This store is ALWAYS out of something. Also, its much faster to drive down the road and go to the stand alone Starbucks as their coffee is super weak and youll wait well over 15 mins of there are more than 2 people in line. Corporate REALLY needs to step in and help this store. They are desperate...

I stopped by this Starbucks last week and met Lacey. She was working alone on this super busy shopping day but that didn’t stop her from being quick and professionally about prepping our order and sending us on with a smile. Lacy was extremely friendly and cheerful. She was awesome and the coffee and hot cocoas she provided us were perfectly made.

We get drinks here everytime we shop at Harris Teeter. Its always been made well, sometimes its a little slow.

I been to the Starbucks location when they where Kroger and it was great. Now that it’s Harris Teeter and new employees at Starbucks my drink never gets made right. Makes me sad. This is the closest Starbucks to my work. I drive out of my way to get Starbucks due to this. Please teach your staff the correct way to make drinks.

Disappointed with the new Maple Pecan latte (hot). The fruit & cheese lite bite box was enjoyable. There was only one employee. She did a great job serve all of us.

Coffee are good, place is comfortable and convenient to sit and drink. But be aware when you have your own cup, staffs are always ignore to give you discount. They just don’t care.

Starbucks disappoints me more and more everyday. I ordered a latte and literally what I got was steamed milk. Teach your baristas how to make the coffee drinks properly. It’s overpriced and not nearly as good as other coffee shops. Go to common grounds right down the street

Im a big Starbucks fan and around this area this is probably the best place to come. The coffee is ALWAYS fresh and hot and the baristas really make a good latte. Unlike the Target Starbucks, this one participates in the My Starbucks rewards program and they make good use of the little space they have.

The service is always pleasant at this Starbucks location, but the drink quality is hit or miss. There often seems to be new employees here, and the quality is therefore inconsistent. As this is also a Harris Teeter, you can opt for food items (i.e. pastries, sandwiches) from the store if you dont care for the Starbucks fare.

Its ok, it was a seemingly long wait even though only 1 person ahead of me. They were out of large cups and 2/3rds filled a venti cup.
