I called to make an appointment for Monday as they were scheduled to close today, Saturday. I explained my concern regarding my low tire pressure gage being on.I was told to bring it in right away and they would be happy to check it. I was close by and made it within 20 minutes of their closing hour.They checked all my tires and found all my tires were low on pressure. They filled all the tires to the proper level and returned my keys to me as I was waiting in their air-conditioned customer waiting area.When I asked how much, the service rep said No charge. WOW that made my day.When I get ready to purchase my next set of tires you can bet I am going to be calling BIG-O!!THANK YOU from a female senior citizen!

I cant say I would recommend this place, they seem a little shady.I took my car in for an alignment and a tire rotation and they performed a complimentary inspection and found the engine air filter needed replacement. Theres two problems with this. For one, the air filter is aftermarket and the only way to see it is if the front clip (bumper) is removed. Second, the filter is only 4 days old.I brought this up but the person at the front desk assured me that the filter was inspected and indeed needed replacement. I know it wasnt inspected because it takes about an hour to remove the front clip. I dont mind that the filter wasnt inspected because it is aftermarket, however, I am shocked they would lie about it in order to sell me a new one.

Yesterday I went to get tires. Had a small communication problem but everything turned out great even though I had to return today because a good mechanic found I need tire rods. Today I return and JOHN is working the desk. The worst personality Ive run into in Yuma. He was very rude abd condescending. I paid in full yesterday but he had no problem making me wait to sign one piece of paper. He just would not check me out. Another young made felt sorry for me and I was finally able to leave. I can NOT recommend this place as long as JOHN is there

I went in for an oil change appointment and asked if the tires could be checked. I appreciated the explanation of the status of the tires. (Still not real sure about tire wear.) I also appreciated that I was advised to replace only two tires, instead of the young man trying to up sell me to four tires. Thank you, thank you. Thanks also for the ride home and back to Big O to pick up my truck. Driver was extremely nice and great to talk with.

Took my van in to get the AC checked and didnt notice that they had broke the top off my transmission dipstick. Barely seen it today when I opened the hood. Wish they would have said something instead of not telling me.

I’m so disgusted with the service here. I had to bring my car back because I had an alignment done the other day and it’s pulling to the left really bad. When I get here, after making an appointment on the phone, they tell me I have to sit outside in the 100+ degree weather. No mention of this when I made the appointment to bring my car back to have the problem fixed they didn’t fix the first time. Of course there is more they did wrong but I won’t go into that. I’m not sure where CUSTOMER SERVICE went but surely it’s not sitting outside in the 100+ degree weather next to me!!??I will never use this business again.....unless I’m already stranded in the desert in the middle of the summer and have no other choice.

I paid $915.30 for four tires. I have never paid that much for tires. I was later charged $22.87 for mount and dismount on a road hazard warranty replacement. About two weeks later I returned because three of my tires were at the wear marks. I was told I needed three new tires and it would cost me over $300.00 under normal tread wear warranty. My tires were only about a year and half old and had about 24,000 miles on them. The tires I purchased had a 45,000 mile warranty on them. I was always under the impression that the tires carried a three year full free repair or replacement warranty and was never told anything different. I went to another tire shop and purchased four new tires, including mount and dismount, 45,000 mile warranty for $320.00. About one third of what I paid at Big O. I highly recommend that no one purchases tires from Big O tires.

I had a great experience with this shop. I was getting ready to go on long trip and thought I might need new tires. The mechanic was honest and told me I would likely be alright with my tires for the trip. I decided to replace them anyway since I was already there. They did an inspection and saw my air filter was really dirty, they brought it out to show me rather than just telling me I should replace it which I appreciate. Other than the $22 air filter the inspection checked out, so I would say these guys are honest. Ive had issues at other Big O tires in the past and I avoided them for a long time, but this shop is a good one.

The tall bald man who usually works the first bay (sorry forgot his name ) is always friendly and helpful. even when its 100 degrees plus he smiles and says welcome and thanks for coming in today !

From the manager, Braulio, to Alejandro, the tech that worked on the car; every step of the way from drop-off to the time I got the keys back was professional. I was alerted to some things as with my vehicle that were recommended, and as such, I will be returning this week to get 2 new tires. Thank you for not doing the typical oil change shop thing and screw me over; I now have trust in this shop.

Went to get a free oil change for welcoming us to the neighborhood, which turned out to be about $35. Said they had multi-point inspection and that the fluids would be topped off, our sensors indicated there was something amiss which was radiator fluid. When we left the light was still on and the radiator fluid wasnt topped off and we were not notified about it. The worker said specifically the fluids were checked. Is there any honest place anymore?

Well this is like round 4 going over there for different work, and being from out of town ( Snow Bird ) it can some times be a challenge, but I needed brake work, and front end work, the quote was spot on, workmanship ( Martin ? ) excellent, I gave a 4 star cause the front end sometimes is a bit over whelmed ( not sure if owners wife remembers me, but I mentioned ) they need to some times pitch in which she did and this does not reflect on work man ship or quality of service .Highly recommended

BIG O Tire, is not a good place to go. Very slow, they want to much money for anything they do. I would not recommend this place.

Fast friendly service, came in from Colorado needed an oil change and tire rotation. Ive visited many shops in my travels and this one was clean and the employees very helpful. My car needed a few clips on the bumper I didnt notice and they took care of it for me. When I travel back this winter I will definitely return for my cars maintenance.

Classic big o customer service. We called in on our way from Phoenix for a wheel balance. The guy says come in at 4 PM. I get here, they have no availability. I just need to stop dealing with big o.

We were charged for tire disposal when we took our old tires!! we were also charged for nitrogen in tires and we were not consulted about it first.They are supposed to put green cap on tire which was not none.SO was it done or just charged me for it.I paid in cash and live so far away its not worth the trip back to get green valve stem caps.Which was there response when i call to complain.This is my advise to anyone using them triple check all charges before you leave there shop

I took my car in bc the abs light kept coming up in my car. they told me, it was the battery. i ask a few times... if there was nothing else wrong with it and they said no. it was fine.. Well two days later, that light is back and my car is acting up, i think they were guessing what my car had ? And wanted to sell anything that they lie to me to make money from me, And now.. Im at ford. I should of came here in that first place. Dont go there

Went for an alignment after having $1,200 worth of front end work done on my truck and they refused stating I need about $1,000 worth of work to be done first before they would do it. Took it back to my mechanic and he wasnt surprised and referred me to another alignment specialist.I was also in the automotive industry for 30 years I would have fired anyone selling unnecessary work.

My car lost its alignment less than 30 miles after getting an alignment here and I was told I had to pay full price to get it done correctly. I discovered that they didnt tighten the locking nut on the tie rod which resulted in my car losing its alignment. I ended up doing my own alignment with a fishing line and I havent had a problem ever since. Terrible business and they do not stand by their work.

Nothing.$12 Shop fees charge could not be justified by management or staff..tried to say um, rags? Really guys. Come on. Was it a bolt, gaskets, something?Free rotation and balance because they are Big O tires. Then this. I purchase a 3 year alignment and thats it. No other work done. I am not a mechanic by trade, but geez, I am also not an idiot so dont treat me like one.And even worse, I question the charge with absolutely no reason or excuse what so ever. Maybe its rags. Im sorry, but pass that charge to someone where you actually do use something besides tools to adjust my cars alignment.

Front tire losing air, had checked good news everything fine all around, no charge, tech tells me about Monsoon promotion..oil change, a/c check, tire rotation and a couple of other things, nice price. He tells of oil change promotions at a nice $, believe Ill be taking my car in for some TLC from Big O soon.

Great shop, great service, and friendly staff! I had to stop in Big O Tires in Yuma as I was traveling through from California. I noticed my TPMS was indicating my left rear tire pressure was low, so I went in, they checked it out right away, and sure enough I had run over a nail. They offered to repair it for me instead if hastling me into buying a brand new tire from them. Even though they were busy at the time, as it was a Friday afternoon, I still feel like they did the job quickly. I continued my road trip and have been driving with the repaired tire now for a few months with no issues. If I lived near Yuma, Big O Tires would be my go-to tire shop! There was a long wait, but Braulio made the experience way better when he offered me popcorn! Other than that his co-worker that works next to him is also a very pleasant guy! Waste of time and money I waited for 2 hours and was charged 25 dollars for them to tell me they couldnt do a alignment on my car

Went there to get an oil change. I checked the level before leaving and discovered they had overfilled my engine by over 1 quart. They corrected the overfill and gave me 4 air fresheners for my trouble (big whoop) Overfilling is bad for the engine, but not as bad as underfilling or forgetting to fill, which is what I was checking for.Update: The manager called and offered a free oil change in the future. Ill probably take him up on it, but you can be sure Ill check the oil level before I leave.

I had the worse customer experience today at Store #0040062975 Pacific Ave.Yuma, AZ 85365I came in today for an alignment check because I bought the alignment package few weeks ago and my car started to pull to the left. She told me they will pull the car in 10-15 minutes, I waited for an hour and a few people ask me how long Ive been here because they were there for about 30 minutes. I waited and they were done before me. I asked the lady at the register if my car was done and she said- it wasnt pulled in yet. Its been an hour and my car was still in the parking lot?! Either they forgot about it or they didnt want to hassle because it was a free service? Technically its not free because I purchase the alignment package and it states, I can come back for an alignment check in 6 months or whenever I feel like I need to. She told me theyre bringing my car in now, so i sat and wait for a little. When I got up, I saw my car in the parking lot.This is just bad business. I told her I dont want to wait any longer and she said theyre already taking the car out for a test drive... and Im staring at my car in the parking lot. She said shes been working here for 15 years?? I left and they didnt even say sorry or apologize for wasting my time. And this isnt the first time, I have to go to this Big Os because my husband bought his tires here.

Good service, had my tires rotated 1st time no problem 2nd time forgot 1 lug nut (special nuts) went back about week later they found it. So check your nuts before you leave.

This store is terrible. I made an appointment because I had gone in one time and decided to just wait until they could help me. It took them 3 hours that time! I knew they were busy so I didnt complain and understood thats how it goes. However the 2nd time I made an appointment to avoid that. I got there on time and dropped off my car and told them to balance, rotate, and align the tires and to do an oil change. They said ok! I left for 2 hours and I came back and my car had not been aligned or balanced. They didnt know why they didint do it, they just didnt. I then had to wait there another hour just to get it done. The total was about 130 dollars and I had a 10% discount card already. I asked them to reduce my charges for not doing their job right and not being friendly in the process. The assistant manager gave me 15 dollars off the total. Yes, 2 dollars more than my discount. She didnt try to make it right. Not only did my car get screwed up but there was about 4 others behind me unhappy with their service. They need to get it under control down there. Even my first visit I heard people become very upset with them. The one in the foothills is significantly better. Go to that one!

I came in to your store and got my alignment and my brand new tires balanced and put on I spent 3 hundred dollars when I got my truck back and all of a sudden I need a new hub bearing I would have brought my truck right back but it was Saturday and the store was closed and I couldnt come back the next day because I had to drive to Phoenix to drop my husband off to ship out for bootcamp but when I came and ask what was going on they looked at the truck and told me what wrong with it and I implied they must have damaged it and the basically told me it wasnt their fault it just happens and I was like there was nothing wrong with it before I brought it in and now you want me to pay 367 dollars because most likely what happened is they wanted to get out of there as fast they could so they did a rush job and messed it up and now I have to pay for their mistakes I will never recommend you ever again nor will I ever spend my money there again because apparently its not your problem as it was put to me 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Where is the option for 0 stars! Dishonest shady con jobs. A deal for buy 3 get the 4th tire free comes with a mandatory purchase of an alignment that they wont tell you about until you ask why the job is taking so long. 3 hours later my low pressure warning light comes on and i quickly discovered the tech did not screw the valve cores in all the way. The car shakes because they did a lazy balance job and the alignment has my car pulling to the right when it was tracking perfectly before they touched it. Trying to get a refund for the alignment is a waste of time. They side with their shady employees despite a long track record of negative reviews from customers. Discount Tire is worth the wait because this shop will waste your time anyway.
