Anna Marie has always been so helpful on questions regarding any cars I have been interested in. Yesterday she got me one of my dream cars when I never thought I’d be able to get anytime soon! Zoe is amazing. I have champagne taste on a beer budget, all I had to do was show her what I wanted on the site and she found me my DREAM Grand Cherokee for the best price. She worked with me and kept me informed on the whole process and personally walked me to parts after I discussed wanting a tow hitch added. Larry in finance was great as well. I’m so incredibly happy with my dream car! My sales person Jordan and the sales manager Marco were incredible! Took my budget into account and were able to find me the perfect car for my needs. I was in and out in about two hours. Not high pressure, low key and very knowledgeable sales staff. They made buying a car so painless! If you go buy a jeep, buy it from Jordan!

Everything was going great until it wasnt. They have yet to register my vehicle even though I have provided them will everything they have requested. Now my temp tag is expired and they refused to issue me a new temp tag, even though I have called multiple times BEFORE my tag expired. Every time I call them I get the run around and no one seems to be able to actually help. I have screenshots and phone records that show I have been trying to fix this for weeks. I have never had an issue like this before with any other dealership. Be warned, once they take your money, they dont care about you anymore.

I asked to have two key fobs programmed to lock/unlock my Jeep doors. I had purchases after market fobs. After an entire day of my Jeep in the shop I was told it was finished. When I arrived I was charged $220 and handed the keys. I tested the fobs to unlock my door and they didn’t work.First, I was told it must be my system. It isn’t. It was working when my old fob broke. Then I was told “We’ll, it starts the car” Uhhh…. Duh.. the key does that.I was refused a refund. I spoke with the service manager and asked 1) Why they didn’t tell me before service that the after market fobs might not work. 2) Program one and then call me to tell me that there was a problem 3) didn’t QC it. 4) didn’t tell me it didn’t work (because they didn’t know) Also, while talking to the service manager he lied to me. There were no apologies and he kept saying that they had done the job they were asked to do. I will be contacting upper management about the matter.Poor service, no QC and zero customer relations. I paid $220 for them to cut two keys!! I will spread the word on social media, make a public announcement to the Jeep clubs I belong to and contact the Better business bureau.

Absolutely horrible customer service, care, lack of sympathy, honesty, and professionalism. Long story short, when I first bought my jeep I was satisfied but rarely any communication between the dealership and my family were established. Little to no information was dealt to us. They told us that we got a free soft top but come to find out that what they put in the back of the Jeep all this time was never a soft top, but some sort of casing for my hard top. They told us we get both the soft top and the hard top. My mother then called because they were not helpful in person and when speaking to the manager at this particular location, he told her “I am not the Red Cross and I don’t do charity cases” then continued to refuse to give her the corporate phone number. I find that completely unprofessional as well as the lack of information provided and the amount of lies told by such a business. I also have quite a few more complaints from family friends who have been customers from this location as well. Horrible horrible business and location.

DARREL CUBILLOS is the service manager at this location and he absolutely useless.I Initially took my car in for an oil change and a day later the car started smoking and leaked all the oil out. We had to have it towed to the dealership and they fixed it with no explanation as to what they did wrong. After the repair, 3 days later the engine started knocking and they said all 3 of the cylinders on one side needed to be repaired. So I paid them $3,000 to fix it. A week later after the repair the knock started again and they told me it was the opposite side 3 cylinders and those needed to be replaced as well for an additional $3,000. So once again we had it fixed.At no time during any of these interactions did Darrel offer anything to assist in the situation. No rentals, no discounts, no even a car wash.One month later after all 6 cylinders were repaired the car starts overheating and leaking radiator fluid everywhere. We Bring it in to Darrel Cubillos once again and he shows no sort of empathy for how much hardship this has caused my family. We use the vehicle to take our kids to school and for work. after this repair it will have been the shop for over a month.I asked Darrel Cubillos to call me with the new estimate. Does he? Nope. Instead he texts me a new estimate for $1,800 to replace the radiator. With no explanation! IThis is all over a 3 month span and they tried to charge me over $8,000 worth of work with not even an apology. Clearly the car is a Lemon or the dealership and Darrel are complete crooks and out to rip everyone off.Either way Darrel has 0 clue how to help customers and could really use some lessons in customer service. Not only will I never take my car there again, I will never buy a jeep, I will tell you everyone I know how much of a scam this place is, and I’m going to write every possible complaint I can against Darrel Cubillos.Please never take your car here!

BEWARE!!!!!!Wife took her car for oil change after she left she was driving home and another driver told her the car was smoking and oil was leaking out everywhere. All the oil in the vehicle leaked out everywhere all over car. The engine started knocking after this. The vehicle has been there for almost 3 months and not one phone call on progress of repairs. Will be calling Chrysler corporation as none of our calls are returned and our visits are result in no resolution! Only reason got 1 star is cause cant do zero.

We got a truck 2017 Ram Dodge 1500. Thank to him we where able to drive to our home. I recommend him if you are looking for a vehicle. He will find a way for you to walk away with a vehicle.

When this dealership was previously owned by Mark Casa they forgot to mention and give us the wheel lock key. We asked Larry H Miller to order one for us (because an employee, Diego, said they didnt have any in stock) After 2 weeks of waiting we had to call for ourselves to see if perhaps the key was in. Apparently they already had one IN STOCK and didnt even bother to call us (thats because they didnt care to write down who the order was for) So we took the Jeep in for a tire change, THEN they tell us the key they have now is stripped and cant be used! Now they have get to the key shipped from New York and who knows how long that will take AND will they even let us know this time?? So now Im getting the feeling we arent being treated like a priority and that we should take our business somewhere else

Took my Jeep in for service just an oil change. Made an appointment for 10:30 however when I came back at 12:30 pm Jeep wasn’t ready. Shouldn’t take over 2 hours to complete a simple oil change. Service staff was polite however shouldn’t be setting up appointments when you cannot keep them.

Called numerous sales people, finance person, service people.I get left on hold then disconnected, get sent to voice-mail or get hung up on. No one responds back to emails or calls back. Was told the general manager would email me about my situation. NOTHING.Dont waist your time or money on this dealership. They dont care once they make a sale.

We came in for a new jeep gladiator which she worked all day on doing our deal and at the last minute my wife changed the jeep we wanted and normally sales people get frustrated or upset or irritated but not AnnaMarie, she didn’t even blink and eye and got us an even better deal on the jeep my wife actually wanted. I have never had such a stress less easy time at a dealership and we got what we wanted with no hassles or bartering. We told her what we wanted and she made it happen. We were traveling through Albuquerque towing a camper when my Jeep Grand Cherokee shifted to 4WD low and stayed there. Couldn’t go over 25 mph.I found Casa Chrysler Jeep, slowly drove there and pulled into Service with my camper. I explained the situation, they gave me a place to park my camper and took my Jeep into service even though they were extremely busy.Tanner Nelson was my Service Advisor, taking ownership of my Jeep and squeezing it in for diagnostics. Tanner checked his mechanics and they had a one on site whom had experience with my year and model. Tanner was able to prioritize and keep me closely informed every step of the way. They were able to resolve the issues allowing us to continue on our Journey. The entire staff is highly recommended, I had a great experience with Casa Jeep, kudos to Larry Miller for running a reputable, hard working establishment.

Fouad our salesperson was kind and did his job well, Ann in Finance was happy and engaging and I never felt pressure to purchase anything, but was well informed by her. Mike in management came off kind of high pressure at first, but in the end redeemed himself to help us get what we wanted and was cordial and accommodating. Car buying in this crazy market only makes things more stressful but the team at LHM Casa Jeep Westside did their utmost to make this a pleasant experience.The only thing that I have to say, and this goes to Corporate not the team I dealt with, is that putting an Internet price online and then still tacking on extra charges is very deceiving.(no haggle pricing works for a reason) If you have a price online, put the correct price so that people don’t feel deceived. It only makes your team have to explain things that they shouldn’t have to explain.

My jeep was making a sound and my start/stop was indicating it was not charging. Edgar asked to take my vehicle for a test drive and figured the sound was my wheel hubs. I made an appointment. My jeep doesn’t have that sound and is driving smoother. Both Edgar and Jordyn are very really nice people. I will definitely refer my friends and family to Larry H Miller in the future. I will also start scheduling my future oil changes with them. You can tell that their mechanics and staff are very professional and didn’t give me the run around. They are fast and efficient. I am totally disgusted with the service provided to me by the service writer Jordan castellano.Your service department had my vehicle in since March 08, 2021. The advisor explained to me that the engine on the vehicle needed to be changed and she could not began to repair the vehicle for two weeks. No explanation whatsoever. I asked her for a loaner vehicle, but was told I would not be issued one until the vehicle repair began. The vehicle never required a new engine, finally a loaner car was issued to me and was told the vehicle would be ready on Saturday afternoon, went in on Saturday vehicle still was not complete . I finally was contacted that the vehicle was ready to pickup, picked up the vehicle, radio was not working, the mirrors were inoperative. Did anyone treat drive vehicle after repairs? Poor service. What kind of customer service is this? Hopefully, management will rectify this situation.

Went in today to discuss ordering a 2021 Jeep. Configured the build sheet on Jeep.com with minimal options. Dealership Internet Sales Manager (I wont use his name as he was actually polite) assured they could order. Once I arrived, I told him about a bad experience with the other dealership who wanted to charge a markup and then said they (other dealer) couldnt order a 2021, hence why I went to LHM Casa. He also told me when I mentioned that I was willing to pay MSRP but NO Markup that it shouldnt be a problem. All I wanted was to order a SPECIFIC vehicle (that I would put a 1000.00 deposit on). I already had financing and was going to put at least 25% additional cash down on. Started to go south when he then said that they could order but could not guarantee a specific price until it arrived, which is nonsense. I have purchased a dozen new vehicles in the last 25 years, 4 of which were ordered and the price was exactly as I had configured, not including any incentives. After additional waiting, he (Internet Sales Manager) came back after talking to the sales/general manager and said that there WOULD be a markup and (I kid you NOT!) - that everyone has to pay the same markup otherwise (and heres the part that got me) there would be a CLASS ACTION SUIT if they didnt!!!! I then asked what the markup would be and he could not even look me in the eye and said 3999!! I could SEE how uncomfortable he was. Actually felt bad for him. I laughed and said no thanks and to give me back my build sheet. They wanted a $4000.00 markup over MSRP on a vehicle I would be ordering that had a total MSRP, including destination of $37,635!!. Jeeps are not unicorns. They are readily available. I researched market value based on sales in my area and the AVERAGE sale came to $300.00 over MSRP - which I actually might have been willing to pay. Absolute nonsense that these tactics are still used, especially when true invoice/FWP are readily available online. Unreal. Ill look at another dealer, even if I have to spend a few hundred in gas to drive out of state to get it. Embarrassing to take that type of tactic. This would have been my 2nd Jeep from the LHM dealerships. Shameful.UPDATE: Ill bump the review up a star or 2 for at least replying here as well as calling me to attempt to explain and ask how to make things right. Yes, I was told different prior to the disclosure. As far as competitive pricing - I was able to order the same Jeep / options I wanted from a different dealership the next day for ZERO markup.

3:15 hours wait to do an oil change on my 2010 Jeep Sahara. Didnt have the oil filter in stock even though I had made a reservation one week ago. Paid $135 for a diagnostic on check engine light. Low battery voltage. Wanted to sell a $164 battery to me. There was more but since I will never go back here after 20 years, who cares. They certainly didnt. Final bill $250 for an oil change and diagnosis of low battery voltage! Several people also waited up to 3 hours .

Will never be buying a vehicle from them ever again! They promise so many things and do not keep their promises. They never reach out to me, I’m always the one that has to reach out to them. Haven’t even had my vehicle 2 months and it’s already giving me problems. Extremely frustrated with them.Go elsewhere!

One of the worst service experiences that I have ever had. What is the purpose of a scheduled appointment? I had a 7AM appointment, the first time available for the day. I needed an oil change and my driver side visor was broken and needed to be replaced under warranty.I decided to remain in the waiting room since the advisor mentioned that the visor would most likely need to be ordered. No big deal, leaving only an oil change. At 9AM (2 hours after my appointment time), I decided it was time to ask for a status update. You guessed it, they had not even started on it! The second advisor said he would get it in right away. At 1015, my car is finally pulled into the bay for me to leave. At 1030, I decided to ask the advisor when I would be able to leave. He mentioned he was getting the paperwork and it would be just a minute. 15 minutes later, I got my paperwork and keys.Unfortunately, I dont have a choice but to continue going back and dealing with this nonsense as I purchased the oil change and maintenance package. The good news is that I will never purchase another vehicle from here again.

Response from service is ok. The waiting for parts is ridiculous!! 3 months for shocks. I’m still waiting for a seat. That’s right, a seat for a 2018 rubicon. Service told me 7-10 days. It’s going on 2 weeks now, and no end In sight, with no updates. So, I’ve been driving around without a passenger seat, with airbags disabled. I’ve also already paid for the parts.

2nd time Ive been there for oil change and the next service date sticker was not replaced. As well told that tire pressure is only applied to the tire that needs air. I was use to Marks Casa making sure that all the tires had the same pressure. Ive brought 3 300s from 2006-2017 there and they gave me great experience. So Im not sure of what type of experience or services Ill get now with the change 🤔.as well as taking car 🚗 in for a recall that was done in 2019..but couldnt get an answer to why my time was wasted leaving my car overnight..usually there is a letter sent out telling you to contact dealership and what recall is due.So it seemed weird to get an call from New dealership. Then told that their system was updating and sorry.
