First time I’ve gotten a Brazilian blowout done by Lacy. And, I loved it!! It looks sooo good and feels sooo soft. Lacy’s attentive, honest, professional, and sweet!! I would highly recommend her!! Thank you Lacy!!The receptionist was also very nice and helpful. Overall, my experience at Wild Orchid was great!! I’ll definitely be back.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE WILD ORCHID AND ELYSE! I wanted Chocolate brown balayage done and I showed Elyse some pictures and she did EXACTLY what I wanted!! She even added a great haircut to give it a better look! if youre looking for hair cuts or hair coloring, Elyse is youre best bet!

I was so happy I chose this place. Elyse did my hair and it was the best experience Ive had at a salon in a long time. She listened and worked with me on hiding spots of hair loss that Ive had while giving me a style that was was far beyond what I came in expecting. We even ended up doing some before and after pictures since it was such a big change!Seriously, if youre going to get your hair cut here, ask for her. Shes simply awesome. :)

I Live in the Bee cave area & was looking for a salon that had reasonable prices. I called the salon for the first time & spoke with someone about my hair. They told me they were booked & would call me back if they had an opening. I NEVER received a called back from the salon. A week later, I decided to call back on my own time. And ask to make an appointment once again!! I spoke with a man named “Cameron”?? Told me he would speak with a hairdresser. Then call me back within the hour, if a spot was able. Or if someone could do highlights in hair the following day!!I’M very unhappy with my service & the way I was treated by the clients at this location. Once again I DIDN’T receive a call back. This is terrible service & I will not be doing business with them. I was a first time client & just wanted to get my hair done. If this is how they treat NEW members or clients. It’s NOT okay at all!!!

Dani Ibsen did blonde balayage and a cut on me to add layers and texture. She did an AMAZING job and shes so talented!! So glad I found her.

Elyse is the best! I can be very indecisive and she was very patient with me. I will continue to drive 2 hours just to have her help me.

I recently moved to this area and this salon was recommended. I scheduled an appointment with Denise, who is very kind, but I did not find her to be very skilled in her trade. I received a haircut and returned a few days later asking her to modify the cut as it was not flattering and not what I wanted. I showed her a photo, and found another customer in the salon who’s hair demonstrated what I was looking for yet albeit the examples, she missed the mark. I felt her cut was random, no blending and did not get close to what I wanted. I would not return to this stylist. I would appreciate a call from the owner/manager. I would like to get their professional input.The salon was very willing to work with me and for that I am grateful.

I just had my hair color, highlights, and cut done with Xavier.First of all, let me say, I never write reviews, but I feel compelled to do so given the excellent service and satisfaction.I moved here 15 years ago and have been bouncing around salons trying to find a fit. I think Ive finally found it!I have to say, I was previously spoiled going to San Francisco for cuts; but Xavier is an excellent stylist, colorist, and made me feel very well taken care of. So did the owner. I am so appreciative for the warmth, courtesy, and quality of service I received. Very well done.

So glad I found this salon!!! I love my cut and color! We just re-located and I had to leave my beloved colorist behind....but Melissa did a fantastic job of continuing my color, just as I had it before. She does a great cut and style, as well! I am VERY satisfied!!!

I went to Melissa today for hair color and a cut. She knew better than I did what I wanted my hair to look like. She is easy to talk to, she listens and my hair turned out perfect! What a relief to go to a friendly, comfortable salon and get great results too. Thanks Melissa!

Able to accommodate my last minute call to get a haircut... New to town so looking for a hair stylist...hoping that the one I got was good :). I got paired up with Elyse and she was super cute and sweet and gave a nice head massage kept checking in with me to make sure my cut was what I wanted and adjusted.

Love it here! The prices are reasonable and the stylists are awesome! I get my hair done by Amanda and she knows just what I like!

The facial treatment I received from Hillary was great. The staff was nice and the office was clean and well equipped. Hillary was very nice and I would highly recommend her.

As Im styling my hair this morning and cringing at the broken off pieces of hair sticking out all over the place, I wonder to myself why I have yet to post a review about this salon. Well, here it goes.Ive had 2 services preformed at this salon and they both completely and utterly DESTROYED my hair. Here is a summary of both:Haircut by Morgan. See uploaded photos. I have no idea what in the world she was doing here. Its almost like she just despised me and this was her way of getting at me. I had to come back in to get it fixed (for free), but my hair had to be cut MUCH shorter than I ever would want in order to fix it. The girls at the salon took pics of my hair and said it looked like a little girl had cut her Barbies hair. YEAH. Disaster #1.Balayage by Melissa. See uploaded photos. Melissa put me under the dryer, which apparently is not supposed to be done with balayage treatment. My hair broke off in almost every place possible, starting 2 inches down from my roots (exactly where the balayage began). There is no way to repair this. My hair has to grow out completely. Also, the highlights were an outright joke. Refer to photos. I came back to have this fixed (for free), and the girl who corrected the baylayage was SHOCKED by what Melissa had done. I cant figure it out... were her exact words. Disaster #2.Besides the fact that my hair has been annihilated TWICE at this salon, Im also frustrated that I was not refunded my money.I deeply feel the need to warn others of these catastrophic hair experiences!P.S.-- I messaged the owner, Danielle Benson, on Facebook after the second hair disaster happened in March 2016. She read the message but never replied. After explaining the problems and attaching pics to the message, one would assume the owner would want to contact you directly.

Absolutely terrific from start to finish, easy to schedule, great atmosphere, friendly staff, Lacy was fabulous and I love love love my hair!
