Customer service representative became extremely rude and told me he didnt care what phone I got because at this point he was working for free because I wasnt buying a phone case, screen protectors and wireless charger he tried to sell me. Once I told him what I wanted, he realized it wasnt in stock (Google Pixel 4a) and finally ordered it from another store in town for pickup. He did something wrong and here I am, days later, waiting for that order to void so I can purchase my phone (cannot use my accounts financing while its hung up on the first order). My phone is not working correctly, and this has been extremely inconvenient. After the way the rep treated me, Im not fully convinced he didnt botch the order on purpose. Extremely frustrated and disappointed. I went into the store rather than ordering online so I would receive my phone quickly, not days later, because I need a new phone, right now. Not later.

Very disappointed in the service today at the store which we normally shop and probably will never again. They were rude when we tried to walk in and no one but the employees were in the store. When they finally came out to check us in, a line had formed and thef n they ignored all privacy etiquette. Once in the store we told them we wanted the Google Pixel 5, they tried to sell us the 4. We had already done our research on the 4 vs 5 and found the 5 better suited our needs. Then when they finally agreed to let us see the 5, they would not let us hold it. The store lost a sale and a customer today. My husband is probably going to buy the next generation Jelly phone and switch carriers. He wants a small smart phone and the Pixel 5 offered that. Service should be a priority with the amount of money being spent on smart phones and with the number of other carriers providing them.

Still working on the Covid order procedures. A few things need to be ironed out. Spent 2.5 hours on the phone Friday so we could curbside pick up and had to spend all day Saturday doing the thing all over again. Was worse than buying a car. Great coverage but high prices.

Visited a total of 3 times and they are very unhelpful. If they say you can cancel an account by switching services DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. The account has been cancelled and were still getting charges even though the account no longer exists! We were then promised a refund by one rep and not only failed to get the refund but was charged again. then the next time we came in the story changed. We were then told they couldnt do cancellations and to call Verizon and gave us the wrong number Best Buy reps have more ability to help and theyre not even a Verizon corporate store. Best buy cancelled any extra lines on the account months ago and Verizon corporate stores continue to try to scam us

The customer service here is good but the company sucks. I will be reviewing the corporate and giving them a zero if possible. I purchased a new phone here and am satisfied at this stores level. This particular location is clean and located in a large strip mall. It has adequate lighting at night and can accommodate large vehicles. Plenty of other shopping opportunities here due to a large variety of vendors here mostly large food chains and box stores. I recommend the sales staff (3 stars) but not the parent company Verizon (one star).

Stopped in to pick up a few accessories, I thought it would he somewhat quick. I walked in, was ignored. Usually they check you in, they did not. After waiting forever I gave up and left. Ill go somewhere else. Definitely set aside an hour if you want to go to this location.

I would recommend going to this location other than the one by Coronado mall. At least they dont forget about you, and you dont have to wait 35 minutes for a cell phone case and charger. Great service at this location!

Major confusion at the Verizon Corporate Store on San Mateo and Montgomery. The employees here all have different explanations on their security requirements. It took us an hour before an associate that literally knew what he was doing and was actually able to help us immediately.

This used to be my go-to location until one day when they wouldnt allow my 3 year old child to use the bathroom due to store policy. I now avoid this location if at all possible. They told me to use the bathroom at Bahama Bucks. Um no, thats not how it works. Lol. I intended to purchase some serious equipment that day but had to leave. They made me feel devalued as a customer. I have been a Verizon customer for a long time in different capacities, including as a business owner. Never had Verizon made me feel that unimportant to them. I feel bad to rate them so low due to a single experience but for me, as a career woman with young children and not a lot of time to spare it was a defining factor. My experience in business has taught me that customer service is everything. And since I know that each Verizon store location can make their own policies I want to emphasize that this review is regarding the Verizon on San Mateo near Bahama Bucks.

I get better help from an indirect store. ONLY the UPTOWN location is good and helpful.I went in to this location to ask for a box to ship my defective tablet in for service. the rep couldnt even tell if it was under warranty. asked me for a sales receipt and left me with a rep who was in training who was friendly but of course doesnt know anything yet. I called customer service and got the box ordered in 5 minutes and the phone rep also saved me $20 off my bill. just calling customer service from now on

I am very disappointed with my,experience here. I was dealing with a loss in my family, had no service when I was dealing with this loss and when I went to this store for help Adrian showed no compassion. I told him I did not want the HUM and he threw it in my bag anyway, refused to even help me install. When the manager Alpha got,involved he was no help,either. I had to travel 45 minutes 3 times to get anything done or fixed. They charged me a restocking fee for a device I didnt even want, promised credits I was not given. I had to call customer service and finally got some help.The employees at this location really took advantage of me and my tragic situation and I am very hurt and upset about how I was treated.

Ridiculous carrier Im so done with Verizon wireless. I went to buy a sim card, a new number in person and they told me I have to call customer service so they can deliver it to me and it will take 2 to 3 business days. I wanted to buy it now but seems like I have to go through a phone call that takes hours and a digital assistant, that takes my precious time to get to an actual person on the phone.Really this place deserves 1 star, I wouldnt recommend this carrier at all.

This is the best store to purchase any kind of phone..The Staff are top notch trouble shooting technical savvy..When ever I have a question or a problem.They always fix my problem and guide me in functions on my phone..Plus you can make.your.payments with cash, debit or credit cards!! They also have a full time security guard..which makes.you feel safe!! 😁🇺🇸 I Rate it as a #100!!

I stopped in today to replace the screen protector for my Galaxy S6. Was informed that the warranty I had was through a third-party so there was nothing they could do about it. I understand that. The customer representative I talked to, however, was rude and condescending. 2 minute conversation and shes guaranteed I will look elsewhere for my next phone and carrier. Unfortunately this is what Ive come to expect from Verizon.

Verizon used to have the best coverage and service but ever since they went to unlimited everything I think their system has gotten a little bogged down. I would say since the beginning of 2017 the service has really gone downhill and Im getting tons of dropped calls now Pages dont load fast and four bars is a rare occurrence lately. Thank goodness for Wi-Fi. For the price that theyre charging I would definitely expect more.

Make sure you arrive at least ten minutes prior to them closing otherwise they will not let you in the front door security tell you there already closing . All I wanted to do was purchase a phone charger but they dont even allow that I guess. But it looks like it was the security guards fault, as Im writing this review hes walking out the door.

A bit of a wait for help if you go in at a bad time, but theyll help if you have issues. Do not go to third party retailers!!Unfortunately got Verizon service through a third party retailer cause I didnt like the wait times at this place. When I had issues with a trade in promotion, that retailer wouldnt help me or my brother when his billing was wrong. It was so bad we ended up coming back to this place, and they took care of our issues right there without an issue. They traded my phone in right there with the promotion included, and adjusted the amount my brother was paying. Wish I just stayed the first time I went here. Would go here again (just make sure its at really off times to get fast service).

Worst customer service ever. Service rep Francine is so rude and does not have basic phone knowledge. Her fix was restart phone which I knew would not solve my problem since I had spoke with tech support most of the day before. She was rude and cussed at me. I went to the store on menual and they took the time to listen to my problem and they solved the problem. Do not go to San Mateo location.

By far the worst store I have been to.everyone including the manager are extremely rude. I will never go in to this store again. I wouldnt recommend this store to anybody as long as a manager there named Stephanie works there. If you want good service you would be wise to go to the Verizon on menaul just west of lousiana. I hate posting bad reviews but some people just need to know whats going on at these places..P.s. check out Tim Schofield YouTube video on verizon throttling your mobile data.
