The staff is always rude and refuses to answer the phone. When a manager is asked for they always hang up.

Well, hummmm... Changed a lot since I was there last! Very lovely girl helped me, but I think I may have to change to a different Cell Provider because deals are only for new customers! Thanks for giving us your $$$ for the past 5+ years but we have NOTHING to offer you... Im sad but I guess thats how it goes these days!

Customer service was terrible. The sales clerk had the nerve to become argumentive with me, as I was in the process of purchasing a phone. She also had an attitude because I refused to purchase phone accessories & started rushing me. Needless to say I walked out the store because I will not be insulted by a sales clerk. I will take my business elsewhere! 👎

I got done what I wanted to get done. However, it took longer than it needed to and I was inconvenienced with my card being charged twice and told the phone that was on display was not available at the store I was at. I was told I would get a cash refund for the second accidental charge but then after a few minutes I was told the amount would go back to my card and of course that takes time. Good thing I have enough money in my account to be able to wait for the refund other wise I would have been in a complete different mood.

Bought a iPhone 7, and the gentleman told me it would not cost more than 500, I see my bill and I’ve been being charged for 700. Do not purchase phones here. Go on amazon and save a extra 300 compared to being charged 700 for a old iPhone. They will trick you, it’s how they’re trained

They sent me here from another metro to buy a case for my se 2020. I got a case they said would fit and it did not fit correctly it fell apart and I was told there is no warranty on the cases, 3days? Service was very slow employee didnt know how to process info.. most of all they lied and said my case was free with screen protector and when I got my receipt i was charged for it 29$ screen protector and 29$ case i hate being lied too if you like me too purchase it just tell me I was annoyed really disrespectful..2 stars

The 2 girls that were there helped me out! They were able to save the phones we asked for at another store after we paid! They were super helpful!

The staff here were super friendly and helpful getting a receipt for me from over a year ago. We needed it for insurance purposes and they didnt hesitate to help find it. Ill be back here for any more of my phone needs. Great customer service!

My store! I cant go wrong with a 30 gig ZTE large phone... For $79 after $80 rebate! But the true unlimited data... No I dont get throttled or sent to 3g... Unlimited 4g is just that... Unlimited... Way to go Metro! This plan Ill be keeping!

Wow! Ive gotten the best customer service at this Metro PCS store, hands down. The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. Upgraded my phone here with such ease, they even threw in a free phone case.

Extremely bad customer service. Doors are locked when clearly they say theyre open and when I tried to call they picked up the line then right away hung up. They did that twice before they just let it ring. Horrible store

Horrible customer service! I went in to get my case and glass screen protector and they said it was locked in a room. All he had to do was call for a code. I live on the Westside and this was not suppose to be the store to pick up from in the first place. He did end up getting in the room and getting my case and protector. The case is not even the color I had picked. The workers attitude was not very welcoming or helpful at all.

The customer service at the Metro PCS on 4th Street is the worst that Ive ever been in their customer service sucks and the ladies or rude I would not recommend going in there and doing.
