Love this location! This lady there helped me yesterday (Anette was her name I think) with some issues i was having with my phone and let me know i had HBO max for free with my plan! I had no idea! super friendly place, honestly got it all done pretty fast too.

The Lady was very helpful. However only complaint I had was, she was the only one. As I had time I let another go before me but by the time it was my turn to be help, some grumpy guy came behind me being all huffing and puffing which caused me to be anxious.

There was only one person working, which was fine; he was great. He acknowledged us when we walked in, He was helping a man; when another man came in asking to charge his phone. The gentleman working was as nice as could be, calm & polite telling him he wasnt allowed to do tht. In the mean time the first man he was helping took some merchandise & walked out. The employee walked outside to see if the man was getting in a car, but he wasnt. The gentleman working was still so friendly, calm, & helped us quickly.

Store on San Mateo professional courteous and went out of their way to help us with several problems we were having and didnt give up until it was corrected. Really appreciated especially the managers willingness to help us until our phones were activated which was a lengthy process. If you ever need help this manager is well educated in what he does, he will do everything he can until he resolves your problems.

Went in for a upgrade and the 2 guys helped me not only get the phone I wanted but got me in and out extremely fast. I was a customer of Verizon almost 15 years but will never leave AT&T. All of my bills have been the same no hidden charges ever I absolutely love the service!!

I recently activated new service with AT&T. Unfortunately things were delayed with the trade in offer due to the current outbreak. I decided to turn my old phone into a store location rather than sending it by mail. I was not looking forward to the process as I wasn’t sure how to transfer my info over to my new phone. Luckily things were turned around with the help of Danny and Ray. My expectations were surpassed with the outstanding customer service. Danny helped by completing the necessary paperwork and Ray stepped in to help with transferring my info to the new phone. Despite the fact that the store was closing they both were very patient in explaining the process and making sure that my contacts and photos made it to the new phone. Ray stayed an hour past closing time to make sure that everything was handled properly and that the trade in was complete. These guys deserve a bonus and paid time off. Thank you!

The guy was very knowledgeable and even when another customer walked in he gave the customer a clear detail of what was ahead of him and asked if he had a quick question and answered it throughly in a timely manner and can right back to me and he continued working on my progress the entire time.

Walked in to find out some plan information and the store was very informative. The rep Annette spent a lot of time explaining all my options. I never felt rushed or pressured.I will be switching to att because of the better plans and customer service I received.

Great people at this store. The San Mateo store is my one and only ATT store. They work real hard to help with every issue. I was in the store listening to a gal complaining about her phone shut off. Well they tried real hard to help her but after a great deal of time she had not paid her bill in 2 months. Not sure how it’s their fault if you don’t pay your bills.Needless to say. I will never go anywhere else.

By far the WORST retail store I’ve ever been too. I’ve called over 15 times today and no answer. This was after I was told to come back the next day because the lazy worker in the front didn’t have his lunch yet. Now My service is disconnected after I was advised it wouldn’t be. I’ve been into the retail store for 2 weeks trying to get my bill taken care of and the store manager ANNETTE ROMERO along with the other employees are the most unhelpful people I’ve ever had to deal with. Got quoted for $85 bill and now it’s $140 a month. Will be switching my service IMMEDIATELY

An adequate location to shop for a phone, but not really full service. These franchise locations are little more than stand-alone kiosks. Far more complete service is available at the AT&T-owned/operated stores on Coors near Cottonwood Mall and at ABQ Uptown.

Also a customer that will be switching service ASAP due to the lack of communication and customer service in this store. Multiple times I made the drive from Rio Rancho to pay and fix my bill, every time a worker would advise me against paying the bill if it was incorrect and my service would be fine. Next day was stuck out of town with no phone because they obviously gave me incorrect information. Naturally I tried to fix the problem, called the store, only to hear that they are really busy and will look into it. Hours go by and no one gets back to me so I call back and get the voicemail 14 times. On the 15 time they answer and I ask to talk to ANNETTE ROMERO and I could hear her yell in the back “tell them I am too busy” again. So instead of getting my bill fixed, I was forced to pay almost $300 for 2 months of bills for ONE line, AFTER i was quoted $85 a month just to be able to use my phone and get back home. Thank you for the inconvenience once again.

As a longtime At&T customer and stock owner, I was not happy when I came there to replace my iPhone today at 3:10 pm. The mailman and I were both turned away by the sign on the locked front door which read closed for lunch 3 - 3:30. The web site claims its open from 10am to 7 pm. Can the company not afford to hire enough people to properly run its stores? Is it time to dump my stock? You can bet I wont run into this tomorrow when I buy my phone from the apple store.

My experience was great. Victoria helped me purchase an upgrade and commission it right there. It was a painless and pleasant experience. Terrible service Anette Romero was rude and argumentative with me as I had questions. I signed up with DTV and was promised a 100$ gift card and closer coupon and it had been 2 months and I havent seen any of those rewards. I do not repeat do not recommend this store for service I believe Anette should be counciled on how to interact with people.

My friend and I went into the store after we had broken her phone over the weekend. It was crucial to get the phone as quickly as possible because we are from out of town. Nick, Noah and Antoinnette provided the best customer service that we’ve ever had at ANY cell phone provider. They not only worked out the best possible phone and billing options but they were also kind, courteous, professional and knowledgeable! I would HIGHLY recommend going to this store!!!! Spoke to Victoria over the phone. She refused to help me because she didnt know what to do and was very rude. Cant wait to switch service!
