I didnt get my tool back to loosen the wheel lock. What if I need it and now I dont have it. I tried to call them but the lady could not look up the service guy who helped me. The last time they forgot my wheel lock nut. They should remember to place my items back or give it back. Im very upset this has happened again. I live 2 hours out of ABQ. I cant just go back and thats why I called and they couldnt help me!!

Open recall (from November 2019)-Fuel pump relay. Was told in July of 2021 that 130+ people were ahead of me. The parts manager finally reached out to the service department in October 2021 and got me scheduled within a week. Dropped my car off for the 8:30 a.m. appointment on a Friday. I called at 5:30 p.m. to check on my car and was told I wasn’t in the system, was asked if I could leave it until Monday because they didn’t have a tech on Saturday to do the work. Got the part replaced the following Tuesday. Car still stutters and doesn’t go over 30 MPM when red lined in cold weather after running for an hour! Since there is no stored code or engine light on I was told they cannot diagnose the problem. Nearly got T-Boned turning left through an intersection a few times. Taking the back roads until spring comes again I guess! Chrystler and LHM are at fault here, I feel the employees are simply a product of their environment, and probably do the best they can with the limited resources they have.

LHM always gets me right in and performs my periodic maintenance promptly and keeps me updated for any additional required service. They are always very respectful and professional. My service advisor Ben was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend LHM to perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on Crysler/Dodge vehicles.

Got my tires rotated and a screw hole in the tire repaired and it was done way before I expected, my spare was back where it goes, and my Jeep was washed. Color me satisfied.

The service was performed with professionalism worthy of the Larry H Miller franchise. All my concerns were addressed. The Advisor explained in detail and clarity every step of the process. I was shown pictures from the Tech of vital recommendations for my vehicle and explanation of why and when I needed them, so I knew exactly what I was paying for. My Jeep was done quicker than I anticipated and was given back cleaner than when I drove in. Friendly sincere and some of the best time Management skills I have ever experienced, is the reason I will return again!

No evidence of services performed despite waiting almost four hours. For example: car wash was one of the services paid for yet the car was not wet when returned to me. When I asked about the carwash, I was informed that the cars windshield appeared to be wet so my car must have been washed. It did not appear that my tires had been rotated as paid for. I made a mark on one of the tires; the car was returned to me with the mark in the same place. And so on ...

So I came in around 8ish for an oil change. Turns out I needed much more. I certainly dont mind paying for fixes towards my vehicle, HOWEVER! I do prefer being TOLD about these repairs. It took almost 2 HOURS before I had to go and talk to someone to tell me what was going on. I can understand if it was an hour wait before they told me what was going on, but 2 hours AND I had to go ask what was happening? That to me is just bad customer service.The service itself was fine. They warned me that my tires were REALLY bad and needed a tire change. And they were right about it. My tires were awful and needed to be changed. I just wish that I didnt have to wait 2 hours to ask what was going on before finally finding out what happened.

I came in to see if the recall on my car was what was wrong with my car. Instead of them coming to tell me it wasn’t they charged me 166 dollars for a diagnostics check I didn’t ask for. All I wanted was to know if the recall on my car was what was wrong with it because it would have been free. Instead I paid 166 dollars for nothing as they gave the car back to me with a low tire. Oh and when I asked someone to fill it the guy never came back. I had to go ask someone else. Very unprofessional and irritating experience.

Utilized Mopar/Dealer app to schedule a Jeep Wave oil service and vehicle inspection. Received a phone call the following day to confirm my 7:00am(first of the day) appointment. Upon arrival the service representative did not greet me, all he said was” hope your leaving it, it’s a Friday “. I’m at a loss considering, I made an appointment and was the second vehicle checked in. After 1.5 hours, I approached the unprofessional service tech and asked what the status of my vehicle was? He said he’d go check. After a 1/2 hour and the service guy never updating me, I went to look for him. He then said he would let me know. Going into hour three, and no vehicle for a simple oil change, I walked out to the service bay to look for my Jeep and saw that 2 technicians had just started to work on my Jeep. I went back to the waiting area and spoke to the service manager and requested my Vehicle be brought back services completed or not. The manager then proceeded to say appointments aren’t really appointments, just part of the scheduling. I said why offer customers times and times of completion of its not true. The service tech disappeared as I stated to the manager in a room filled with customers who also had be deceived by notional appointments. I will never use LHM on Lomas in Albuquerque NM. They lost a customer for their unprofessional and deceitful service.

This was the second time I went to this particular dealership to service the vehicle that was bought from Larry h Miller, and this was one of my worst experiences I have had being that I purchased the maintenance plan also I got charged 344 for factory maintenance not only that I sat there for three hours waiting for my car before I was informed that the service technicians had left for the day I was given a loaner vehicle but to end up going for my car and getting a 344 bill was worse and to top it off there service manager Fernando called me a liar and said I didnt know what I was talking about when I called to find out why I got charged so much that will be the last time I go to the lomas location it was convenient but Ill drive the extra to go to the coors location

Realized that I needed an oil change at the last minute. Dan in the Quicklane was happy to help me even though I didnt have an oil change. They got the job done quickly, were very thorough and even identified an oil leak before it became a major issue. I commute regularly so any downtime with my vehicle is a threat to my livelihood. I was very grateful to have such competent and professional people looking out for me. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else.

Did good work, would have been a 5 they never called with an initial estimate. Had to run over to except the estimate. Then a day goes by. I had to call them to get an update. I heard its done come get it. Im just saying I would like a call now and again giving an update. Especially since they kept the car overnight with no word of whats going on.

Prepaid for oil changes and tire rotation. 3 times they failed to rotate tires. 100% positive they did not rotate tires due to tire markings. Asked staff to have work performed, staff ignored me and after asking for update they would have to reschedule service. This happened to me three times. Not very happy, do not want to return to dealership, very poor customer service. Just wanted what I paid for nothing else.

I took my car in for an oil change and have a module checked for the Bluetooth function. I also requested a noise coming from the left front the car that sounded like perhaps the steering column. Howard checked my car in and addressed my concerns. He offered to take me along for a test drive to see what was happening. Of course the car preformed with no problems. Howard called me that afternoon to let me know after the oil change he would drive it again to check for the noise. Howard tried several times to locate the problem with no luck. He did let my insurance know about the concerns and had themdocument it in case it comes up again. Howard is very professional and shows true interest in my concerns. Howards the best and I wouldnt take my car anywhere else. Thank you L H M.

Terrible! Took my car in for engine light (O2 sensor) took 2 days and on my way home light came back on. I understand it’s not an exact science but I called back right away to bring it back in. I left a second message and still have not heard back 4 days later. They apparently don’t care about customer service.

Performed the airbag recall, did not reconnect the negative battery terminal properly and about 100 miles down the road the dash lit up like a Christmas tree and all gauges were going crazy. Pulled over and shut the vehicle off and it would not start again until I got our checked it over and found the battery terminal not connected.

Horrible experience. They left me waiting for over an hour for no good reason. They told me over the phone that the interior of the car was immaculate but it looked like there was a soup kitchen inside it the night before. The sales manager called me, was very rude and asked me what it would take for me to buy the car. Nothing, because I will never buy a car from this dealership. Worst car buying experience of my life.
