I was recommended by all the co-workers to come here after getting a micro-chunk of glass come off the windshield from a flying pebble on the freeway while going 53 mph.That same day, I called & Dave answered & was really courteous & outgoing. Came in the next day (no appointment necessary) & was told it would be approximately 40 mins. Turned out to be 20 mins. Great service, friendly staff. Highly recommend to anyone w/ glass issues.

Had them replace the window on my car and truck 5 years ago. Was happy enough that I came back. Once again, quick efficient service and excellent prices.

I called for a quote last week and after speaking to someone was told he would call me right back and let me know when they could come out. I still havent gotten that call. It has been a week and I have already had it done by Speedy Glass.

3 workers here that I can see. Walter is very friendly, accomodating, and personal. Dave is the other worker and he is the only reason, at this point, that I rated it 4 stars instead of 5. The other worker was very friendly and smiled, said hello, and made me feel welcome as a customer.On the technical note the service was clean, quick, and efficient. Walter was willing to answer all my questions no matter how obvious or insignificant they seemed. That can make you feel confident that a job was done by someone that knows what theyre doing and wants your business. Dave on the other hand made me feel like a nuisance and I was wasting his time. He may be good at what he does, but keep him out of customer interaction. He is definitely not skilled with interpersonal relations and it could hurt the experience with the wrong person.Overall a great experience. I will be returning with my other vehicle shortly to get the windshield replaced as well.A suggestion that maybe they contract out a vending service to supply some fluids and snacks, as this place is not located by any service facilities to provide these items. They do have a comfortable waiting area, but just lacking the above mentioned luxuries. If the waits werent generally over 2 hours you could get by but after a 3 hour wait I am parched.

My husband called a number of glass repair shops in Anchorage, and found the best price at Badger. Some of the shops had a waiting period of up to two weeks. Badger said they could do it the next day. We brought the truck in, and had it back in less than three hours. Friendly, courteous personnel, a good price, and prompt service; how do you beat that!? We have already started telling our family and friends.

Had a rock thrown into my window from a dump truck, was told to go here. Now I have a wonderful whistle, which was confirmed by a technician at Badger Glass. It has been two weeks with no call, no repair, or compensation. This is the worst glass company that I have worked with. Terrible installation, excess sealant leaked into the cab of my vehicle with a shoddy repair job. Would not only not recommend, but have reported them to the Better Business Bureau for a less than acceptable installation.

Whoever drives there ambulance around is rude and unprofessional, constantly swerving in and out of lanes and not paying attention to the road, I’ve seen him arguing with customers numerous times. When i called to complain the guy in the office (donny?) didn’t have a clue how to handle it. Also In my opinion this company doesn’t treat there employees equally. I’ve heard from multiple sources that this is a fact.

Nice And Professional

Driving to work, got two chips in my windshield. Called badger glass to schedule an appointment to get them repaired the very next day. Went in, very professional, done in under an hour. Got home. Everything seemed pretty good.Not even a week later, driving home from work, hit a pothole, BAM. What was a chip is now a five inch crack. But okay. Sure. Everybody makes mistakes. So I call the shop, told them the repair was borked and that it caused the crack to spread further, faster. And the manager there told me that, Yeah, unfortunately chip repairs are semi-permanent ... And that I never shouldve expected the repair to last more than a week. After disputing over how long a chip repair ought to last, he admitted that They usually last more than a week. But I know from having driven military vehicles for years, that chip repairs usually last months, if not years, and have NEVER in my years of service EVER witnessed a chip repair that lasted under a week. Completely unapologetic.

Badger glass took care of my chip in my windshield the same day it happened. They billed my insurance directly so I didnt have to pay a dime! It was by far the fastest, most convenient way to repair your windshield, everyone else had a crazy wait time.

I understand mistakes can happen but it was the actions that took place after my windshield installation that forced me to write this review.Let me start with the pros. Badger Glass has a clean and professional facility and they are trusted by many of the dealers in town. I appreciate that they offer mobile service and/or will even pickup and drop off your vehicle.Jason the owner seems genuinely interested in your concerns its just too bad that he got involved too late in my process.Now on to my negative experience. About 3 weeks after they installed my windshield I noticed a loud noise coming from the rear view mirror area while driving on the highway. After 3 hours and 200 miles of troubleshooting on my own I determined that there was a possible leak near the upper moulding. I notified Badger glass but instead of asking me to bring my vehicle in for a test drive or inspection the manager said he would have to talk to Jason/owner to see what the next course of action would be. He spent more time trying to debunk my theory that the noise was from the windshield and that it could be coming from somewhere else in the vehicle. Instead of waiting for a call back I decided to go to Badger glass personally to have him watch a video of the noise. He seemed absolutely disinterested in watching the video and again tried to debunk that the noise could possibly be coming from the windshield. It was at this time he finally said I should bring the vehicle in for a test drive with one of his techs. At this point I had lost any confidence I had that they would try to fix this problem because they seemed so unmotivated to help me. They only seemed to be worried about the possibility of installing a new windshield when in fact I wanted them to try the most cost effective solutions first like applying more urethane to the upper moulding. Let me also add that Jason/owner viewed my video via text message and agreed that there seems to be some sort of leak in the windshield.I decided I would take my problem to Denali Glass which I have used before and pay them the $65 to try and fix the noise. It took a couple of tries but sealing the upper moulding seems to have resolved the problem.For any one reading this review please keep in mind I decided to spend more of my money to fix my windshield vs having Badger Glass take a look at it for free. Thats how much I no longer trusted them.Jason or the manager knows who this is and they are more than welcome to contact me. Im not looking for any sort of compensation. I understand that you and your manager have had a long working relationship but anyone can make a mistake no matter how much you trust them or how long they have worked for you. Im not perfect either and have made the same mistakes as a manager. This was a learning experience for me and I hope it is for Badger Glass as well.

I needed a window for my car - called several glass places, and Badger beat the lowest quote by 20% !!!I didnt have them install it, so no comments on their installation service - but as far as the glass itself - YOU CANT GET IT ANY CHEAPER !!!
