Best service ever. My phone was not charging, the portal and/or prongs needed repair. I had 5 years’ worth of photos on that phone, most of times spent with my recently-deceased husband. They repaired my phone so it was able to hold a charge and I was able to retrieve my precious photos. They were amazing, kind, compassionate, professional, and a blessing to me in the throes of my grief.

The tech in the front was friendly, the cost was reasonable and the turnaround time was quick.

Would definitely recommend! I got my battery replaced for a vacation and the first one was... bad 👎🏽Worse than what I replaced it for. But they replaced the first one for free and this one works great! Very reputable and I can probably keep my phone another 2-3 years 🤩

I brought my iPhone X in for repair since the bottom of the screen was no longer responsive. Turned out the battery had expanded and damaged the connections in the screen. They were able to repair the screen and replace the battery in a very reasonable amount of time. The space was clean and well maintained (smelled great). The only reason I cant give them a higher score is the battery they replaced in my phone will only hold a two hour charge. Update. After posting a first three Star review they reached out to me and informed me that I did have a limited lifetime warranty on the battery and they are currently in the process of replacing it with a new battery. I have to say that is excellent customer service

Quickly took care of my issue and kept me updated on the whole process… I had a screen break on a brand new IPad and now can actually use it.

Had cracked my screen on my galaxy note 10. Stopped in and spoke to Patrick. He told me a new screen would have to be ordered and delivered before the repair. Took a couple days and they had the replacement screen in. Got a call from Patrick saying it was ready and I could stop by. The job took only an hour and a half even with a repair in order ahead of me. Streamlined work and great customer service. Not sure if there are better price rates for service/competition out there in the city but this is definitely a reputable company that fixed my screen in a pinch.

My son threw his ipad like a boomerang. The screen was so shattered that chunks actually fell out & the power button didnt work. For a little over a hundred dollars they made it just like new. I walked into this store twice in the past month with phone problems. I was on the verge of tears both times. Both times I had fallen and dropped my phone . (I have had some recent eyesight issues which contributed to this). One time Dallas helped fix my phone and the other time Donnie helped fix my phone. They were both professional, kind, Knowledgeable and helpful. I am super grateful to both of them.

My iPhone 6s is 5 years old, had a bad LCD, charging port, and battery; a cracked screen; and was water damaged (which caused my Touch ID and Home button to stop working, and also worsened my phones battery life). I read good reviews about CPR and the San Mateo location, and decided to give them a chance after I was dissatisfied with a previous repair on my phone from a different repair shop. I left my phone with Josh C. 2 days ago, where he said hed take a thorough look to see what needed to be fixed, described which problems were likely caused by what, walked me through what the quote would be, and that it would be ready yesterday afternoon.When I picked it up this morning, I examined my phone and saw that Josh was able to get my Touch ID and Home Button working again, replaced my phones LCD and screen, and replaced my battery with a brand new one, and Im very happy and impressed. A different associate was there, so I was unable to speak with Josh, but he called him to confirm the repairs he made and what the payment came out to, and I was highly satisfied with the price I paid for the repairs and service I received. I have concerns about the battery, but I was reassured that its under warranty, and that if I need to bring my phone back for the battery draining too quickly, that CPR will replace it.I absolutely give Josh and the CPR San Mateo location a 5/5 star rating, and it will definitely be my #1 place to go to from now on if Im ever in need for repairs for my phones, tablets, or game consoles, and I will recommend them to anyone and everyone in need of said repairs.

I had a great experience here. My phone had been having trouble charging and I was concerned that the USB port was damaged. The tech said hang on, blew it out with compressed air and discovered a lot of lint had packed its way in. Simple fix and no charge. I will be back when something more serious needs attention.

Excellent customer service, my phone was an easy fix and the person who helped me (josh) jumped on it without hesitation and solved the issue in a heartbeat! Josh went above and beyond when helping me fix my Ipad. He did everything in his power to get it in to working condition, and he did not settle until it was done absolutely perfectly. As someone who has worked in the computer and electronics repair business, it is tough to find good, honest people to service your electronics. Josh at CPR repair is one of those people, and they have earned themselves a customer for life!

I stopped by because I had gotten some bad advise from the Geeks at Best Buy, and Jason was extremely helpful. He was able to retrieve the docs on my tablet and help with my cell phone, all for nothing. This guys is great and will now be my go to guy.

This place is great. We just walked in and they make sure our phone was working exactly as we wanted to for a reasonable price. They also had all of the parts in stock. The associate who helped us did everything we asked him to do without charging us extra, as a gesture of goodwill for new customers. Well, we are lifelong customers now for sure.

Went in for a battery on my phone came out with a broken phone. They told me take care and give me another phone all I was doing it wasnt charging my phone like I wanted it was in the 90% to 95% so I wanted it to become a hundred percent with a new battery and when I took it back all I did was turn on and turn off by itself not very pleased with them 😡 they didnt give me another phone he said I was stuck with it.

They overcharged me to get my playstation fixed and then we’re a week late with getting it back to me and now it doesn’t even turn on. But eventually they fixed it and it works

My daughter and I came in and they put on the screen protector with less than a 10 min wait. They are fast, friendly and very professional.

They replace the wife cell phone screen and did a great job quick service and very reasonable.

Needed a repair. Charged me for a diagnostic even though I already knew the nature of the repair. Told me it would be done in 24-48. A week later it was still not done and they told me they couldnt find the parts even though I was able to find several places with the parts in a couple hours. Then tried to raise the originally agreed upon price even after that.Overall Im sure they can repair stuff, but youre probably getting ripped off.

Worst experience with cell repair worst bar none cuscsr was ok but screen installation on my Galaxy J 7 wasnt screen was very bad after new screen install can see lines on phone now I sent back after repair now screen is very loose button is not flush at all and can see screen popped up with otter box case installed I should have had no issues after install screen has flipped completely off its side after a very small fall off chair u cant belive they installed it wrong twice!! Taking it in the morning to repair and raise hell

CPR cellphone repair is a rip-off I visited their location in the mall (cottonwood mall) they gave me a price of $40 to replace a charging port and sent me to the menual location and then was quoted over $90 I left and went to Best Buy and bought the same device with upgrades for $39.95
