Would recommend! The process was so easy and it only took 20 minutes for my iPhone screen to be replaced. The worker was nice and polite and explained everything pretty well. If I ever have issues again this is the place I’ll be going back to.

I brought my phone in to get the screen repaired several months ago.First it took them almost a month to get my screen in instead of the promised week.Second when I went to pick up my phone after the screen swap the selfie camera did not work during the test with the technician. This means that my rear cameras dont work because my camera app crashes.The technician ordered a camera for me on the spot. He was kind and I was patient.For the last few months Ive been calling every other week for an update. Every time Im told theyll call me within a week with an update. Ive been given a tracking number for my camera 5 times. Its still never arrived, once they said they gave it to another customer on accident. This is a joke. 10/10 do not recommend for higher end phones. Theyre nice but they dont own their work. Ill revisit this review if and when they actually fix my phone.

Very rude Individual that works at the kiosk. I recently visited the mall with my two daughters to repair an iPhone SE. we came upon an individual working at the kiosk that did not greet us in a warm and welcoming way declining to stand when we walked up to the kiosk when I approached him. I was having a hard time hearing him due to the fact that he would not stand Up. Me and my daughters approached him at a safe distance of 3 feet due to the coronavirus with masks on the young individual told me in a very rude way to back up. I took my4 year olds daughters hand and walked away All the while the individual began making Threats screaming in the mall that I better walk away. This young man is very disrespectful. As a military vet and an owner of my own company I would highly recommend the owner of this kiosk to find more quality employees who care about their job and care about customers. I took my phone to another location in the mall and was treated with respect and got the service that I was needing. This individual was very embarrassing to me and my family I have never once in my life been treated like this as a customer

Dash repair is the best price and quickest time for repair that i could find. I had a IPhone X which Chris had no problem fixing for me at all . He had the phone back in my hands in 20 mins which is exceptional since everyone else I called quoted an hour minimum for the repair. If i ever have a broken phone screen again this is 100% the place I will go to . A++

I travel a lot..and my time home was limited and they understood and worked with me. The service was professional and they clearly knew what needed to be done. They replaced a broken screen on my S9 and reinforced the glass with a protective glass that was tempered. I totally recommend .

They gave me a half-hour time estimate and I left my phone with them while I did some other shopping. When I returned, the screen was shiny and new, all ready to go! My wife and I went in in May for a battery replacement, called several times to see if it had arrived, they said theyd call when it came in, never did.Long story short, two young kids, I just finally ordered the battery kit to do myself, the torx heads they sent didnt fit, so decided on principal to take it in here and have them replace the battery with what I had paid, battery provided to them.They did put it in but then proceeded to charge me extra even with me bringing the battery in. I just wanted it done so I didnt put up a fight, but just be cautious with this place.

My phone had a crack so we went there to get it fixed. They told us it would take 45 minutes which was fine. Well I got the phone back went to my hotel room and found a air bubble in side of the screen. So we took it back to get it fixed again well this time the screen is popping out and would not let me type some of the letter. So please do not go to this please I even spent $150 for a crappy job

Dont waste your time. They suck. Theyre rude and every time I went I had to go back because they never fixed it right. I cracked me screen went to get it fixed and now the camera doesnt work. They dont make sure the end product is satisfactory. Theyre terrible. I definitely dont recommend.

I have been going here for 2 years. I am partners with a construction company called Hollywood Roofing LLC. We go by phone screens so fast due to the nature of our business. When I arrive here i basically give him my phone I Phone and he quotes me usually $115.00 he tells me come back in 15 minutes and I always get a coffee come back and its finished. He also has a 30 day warranty if the screen defects he replaces it for free not including the screen breaking. I did take a phone back once and had no problem until I shattered it again recently. I was here on September 22nd and my iPhone screen was shattered pretty bad and when I arrived to the booth the guy was acting really strange and stemmed high. After 20 mins that he said my phone was gonna be ready he want at the booth and hand to wait for him. After that my phone kept Glitching. Over alll wasted 80 bucks DO NOT GO HERE

I have a Motorola phone that they couldnt even figure out how to get the right screen, but then they kept us hanging around for 10 hours over a four day period. They then refused to refund my deposit after not ordering the part after messing it up the first time. I would never go there again.

Upfront the guys that work in the shop r great.My issue is the the owner of this establishment Alex Juin. We had our phone repaired at this location but it was repaired with the wrong color part. It was an error by whomever ordered the part. We were told the new part would take about a week to two weeks to arrive. We had to leave the phone at the location as they removed the wrong colored part. Fast fwd over a month of the parts on its way... To me asking for tracking information... Now low and behold the part cannot be attained... Alex was stalling ( also known as lying to his employees and the customer) . I am on my way now to pickup our still broken phone. Alex should write checks for his employees to cash... Alex Juin is a lier and is not trustworthy... Guys at the shop deserve a boss that does not lie to them... Cheers!Just picked our broken phone.. still broken... They refunded the part monies but not the repair cost even though they dodndi repair anything!

Worst experience ever! I had an iPhone with a cracked screen which worked when I brought it in. Now after a screen replacement it does not work! Also on the day we were leaving Albuquerque, we waited over 2 hours. Only to find out it was ready and he never called! Completely useless and incompetent. Go to another store!

On 6/17/19 they fix the glass on my daughters phone, and I order and paidfor a special piece to fix my phone. They told me the price would be in, in about 5 days and that they would call me when it was in. Today is 7/15/19, and they just finished fixing my phone. And I had to call them to find out what was going on with them getting the piece.

Took my daughters iphone to be repared. The glass was put on crooked and the battery is now losing power quickly. Misquoted the price. STAY AND WATCH THEM REPAIR!!

Never answer the phone never on time when the store says it’s open

THIS PLACE SUCKS and I havent even got my phone fixed yet!! Bought an early bird groupon, took phone to get fixed and they said early bird pertains to fixes before 1:00 pm. There is nothing on the groupon fine print stating anything like that. I offered to pay the difference. They said they had to contact manager for approval. Manager didnt answer text. They said i could pay full price and return groupon. i didnt wanna take that chance. Management needs to ensure groupon is clear or employees are able to honor groupon (or at least allow customer to pay difference if willing) VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! BOO!!! NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!! I live across town and now have to go back for repair from people that already do not deserve my business (or yours)! BUYER BEWARE!!

Go literally anywhere else. After breaking my screen I took it in to get repaired from this business. The attendant told me it would be 3-7 days to get it fixed, But after 2 weeks of not hearing from them I went to ask about it and it had been left to sit. I had to wait another 10 days for them to call me and say it was done. However when I went to pick it up, the screen replacement had arrived but not been installed- adding another day to the wait. After all the wasted trips to the kiosk and waiting they still charged me full price and had no explanation for all the hassle. Dont go here.

Installed a defective connection port in my iphone.. Still charged me $15 LABOR FEE... ABQ MOBILE SPOT, located by the food court, installed a new one quickly..

First of all, when I walked up to the booth, it was empty. There was a sign up that read Gone to lunch. Text Josh at [phone number] if you need assistance. or something to that effect. Fine. I waited a few minutes, not wanting to interrupt his lunch at first, but then decided to try him. Both my boyfriend and I called and texted him, as well as the 4 other people standing around waiting by the booth. Finally he waltzes back up (to be fair, none of this would have resulted in a bad review if I didnt have further issues; but the combination of all of this really made for a lot of irritation) and starts taking orders. I got cut off by someone else who was definitely there after me (not iRepairs fault of course!) but then Josh (I sure hope that I am getting his name right) took my phone and let me know it would probably be 45 minutes to an hour, which was totally fine. We went and walked around the mall while we waited. The price was ideal, being under $100, so I was pretty patient. Now, my patience ended today. Less than a month after getting the screen replace, I noticed it was popping out of the chassis. I tried popping it back in, but it keeps coming right back out, like the adhesive just isnt holding up well. After two months since the repair, now my screen is discolored - sometimes the blacks are showing up a milky gray kind of color, and today theres a pink tint over the whole screen. There are multiple signs up at the booth that they dont do replacements or refunds, so why bother going back to them? The thing is, I could pay an extra $30 or whatever and go to Apple and not have any of this issues. And you, reader, should do the same. Dont waste your time with cruddy customer service AND a bad end product. It wasnt worth my money or time.
