This Discount tire is awesome! The staff are very helpful and pay attention to detail and the customers. On several occasions, Ian helped me with my service issues and questions. He even took a tire order for vehicle after the business closed for the evening. He is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Matt is also incredibly helpful. Their customer service is superb! I HIGHLY recommend this business! :)

Employees are honest, caring and help customers as quickly and fairly as they can. Store gets busy at times but they do awesome work. Got a large bolt in one tire, all 4 tires were worn to legal limit. 70k miles on the set. Helped me purchase 4 new tires and were honest with me about the best value for the price (not most expensive tires).

I honestly havent had one bad experience here. Went for a tire rotation and they told me it would take 45 minutes. Well, I set a timer just to see if they were a company of their word. Not only did they get me out in time, about 3 minutes AFTER I left out of the parking lot, the timer went off; and the tire rotation was free. I honestly expected to pay. The perks that come with doing business with Discount Tire is unmatched; out of the two Discount Tire stores in the the Yuma city area, this one is the best; Also, if you dont want to wait long, do NOT go Friday-Sunday. Those are the busiest days due to the fact that it is the weekend. Go during the week like I do. Less of a headache. Make an appointment too.

These dudes get you in and out (as long as you plan a little). Theyre friendly and knowledgeable. Yes, you can certainly go cheaper with some of the tire shacks around town but since I travel frequently, I like Discount because they have locations everywhere in case I have tire issues on the road.

I would never recommend this tire store, the Medford store couldnt put a dual real wheel back together correctly without me returning and having them do it again, only for them to get it wrong again!! Also, lost my beauty ring after getting new tires, this is a 2009 vehicle!! The Yuma store took 3 weeks for new tires to arrive, on my appointment day, I went in, and salesman tried to talk me into coming back another day, they were too busy, it took 4 hours to mount new tires!! I wanted Michelin tires, and the assist manager said Michelin doesnt make P225 75 R 17 tires so I had to settle for Firestone tires?? Really?? Is that the way to do business?? I Will never return to this business again, not even for my free tire rotation

They are quick for talking care of my vehicle. They told me it might be around an hour and a half since there were two people queued ahead of me. I am deeply disappointed in this location! Been using Discount tire for many years, but now going elsewhere....A month ago I purchased new tires for my truck. They were special order, so I went in and had the order placed on my account. Two weeks passed without a call, so I called them for a status. Yep, the tires were never ordered. So I waited another week and they finally arrived.I made an 8am appointment, so I could drop my truck off and Uber to work (without being late). I pulled up and waited in their outside check-in spot (There was one car in front of me). As one of the associates was leaving the desk to come out and greet the person in front of me, someone had just parked in the lot and met the associate at the door. Instead of asking the person to wait their turn, they both walked to the counter and we had just been cut in line.The person in front of me and I got out of our vehicles and went in to ask what the deal was.... we were apologized to and asked to return to our vehicles. I was mad, but let it go. We all make mistakes.It took 1.5 hours to be checked in snd I could leave, now I was mad. I just let it go... voiced my opinion, but just let it go. I needed tires.2 weeks ago I ordered a matching spare... 1 week later and guess what, it wasn’t ordered again! Waited another day, and they rush shipped one in. Got there for my appointment and waited in the Check-in area. Like before, as an associate was coming out the door, someone parked in the parking lot and cut in line. The associate didn’t even hesitate to let them do it.If you’re going to make this STUPID outside check-in thing, make EVERYONE fallow the damn rule!!!I will get the spare tire from Amazon and NOT have to deal with this BS!

All staff were extremely respectful, working hard as the store was packed with customers, they fixed our tire in a timely manner and did not charge for fixing the hole. We were on our way home to Ohio from California. Steven H. was awesome for helping us. Thank you!

Overall discount tire is the place any one should go to get there tires. They are legit and reliable and should be flexible with your needs. My experience was met positively however the cashier I had didnt seem to up to speed on searching for the right tire for me and needed to get help from another employee which just made there line more backed up and gave me a feeling rushed feeling. My other complaint is I wish I used my military discount instead they made me do a mail rebate to save money. Little did I know that this would be a 8 week process

Just got new wheels..everything was great

Stopped to get the tires checked for air. No One was coming to help. 1 of the attendants his name is Kevin I believe Was clearly off work but he stopped and asked if he could help us. When he heard that we needed air in our tires he went back in to let them know. We were still waiting a few minutes and a attendant came by I believe his name is Silva stopped and asked if he could help we told him that we were waiting for air. He went to look for someone and came right back and did it his self. This is my tire shop!

Dennis gave me several different options and ideas. I came in to buy 4 new tires and he was honest about my current tire wear. He also offered to upgrade my donut to a full-sized spare.

Needed to fix leaking drivers side rear tire. Drywall screw in edge of tread. Not repairable. Ordered 18 in Z rated Michelin tire, not an in stock tire. Will return for the new tire when it arrives.

Pretty busy so the wait was a little long. Staff is always freindly and the guys here move quickly. Replacing two tires for my truck usually runs around $400 but you cant beat free repairs and rotations.

I ordered tires online and waited to be notified they were at the local store. After a few days I called the store to inquire and was informed the tires I had ordered werent available. I ended up getting something quite different rather than shop around. Im not pleased with the sales experience online or at the store, but the installers did a great job, were helpful and pleasant to deal with, unlike the salesperson. I wont go back.

Location location location... this location can’t be beat.. not sure how the other one is still in business. With plenty of shops and restaurants in the immediate walking vicinity, it’s hard not to choose this one. We were in and out within 25 minutes. Awesome.

Discount Tire is our go to tire shop. They are affordable, they have locations nationally and have a great warranty for very reasonable. We recently had to replace our tires because the tread was gone, however, they were still under warranty and so they gave us a partial refund of nearly half the purchase price. I was very happy that they were able to refund us and it definitely helped with the purchase of new tires.

Been to this location a few times in the past. Usually I just show up and they take care of whatever I need. This time was during covid-19, called and made an appointment for drive up service. Everything went well and it was fairly quick. I would recommend making an appointment though, I over heard a couple customers complaining about long waits.

Was quoted for 1 to 1&1/2 hour wait at 11 am for a tire that keeps going flat. Walk around for an hour and 30 minutes, stop by and ask how its going because my car is still in the parking lot. Their response is appointments take priority and you have 4 people still in front of you so itll be another 1&1/2 hour wait. Maybe if I wore leggings you would bat your eyes at me too, ya you Dennis. Blatant disrespect.

Weve bought tires many times over the years and have always had a good experience. This Discount Tire went above and beyond in helping us with our tire problems. We had a tire that was losing air, so we dropped off our Ford Excursion to have them deal with it. It turned out to be a wheel that had broken a weld and was leaking air. The nice older Hispanic gentleman recommended that we swap the tire out with the old spare and use the spare rim until we could have the wheel repaired or replaced. He then recommended that we take the wheel down to Bobbys Territorial Harley-Davidson where there was a guy that could weld the rim (another Yelp review). Long story short, the rim was fixed, the good tire was remounted and we were on the road. The best part was that Discount Tire refused to charge me! We will continue to buy our tires from this great company.

Absolutely blown away with the level of service here at Discount Tire. I came in a screw in my tire needing a patch with a tire rotation due fully expecting to have to pay for both. However, I was told that I would not be charged for either service. All this trip cost me was a little over an hour of my day off. 100% recommend Discount Tire for anything and everything anyone needs that is tire related. I was helped by Hector in the store who was, himself, a pleasure to speak and deal with.

The stripped some of my plastic lug nut covers. I brought it up to the manager. They stripped 7 but he gave me 24 new ones. Thats why Ive been a happy and satisfied customer for 25 years. Customer service.

RAVE!! Discount Tire in the mall..Had a small hiccup trying to get tires for our car and ordering online. Ended up having to go in, in person buying the tires and making an appt for a few days later no biggie. Had the appt this morning at 10am replacing all the tires for a full new set. Checked in at 9:57am. Checked out at 10:14am. Almost 20 mins before they said they would be done. All in all it only took 18 mins for all 4 tires to be replaced! 18 mins guys!! It’s not NASCAR status hahaha, but still freaking awesome! Be proud of your hard work!! It’s hot in the bay. I’m super impressed!!! Thank you Luis for helping me buy the tires and Steven for putting them on plus all the other guys names I did not catch.

Brought our rental car in to Discount for a slow leaking tire, and I was asked if I was prepared to buy a replacement tire if they could not repair it. No I was not. They checked the tire and found there was a nail creating the slow leak. They were very thorough in their work as I watched them through the office window. The serviceman repaired the leak and moved the car out front of the store and handed me the keys.I waited for the bill and then the salesperson asked me if there was any problem. I told him I was waiting to pay the bill, and he told me that flat repairs are complimentary. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. What a great service Discout Tire has. I would not have received a free flat repair in my own country. I highly recommend Discount Tire.

I had a nail in my tire and they fixed it for free! They had me in and out of there in about 45 minutes. However, they also told me I needed new tires and that they measured at 3/32 tread depth. I told them I would wait. The following week I took my car to the dealership for an oil change and they told me my tires were at 6/32 depth. I took it upon myself to go home and measure them myself with the penny trick. And also looked at the wear bars and I have lots of tread left...not anywhere near flush. Id recommend them for a flat repair, but do your homework before letting them convince you that you need new tires.
