I was in CVS pharmacy this morning picking up blood pressure medicine for my wife.I was in the pickup line.To the right of me less then six feet away there was a older gentleman sitting in a chair with signs that displayed covid shots here.After a couple minutes a CVS health card provider came out and asked the gentleman if he’s ready?The gentleman acknowledged and the health provider injected the shot.She stated he had to wait 15 minutes Geiger he could leave. He acknowledged.She went to turn away and leave then stopped abruptly then turned to him and asked by the way “do you have any blood disorders”?I couldn’t believe what I just heard.I left the store jumped in my vehicle and called the store. I asked could I consult with the provider and I have questions about the covid shot?She informed me that the person performing the shots is not available. I asked could I please speak to the manager? She informed me it will be 30 minute wait to speak with the manager. I asked May I speak to the assistant manager or anyone in charge. She put me on hold for ten minutes. A employee came on. I started to express my concern on why didn’t the person performing the injection asked the gentleman prior to injecting him does he have a blood disorder? The employee got angry with me and told me it’s none of my business and thats between the CVS employee and the patient and that’s private information.I voiced my opinion if it was private then why isn’t a partition set up?Or why at minimum isn’t there curtains set up or even better in a private room.
Drive-thru should not be taking 40min to get medication. The pharmacist personnel can be rude. CVS you need to do better.
Juana helped ring me up when the self help machine was weird I didn’t want to touch anything more then I had in the hospital.She offered to clean and assist or just deal the old fashioned way and while following all guidelines, she even talked me into buying the sanitary travel packs they sell. I left with my rig full of local items. I don’t go in there enough, and I’ve lived behind the building for 4 -5 years now

Drive thru pharmacy took over an hour!! Absolutely ridiculous. Only 2 cars in front of me and it took over an hour!!!
Pharmacy techs here possess little to no customer service skills and carry an attitude in their voices that youre ruining their day by calling to check on your prescription. They act like everything is handled automatically and cast doubt when you tell them you are not getting automated calls to update you on your prescription status. Seriously, these people need to be in a lab where they dont have to deal with customers.
Probably one of the more difficult encounters. My doctor sent a prescription to the pharmacy. I went to go pick up my prescriptions. They only filled my inhaler and neglected my antifungal medication (two pills). I needed to go to work so i asked them to fill it and that i would pick up my medications later. I came back to the pharmacy in two days (bare in mind that i needed an infection treated). They still haven’t filled my prescription. And again, i was in a hurry so i kindly asked them to fill my antifungals. Again, coming in 2 days later, they still neglected to fill my medication after my second request. I patiently asked them to please get it filled. I came back after a week (again, this is >1 week delay in my anti-infective medication) and they still neglected to fill my medication upon my third request. The male technician laughed at my frustration and the pharmacist dismissed my need for my anti-infective medication. I finally asked them to transfer my prescription to a different CVS and the CVS in foothills managed to fill my prescription in 30 minutes....what took 3 weeks took 30 minutes. . This is unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. Not only did they delay my treatment but also wasted my time .
I made an appointment for a cocid test at 1250. I waited in line from 12:50 to 1:38 just to be told to come back after 2:30. This is absolutely ridiculous and terrible on their part. Why have us make an appointment if you arent going to have a way to take care of the appointments?

I needed help finding meds without wasting time perusing the aisles. Kimberly immediately took me to where it was, then rang me and another customer up without batting an eye, making sure we were good to go. I was out of there in less than 10 minutes.Customer service more than par the course. Ill come here again.

Im a regular at the pharmacy and all of the staff, including the regular store staff, have come to recognize me and are never anything but friendly and helpful. I feel as though I am visiting friends when I make a trip to CVS, and I love that. The employees really make this place something special.
The guy pharmacist is very unfriendly and just plain nasty to customers. I wish I knew his hours so I could avoid him. The lady pharmacist is very nice and kind.
I like this store, the team is great, and have really helped me make sure all my scrips are correct and safe. They are the best.
