My rental car needed an oil change (long term rental). Hertz told me to go to one of their preferred vendors, which included Jiffy Lube. Service advisor was patient in dealing with the added documentation needed by Hertz and was understanding that I could not authorize any of their value added services (eg, replace air filter). They were fast, professional and easy to deal with.

Stripped my oil plug, then tried to get it off with pliers and ripped up the plug even more without saying anything. Now they refuse to pay for the repair. I cant stick around to duke it out with them because Im travelling. They dont care they just want your money. Cant wait to talk to their corporate office.

These Guys Are Almost Very Much On-Point. Except Today. Went In For An Oil Change, Air Filter, Windshield Wipers, Fill Up On Windshield Fluid...Which Was Not Filled!? BUT!! These Guys Tried To Help Out With My Light Which Wasnt Repairable. Just Have The Guys ReCheck Before You Leave The Lot.
