Waited 1hr 30 minutes until they finally sent another agent to help. The young lady they sent was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Why did it take so long to get help there?

Expensive store...kinda expected. went here for google pixel 2 xl screen protector, they only had 2 types. Worker told us that if you buy the screen protector for 45 dollars than you get 3 free screen replacements at any verizon wireless go mobile store. sounds like a great deal right? wrong...at register worker told us that the 3 replacements for free was a program that costed 30 dollars more. so with taxes and everything 80 some dollars for a screen protector with 3 free replacents....so 20 dollars a piece sure...I just dont like the misinfornation we were presented with at the beginning...its really not a bad deal of you break your screen protector alot.

The service at this place is what will keep people coming back! Laura is the go-to phone specialist.She had my phone upgraded, data transferred, and accessories picked out, in less than 45 mins. She also found me some serious discounts that I had no idea I qualified for.Awesome job! Very much appreciated.

In March, 2020, with the PANDEMIC in full flower, I needed a case for my Stylo-5. The employees who would only wait upon me - - outside in the parking Lott, were surly, uncooperative, and treated me like the red headed, frekeled faced stepchild. I will never again darken their door with my presence or my money. I NEED TO FIND ANOTHER VERIZON STORE IN ALBUQUERQUE WITH WHOM TO DO MY PHONE BUISINESS.

The gentleman that worked tonight was very helpful. It was closing time and he still took the time to troubleshoot my phone issues. I appreciate his effort and kindness!

Clean and organized. However, I went there the day after Christmas. There was only one employee. There should have been more due to the fact that the day after Christmas many people received new phones and the one employee was overwhelmed. Dear manager, hire more help.

Jocelin, David and Howard helped my elderly mother when her phone completely bricked. I was traveling for work and was unable to reach my mom. Thanks to the help of these three kind and awesome people, we were able to get mom a rental phone (at a very reasonable price) until I could get back to town. They even helped us set up her new phone when we returned the rental.Just incredible. This place has more than earned our business. Thank you for helping my mom in a difficult situation. She was extremely patient, spent several hours assisting us in the purchase of new phones, ensured that our service plan was up to date with all applied discounts, and customized our new phones in the exact way that we wanted. Kudos to Julie and her great customer service.

Went into get my girlfriends phone switched to a newer phone. Jocelin was more than helpful. I also mentioned that I had never had 4g on my new Note 9, so she switched out a new sim card for me. For some reason my phone never activated properly activated so I had to come back in the next day. The manager Raven helped me and she was so helpful. She the called tech support to get problem resolved. While we were waiting for the tech support to answer she was very courteous and polite. The other gentlemen that were working there were very polite to the customers that they were helping with also. I would highly recommend this store. I will definitely be back.

I had an issue with a new phone purchase. Customer service online was sooo not helpful, so I wasn’t very excited about doing any better “in person”. Wow, was I surprised! Raven was brilliant, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She helped me navigate through a number of different options and provided outstanding customer service! Seriously, she could give lessons to about half of the businesses in Albuquerque on how to treat your customers. Great job!

Personal service poor online only not good website

Issac is an excellent teacher; he is a very patient teacher and has a cheerful, positive attitude. He has done an excellent job in hiring and training his staff, especially Jacob, who did a fine job of selling and teaching me my beautiful new phone. I will remain a loyal Verizon customer thanks to these two fine employees.

I had a pleasant experience here. My credit is less than perfect, but they worked with me. I was helped almost immediately upon walking in the door. The staff is proficient and courteous, often juggling two or more tasks at once, but never truly losing sight of who their customer at the time is. I believe 5 stars warrants superhuman service, but they really deserve 4 for all the human effort and passion they put into their jobs.

WOW. I went in to have a phone diagnosed because my son killed it. Sarah Madrid was incredibly professional in explaining that it was officially gone. My family has 4 smartphones. She made an attempt to up-sell and answered everything I asked her about. This associate is a serious asset. She was absolutely precious. She was nice and knowledgeable and there is nothing else to say....:) I also work in sales and customer service and I truly felt that she treated me the way she would have wanted to be treated!

Not happy. Paid for screen replacement with my protection plan and now they seem to never have those glass screen protectors in stock. How convenient.

The employees at this location NEED more training, to be honest it questionable that have had any at all. I have been into this new location multiple times, each visit has been a trip; unresourcful, the employees are clueless on the program they are using, airheaded, confused, complained of how they were unable to retrieve certain items due to other employees, the list goes on. I left the store with no new phone but a text message from Verizon saying lets set up your new device. Every time I leave this location I am still having to call Verizon customer service and making corrections to what the store employees twisted up. I was happy to hear there was a verizon closer to my neighborhood, but I will not be going to this location again. The convenience of the location is most definitely not worth the incompetent employees.

Made mistakes on both my address and my emails. causing a lot of trouble in my account. told me I could get a rebate, finally did not qualify.

Very disappointed in the information I was given. I was told the phone would be free yet it turns out Verizon charges you for the first 3 months and then credits you I am fine with that but wasnt told that would happen. Also told my last bill from my other cell phone provider would be paid off. Again, that was only part of the story - no one told me that I have to file online to have it done and the whole process to do so. When I actually called Verizon directly I was also told I need to send back my old phone. Again, I dont mind, but when I switched to Verizon I was told specifically they will recycle it or I can keep it. Do the employees not know this information or are they just trying to pull one over? Extremely disappointed in the service.

I want to say thanks to the young lady that help me at the Verizon store and Eubank Her name is Laura she was so helpful to me I am a senior 70 years old have a difficult time with the cell phone she set everything up for me like a champ made me happy and I really appreciate it I had a very bad experience with the Verizon store on Louisiana approximately 1500 Louisiana Northeast they were negative about everything if you’d like to contact me to have me explain the negativity I had it till Verizon store in Louisiana let me know but the store on Eubank Laura is a gem thank you

Shelby and Kyle are absolutely wonderful. Shelby called us yesterday to tell us she had been looking at our plan since we have been with Verizon for over ten years and realized we were over paying on our current plan. We stopped by and Kyle was not only incredibly helpful and patient answering all our questions, he looked at our plan and got us on a plan with the same coverage but saved us over $80/month on our bill. We were shocked and are so thankful! If we ever have any questions we are coming back to see Shelby and Kyle!

I got amazing customer service from Seth both times I came into the store. He has gained not only me as a customer but both my parents! He upgraded my phone and it was a breeze I was quoted 2 week untill my phone came in and it was less than a week! Will definitely be returning.

I brought my mom into the store on a Friday night. There were people ahead of us but the clerk let us know we would be next. Phelicia was AMAZING!! My mom is not tech savvy and she was super patient with her. There were issues switching the phone over (her old one broke) but Phelicia stayed on the phone with customer service and kept updated through the whole process. While helping us, a rather rude guy came in and was huffy about having to wait. Phelicia was gracious and asked if we minded if help was offered to him while customer service had our call on hold. Phelicia handled his issues quickly and efficiently despite him being really abrasive and all the while continuing to assist us. Phelicia is the best employee Verizon has ever had!!
