I own a small construction company here in Albuquerque. I had a hard time finding mechanics that can work on light-duty trucks and a timely fashion. so what I brought my trucks to All American garage they were able to fix several small issues including tune-ups oil change spark plugs Etc. I was able to get a lot of light-duty maintenance and upkeep work on all 5 of my diesel trucks and Christopher give me a good price I definitely will come back here on a regular basis thank you very much.

I Love using local companies and this is as local as it gets. The owners are friendly and efficient. Everything is done same day as long as they have parts. I drive a Cadillac Escalade and even if I have to leave it there overnight I feel safe with it there. They do good quality work, and make sure customers leave happy.

Kris has been my go-to choice for all automotive work, both my car and 4x4 pickup for a number of years. Ive always been treated well, he and his crew carefully go over the vehicle to make sure your problem is solved and repair complete. Turnaround time has always been fast! I wouldnt trust anyone else with my vehicles as I MUST have them for work. His prices are always fair, his work always superb...

I received great customer service and will be referring others to them. They were quick responsive to my issues and explained in detail the charges and what repairs were needed.

These guys rock! Took my car in for a check engine light and Chris and his team had it diagnosed in a couple of minutes. He shopped around and found me the least expensive sensor and l was on my way in a little under an hour! Very friendly guys; I will definitely be back!

I took my car to get a general maintenance checkup. They told me the that I needed to replace a coil spring the first time and said it an easy fix. They charged me $416.00. A couple days later I called because I was still having the same issue with my car. They told me to take it in again so that they could take a look at it this time something different was wrong with my car that would cost my another $500.00. Instead of just taking their word for it I went to another place to get another option and it turned out that what they were telling me was wrong was not true and they DID NOT EVEN REPLACE THE COIL SPRING that I initially paid for.

These gentlemen have treated me w respect as a veteran, kept my used cars running, and Ive purchased a high quality used car from them that Ill trust them with in future for repairs. Quality work and good pricing...

Simple radiator flush. Not done on time, cost more than quoted, a PC of molding that requires 3 fasteners left completely unattached. It certainly was when I left home to drive the 5 block s over to the shop. 2 individuals disputed that. A short time later while on a road trip the engine light came on and it wasnt developing power. Imanaged to limp it into Ford where they diagnosed it as a plug wire that had burned through from rubbing on a pipe, clearly another of their blunders. More $$ and more time.An expensive headache all around.

Poor work or general incompetenceI had them do an oil change and brought them a brand new skid plate to replace. They put it on wrong, so it went over the bumper. As soon as I got on the highway the wind ripped it off with the fender liner. I bought new parts, put them on correctly myself and havent had an issue. Let that sink in, this place cant do a better job than someone using you tube who has almost no experience with cars.They refunded me $40 out of the $160 I spent($110 with them and $50 for the new part).I should have listened to the other people who posted on here about their shoddy work.

I went to a few other automotive shops, seeking repairs to what I thought was an alignment issue. The staff there was so professional and quickly discovered that the issue with my car was a damaged rack and pinion. The parts and labor were reasonably priced and I will continue to bring my vehicle there for regular maintenance in the future.

Unfortunately my story is not that glamorous but its still the truth. As I was driving down San Mateo I got a nail in my tire so I came in to this mechanic shop because it was the closest I thought I was going to have to pay 70 to 80 bucks for a brand new tire but no these guys just plugged it up or some type of rubber and had me on my way within 15 minutes and the price was significantly cheaper then pairing for a tire thank you guys for helping me.

I satisfied what I pay for this shop. They are active and always willing to help what was really the problem of my car. Thank you! There technitians are knowledgable to fix the problems of the car. Highly Recommended Shop!

Took my vehicle in for a simple transmission swap got the vehicle back months later with broken and damaged o2 sensors and cosmetic damage very unprofessional and very Shystie operation.DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!! You will get the worst service imaginable

Kris and Donnie are awesome. Donnie does great work. Very knowledgeable mechanic. Most importantly you can trust this shop to fix what is actually broken without wondering if your getting taken for a ride (so to speak). My experiences have been good and their prices are better than most. If you talk to Kris he will likely let you bring your own parts but he wont guarantee them. Which is only fair. If you have a classic ride I highly recommend All American Garage. These guys love to work on the classic cars and trucks. They have won awards for their work. They also have the correct tools and knowledge for modern rides. Finding a good mechanic you can trust is hard. I found mine and if you give them an chance so will you. Regards, Bill

I had a tire problem the first time I went to them. I was in a hurry to get to a doctor appointment. They dropped everything & fixed it so I got to the doctor on time. The next time I went was because my a/c broke. I made an appointment and they had the part before I even got there. It was fixed in no time flat. Now I go there for oil changes. These guys are the best!!! I highly recommend them.

There is a difference between defending your customer and putting 2 cents into something that has nothing to do with you. Im a tow truck operator and have been to MANY shops. Never have I ever been belittled by a shop owner the way this guy did to me. I delivered a motorcycle to the shop for the owner to purchase from my customer. The customer stored the motorcycle at his brothers house. When I arrived to the shop the seat was missing. I could not recall if it was on there prior to loading so I advised him I would ask my coworker who helped me load it if he saw it on there prior to loading. I also mentioned I would back track the full route and see if it flew off on the side of the road. My customer understood and was understanding as I explained since he removed/reinstalled the seat i should not be held liable if he did not secure the seat properly as they do not normally fly off if secured properly. As soon as I left the property, the owner of the shop decided to call the tow company and start to cuss us out and insult us. He could have said this to my face as he claimed I just left the property as if I was running away from an issue. Which was not true. We explained he is not our customer and we already have the situation handled with our customer. The shop owner then told us he was going to write bad reviews and file complaints. The situation is not his issue and should have let the customer handle his own issues. I understand he may have been defending him but he took it way too far. There was no need for profanity or insults. We all work together in the automotive industy and mistakes do happen. No one is perfect. Im sure mistakes have happened to the shop owner before. I lost all respect for this shop and can not believe the way the owner carries himself. We all are human and are trying to make an honest living. A little respect goes a long way. Mistakes/problems can be figured out but in a professional and respectful manner. This man needs to learn self control and professionalism.

Brought a truck from these good ol men in April and anything that has been wrong I go right back up there and get my trucked with no problems or questions asked I so love kris and Tyler them are really my peoples keep up the wonderful work young group of men!!!

Chris is very unprofessional, and rude! He couldn’t deliver what was promised, doesn’t stand by his words. The work was very shoddy, including the use of plastic ties for gear shift to be functional. Causes more issues to the problem, doesn’t guarantee work. Try’s to make the customer feel like it’s a big problem when Customer is asking for vehicle to be fixed right. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I took my car here for a new transmission and they kept my truck for a month granted the job isn’t an easy job he said it would take 3-5 business day then that turned into 5-7 business days and then that turned into a month he was rude as hell when I would call and check on my truck upon the completion I took it home and the linkage went out and my check engine light was on which wasn’t on when I took into that shop took it to auto zone to have it tested and it was an EGR valve which they had replaced I took it back they did fix my linkage and I thought that fixed my EGR Valve and now my Check engine light came back on and it’s the same problem but I will not be taking it back here
