Went in looking for one thing, came out with it and more 😅Hard to stop yourself in there! PROS: lots of options, organized, offer curbside pickup, monitoring how many customers in the store 💆‍♀️ CONS: had trouble looking for a type of hair product but I could find an Ulta associate ( they seem to huddle up front), the team in Ulta working wasn’t very welcoming, no greeting and such. 🙇‍♀️They get busy in there, maybe go earlier in the day versus after 5. That’s when I seemed to see a big line form out front.

Went with my boyfriend to grab a few items .... cashier kept asking us to leave the items up front even though we had them in the basket. She acted like we were going to steal... also when it was time to get rang up line was long only one cashier.. also she missed typed my number a couple of times didnt get my points and my boyfriend didnt feel comfortable. He asked to register his phone number so in the future he could come back and buy me stuff but they told him no. To just use my number instead.

The lovely ladys color matched me just by looks, and gave me multiple different options. The foundation matches so perfect im shocked. I came in 10 mins before closing on a Sunday and they still gave me the best customer service and helped me find the perfect foundation.

My first time coming into the store, the gentleman at the front was nice and inviting. He knew where the specific product was that I was looking for. I go to look at the brand of lotion that I asked for and there was an open bottle of lotion that was already almost half gone. I assumed it was a sample. I smelled it and tried some. We were not in the store more than five minutes, an associate comes up to me and tells me we are not allowed to open the bottles to smell or touch. I explained that the bottle was already opened and a lot was gone so I assumed it was a tester. She just walks off leaving the bottle there. As a customer when I buy a product, I want to check it out and there are signs that say the products are for display only and not to be touched. So are we supposed to have an associate special order or what? I want to inspect an item that I am paying for. This was my first and very last visit. We left right after. I’ll buy somewhere else.

I absolutely enjoy the warming and inviting atmosphere when I entered into this establishment! The staff there are incredibly friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and eager to provide any assistance during my shopping experience. I utilize the Ulta App on my iPad/iPhone and place my orders to be picked up in the store. The staff are prompt with executing the online orders process and answered any and all questions I had about any of the products I bought or were interested in. I most certainly will be a returning customer thanks to my experience I encountered at the Yuma Palms Ulta location. Thank you to all the ladies who work at this location! Keep up the great work!

Every time i go in this store i feel like i can not shop comfortably because i feel like the workers are just behind every client including me they just stare and ask every minute if im okay or if i need anything its fine if they ask once but every minute is too much i also feel like they’re just looking to see what you touch in the store. I don’t plan on going back anytime soon although it sucks because its the only ulta in town! Horrible staff

Horrible customer service, store hrs are from 10 to 7, I waited out side until some of the employees showed up right before 10am, at 10:03 the doors are locked I went ahead and called the store to ask what time they open, employee did acknowledge they opened at 10 but on her clock is 9:59 and cant open the store as she is watching me through the window that I waited untill all her employees showed up.Very disappointment 😞 knowing Yuma is a small market for this type of business.Employees NEED basic customer service skills if they dont enjoy their job Im sure they can find something that suits their poor personality.

Courtney cut my hair and she did an awesome job. I am very picky about my hair. Would highly recommend her.

The employees need to be more helpful. I been in there a couple of times and needed help had to wait around tell the two girls were done talking about what they did the night before with friends. It was at least 5 mins or so before they looked at me and said need help . Management needs to talk to them about that cause its not good they could lose sales like that I was about to walk out before I got help

I feel like a lot of people dont understand how truly difficult it is to work in customer service in a retail environment. Employees get scolded by customers for bothering them too much and they get scolded for not attending to them as much as the customer would like. I like the employees at Ulta because they DO check in on you, and if they havent, you simply just go up to them and ask for help. It is hard to cater to a customer because you never know how they might react to being approached by an employee. Yesterday I went in to get my hair done and my hair stylist, Courtney, was absolutely fantastic. She was very knowledgeable in what products to use for my hair and I can say without a doubt I will be going back.

I had the best experience at the ulta beauty salon. Courtney did an amazing job on my balayage. She was able to fix my quarantine balayage attempt. I left the salon feeling super confident. I have a lot of hair and she worked on my head for hours making sure every strand came out perfect. This was my first time at an Ulta beauty salon and Im so happy with the results!😊

DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR DONE HERE. I ASKED FOR THIS FOR CARMEL HIGHLIGHTS AND SHE GAVE ME YELLOW BLONDE HIGHLIGHTS, TO TOP IT OFF IT WAS $150 AND NOW I HAVE TO GET IT DONE AGAIN.Btw she was the store manger too🤦🏻‍♀️ HorribleUlta I want my money back.

Went early for their grand opening, the staff handed out spot holder numbers so we didnt have to wait in line outside in the heat. Thank you, I appreciated it.The staff was amazing and was more than helpful when scheduling appointments.

Every time I have come into this store I am NEVER greeted, helped, and am always given bad attitude. So I started ordering my things for pick up. Even then I still get the rude store associates attitude. My last visit was me standing patiently at the pickup counter and an employee shoved right through me without even saying excuse me or apologizing for pushing me to get behind the register counter. Oh and these ladies love to gossip instead of help or check on customers. It’s all I ever used to see when I would shop around the store. Just loudly talking about people and laughing. I’ve only ever had ONE lady of them all who work there, be very kind and helpful. I’m not surprised anymore by all the bad posts I see on Facebook about this location. They need to hire better employees who actually care about their job and don’t think they are better than everyone else.

There is always someone knowledgeable when I go there I was looking for a moisturizer that would cause my face to get greasy halfway through the day the girl there recommended a clinique product for oily skin it has worked great so far and I havent gotten a greasy face since using it its called Dramatically different moisturizing gel for oily skin I highly recommend this place it dosent get any better then this

Picked out a cologne with granddaughter for her dads birthday, nice selection wondering around trying to take in all the products, happy it one of the smaller stores otherwise Id still be their.

Great product allover the store bad thing not one worker offers help are any product knowledge.

Got a salon service from Sybil and my hair looks and feels amazing.

Went to get my eyebrows done there because I needed somewhere new to go and was very disappointed. I broke out all around my eyebrows and that’s never happened before. I won’t be going there again I would give zero stars if I could

Was disappointed I wanted to buy a mini nuvia pallate but the only two available were opened. Am looking forward to going back and checking out more products in the future though

Update to my previous review (see below) This store is a mess. Their stock is beyond depleted. You have to ask for tissue to wipe your hands from sampling, they should have plenty of clean up supplies out and ready for customers so we dont have chase down a staff member. The testing products are filthy. There are only 1-3 cashiers to 25 or more customers in line. I have been to this store 4 times and will NOT return based on the principle that I shop to relax not do someone elses job. I can stay at home and shop at Sephora on line or better still, Nordstrom. 😔Is there anything worse than going to a new store and seeing a majority of their products out of stock? I ask myself, why? This is a brand new store and their stock is so low or altogether out. Not good. I also had to wait in line with 25 people for 1 cashier. Not a good experience.

Totally want to give this store 0 stars. Why open a ulta in Yuma just to give it a bad name? How could this store be running for about 6 months and all around refuse to sell products to a customer? I have been shopping at ulta for about 11 years and today was the biggest disappointment of my experience there. Hire people who know how to do their job please!

Store is always soooooo clean

She was looking for a Nuetragena product. They didnt have it which was okay but, the clerks attitude when mentioning it was sold at Walmart was interesting. I thought Ulta carried everything make up but I was wrong!
