how naturally enhanced they look and regularly get compliments on them. I wake up looking refreshed every day!I also appreciate the relaxing environment and friendly staff. Theyre great at educating and making recommendations on what will look best on your eye shape. Whether youre looking to save time on your daily beauty routine or simply feel better in your skin, I highly recommend going in to see them!

I had the BEST experience! Excuse my extra long review but I feel its necessary! I got my eyelashes done over 5 years ago NOT at Lash Lounge and ended up with an infected eye. I am assuming because the utensils were not clean. So ever since then I have been scared to get my eyelashes done by anyone. Fast forward 5 years later and I came across Lash Lounge. I have heard nothing but good things and lots of others who were satisfied with their services. I decided that I would try them out. I was greeted by Grace (the receptionist) who was extremely friendly and helpful. I then was greeted by Aubrey who is an absolute doll! She took me back and we went over all sorts of different options for my eyelashes. I am so glad we did because then I was able to choose the exact lashes I wanted and the ones that would look best on my eyes. Aubrey offered me to take a little nap during my appointment but she was so great and engaging with me that we talked through the entire appointment. She was so wonderful and very professional! At the end of it all I received the classic natural eyelashes which I love! Im used to wearing fake eyelashes, so the fact that I can skip that in my morning routine now, saves me a lot of time! It also has helped without taking out any of my real eyelashes when I would pull off my fake ones. Overall, wonderful experience, great environment and wonderful staff accompanied by excellent customer service! I look forward to going back for my fill!

I never wear make up anymore because the lashes perk up my look and take years off! I get the mink upgrade, and use a graduated short length, and that provides a totally natural appearance. And they are so soft I forget they are there! Highly recommend as a boost for busy people as it saves you time every morning.

I have been seeing Ashley since she trained back in September, and I always come out with an amazing set of lashes!! This last full set was the BEST yet! ZERO fallout for almost a week, and have been getting nothing but complements from coworkers and strangers alike. On my second visit I was greeted by my name.....I have been going to the same Dr for 7 years and they still ask me my name when I walk in! They are very knowledgeable and are very kind when explaining everything to a rookie lash girl! I fell asleep while getting my lashes it was so comfortable! Aubrey is very knowledgeable and was very patient with me when I had a hard time keeping my lashes and had to come back in a week later! Lash Lounge has a great laid back environment with a lovely staff. Morgan always gives me the brow and lash tinting just as I like it. I highly recommend going there and ask for Morgan!

I’ve been seeing Ashley here since joining. She’s been fantastic. Explaining all of my options and helping me decide what look is best for me. I had some early reservations but really wanted to try it. I’m very active and often am not wearing makeup. Going to tennis or the gym. But my eyelashes would disappear and so I’d use mascara which would them smudge. Ugh. Now my eyes always look great and I haven’t worn mascara since I started. Highly recommend the process and Ashley and Lash Lounge in particular. Everyone here is super friendly. The receptionist is delightful. It’s such a comfortable process I often doze off.

I love The Lash Lounge! All of the staff members are amazing! They are all very knowledgeable, kind, and they provide exceptional customer service. The environment is very relaxing and welcoming. And I love Self-care Sundays Mimosas and lashes, what more could a girl ask for? I highly recommend this salon to anyone that is even considering getting lashes! You will not be disappointed :)

I got my eyebrows & upper lip threaded for $20. The service was great. Staff was very attentive & welcoming. I dont live in Austin, but Id definitely recommend this place for anyone in the area.

The Lash Lounge is AMAZING! The fantastic staff at West Lake helps you completely relax through the whole process, and you come out looking fabulous. My lash extensions held up really well and I truly felt pampered the entire time. BONUS: Im also more confident talking to people now because I know I look great!

After looking into several other places, the reviews for this place got my attention. I’ve never had my lashes done so I was a bit skeptical, but after finally deciding to go through with it, lash lounge was my first choice. After I had signed up for a special they had going on, I received a call the very next day. Ms. Gracie was such a sweetheart and had the best customer service. She made sure to fit me in based off of my schedule. Upon arriving, I was greeted by name. To say the least, that rarely happens even at salons, unless you go there often. Anyways, after about 2 minutes, Ashley was ready to get things going. She guided me through the process and was very pleasant. She kept making sure I was doing okay and any question I had she answered thoroughly. I cannot say enough about Ashley. After finishing, I couldn’t believe how different I looked. I absolutely love my lashes. I can’t wait to go back with Ashley to make sure they stay poppin’. At work I keep getting complimented on them and I am surely sending people over to Ashley. Thank you so much for an amazing job and for the greatest most comfortable service. You guys are the best!

The Lash Lounge is rocking it! Without fail, I get weekly compliments from total strangers on my lashes. Suppose that says it all, if strangers stop to compliment me...I definitely have a good thing going with TLL! Big thank you to Maria for keeping my beauty routine fabulous!

Been getting my lashes done here for awhile and usually have a pretty good experience but today I showed up and they didnt have my appointment on the books. Realize things happen but there werent any solutions, offers to squeeze me in during the next two days or explanations offered. Will probably move on a try a new spot in town that can keep appointments straight. Disappointed.
