First time Ive had to get my windshield replaced. When calling and doing price comparisons Amanda that answered the phone at Denali blew it above and beyond with her bubbly personality, was super helpful...AND honest. The price was way better than other places once the other places hidden fees were shown. Amanda was very honest that I may need a little more and how much that little more could cost.Now! Appointment day. They got my car in right away. Amanda was as nice in person as she was on the phone...she said it would take about an hour from start to finish..it only took 41 minutes!She went over new windshield aftercare, and I was able to make it to my job on time in the morning.Theyre locally owned, professional and for those who care they as stayed open during covid and treat the cars like patients in a hospital. Sanitizing before and after its awesome.Ill definitely come back for any problems with my glass, and Ill be recommending them to others as well. Thanks for your awesome customer service!

Great place to get your windshield replaced. Super fast, cheapest place to get your windshield replaced if you have front facing cameras also.(cameras will have to be recalibrated when windshield is replaced)

Denali Auto Glass installers are not competent to replace windshields in Acura vehicles . They are not competent to calibrate cameras necessary for Lane Assist/Departure functions -- no matter what they may tell you. They replaced my windshield but were not able to properly calibrate the camera and told me it was working but that I had shut off the function with my knee, which is ludicrous since the function is turned on/off from the steering wheel. Their calibration was so bad my MDX was pulling into traffic in oncoming lanes. They may be able to replace windshields that do not have sophisticated electronics associated with the windshield, but I wouldnt trust them if I were you if you have a camera attached to the windshield with lane-assist/lane departure functions. Youve been warned. Now Im forced to work with Acura to find a solution since Denali Auto Glass did not use an OEM windshield and may have damaged the camera.

Impressed by front desk lady,she has a positive outlook which me at ease..they replaced back glass in to time also she gave me a face mask which I forgot. This is a great place..less expensive than others I quoted for..very knowledgeable. Left please and happy as a clam.kudos!

We contacted a couple of other places and one problem we ran into is we only had the one car and other place quotes long waiting times and told us we couldnt stay in the lobby due to Covid (which is understandable but put is in a bad spot). They not only got our car done within an hour but they didnt book anyone else that way we could wait for the car to be ready with no issue. Also the place that quoted a long wait period also tried to over charge us by ALOT (Almost 5x what we paid here). At Denali Auto Glass they were nice, friendly, and helped us replace our windshield, which had a crack that just kept growing and growing, in a timely manner. Thank you

I highly recommend using Denali Auto Glass to repair your windows! Their service was quick and well priced. I had both my front windshield replaced and my driver side window regulator replaced. Fantastic and quick service. Attention to detail was great, they replaced the dash cam magnet on the new windshield, no bubbles, VIN remained completely visible, everything you could want from a competent Auto Glass replacement. Would love to never have to use them again, but when Alaskan roads strike, well absolutely be back.

I just moved to Alaska a couple months ago and didn’t realize how many rocks would actually hit my windshield! Of course I panicked. I called Subaru to see what I needed to do to fix my brand new 2020 windshield with a chip/slit in my windshield. They HIGHLY recommended Denali Auto Glass. I made an appointment and was in and out sooo quickly! They were VERY reassuring and so helpful for tips. Also, the couple I worked with was so sweet! When I dropped the car off, which was at 4, I thought I’d be picking it up the next day due to seeing that they close at 5. But she called me before 5 and told me it was finished. Very great work! Denali Auto Glass is a very professional and honest business to take a vehicle for a well done and quick repair needed on your vehicle. The customer service is great. The owners are very honest people. They dont try to sabotage you to get the most money out of you as a customer. They take care of the problem and nothing added, if not needed.In my scenario my 2010 Ford Fusions driver-side window had fallen into my door panel during the cold month of January. So I needed a quick and properly done repair fast. I was recommend to Denali Auto Glass by a employee at Auto Zone and decided to give them a call. They were able to give me a quote over the phone and also were able to get me in the same day for the repair. I had gotten the vehicle diagnosed at Midas and they told me I needed to replace the window motor and cable with a ridiculous quote for the repair.When I got to Denali Auto Glass I didnt have to wait at all they were able to get right to me. They took care of my fallen window in my door panel in a timely manner and also had great news for me after the repair. They let me know that my window motor was completely fine and the part I bought I could return back to Auto Zone.I was very grateful and satisfied with the job done on my vehicle. I ended up saving well over 40 % percent of what Midas wanted to charge me for the repair. They were very honest with me at Denali Auto Glass because they could easily kept my window motor knowing that I didnt need to have it replaced or could of easily charged me for the labor. I highly do recommend this business to any individual who is in need of a very professional and honest auto glass repair.

These guys are outstanding! I had to get the windshield on my 4Runner replaced and they had great availability and knocked out the work quickly. I had the unbelievable bad luck of getting a rock kicked up at the new windshield on the Glenn within 24hrs and they were kind enough to fill the chip for free. Honest and professional at a great price!I was getting water inside the cab of my truck. Was told by Continental Nissan that my windshield was leaking so after calling around and finding these guys had the best price I scheduled my appointment. After getting there, they quickly discovered that my windshield seal was perfectly fine, they investigated further to find my 3rd brake light/cargo light was the culprit, put in a new seal for me and sent me on my way. Most honest shop I have dealt with in Anchorage in 5 years!!

Great Job! My car was only 2 weeks old when I got a nasty chip that quickly spread across the entire windshield. Amanda worked with me to find the proper replacement when the Dealership couldnt give me the correct part number. The end result was fantastic, and I would highly recommend them.

My wife is a very hard woman to impress, especially when it comes to services for her brand new car. Best price in town. They got me in fast and Amanda was such a pleasure to work with. The tech got my truck in early and truck was finished hours before hand. No windshield disposal fees like some places. Great job, will recommend.

I have used them twice in the past 3 years. The 2nd time to fix a bad install job at Badger Glass. Amanda the owner/general manager is very customer service orientated. The both times Ive have dealt with her she has always been sincere and genuine in her efforts. The lady who was answering the phone advised me to buy the glass from the dealership instead of them, as it would be the cheapest way to do it. Then they did the labor. Great, fast service. Willing to price multiple windows while we waited. They took care of rust on the frame before installing the new windshield, and they offered to get ahold of a company in the lower 48 to fulfill the warranty in case anything happens since we are leaving Alaska in two weeks.

But then; sadly, I suffered a 2nd rock vs windshield assault on the way to my appointment to repair the one I already had... ugh...so I tell them this when I checked in...no problem...within 20 minutes of my scheduled appointment time not only had they filled my initial rock chip but also the second offender that attacked my windshield on the way to see them repaired too!Once again... I am blown away! These guys are awesome!Original review: I am super happy with and impressed by the service I received at Denali Auto Glass!My husband and I are originally from Kodiak and are not really used to living in a place where your windshield becomes little more than a bullet proof vest in the winter... that said one of our vehicles currently has a spider web of cracks resulting from rock chips we ignored... shame on us.When our new vehicle got its first rock chip, I called Denali at the recommendation of my Mother in Law.
