Got medication quickly. Got a flu shot without a problem. Pleasant staff.

Dont expect appointments to matter..My wife made a appointment for us to get shots at 630 today. I get a call at 2 from CVS saying Hey we close at 7, can you come earlier, say 530-6? I thought odd, because the site allows you to make appointments all the way out to 8pm. Regardless, no biggy for us. We would just need to make a second trip out to the area. (We had planned to go straight from getting shots to our kids gymnastics classes).We get there at 540, walk up and tell them we had the appointment at 630 but someone had called to ask us to come earlier. The lady very nonchalantly says oh yes, well there are 10 shots in front of you so its going to be a bit of a wait and walks off to punch stuff into the computer. I stop her and ask so how longs the wait going to be? She tells me its going to be a while... I asked her whats the point of making an appointment? And her explanation was Well their here for all different shots... what?? I told her I would just reschedule elsewhere and left.

Its a decent place not excellent.They some good deals on certain items which makes it easy on the wallet. Ive had an extra care card ever since they ppened.

I suggested an edit to your hours of operation. As it is currently 7:29 pm saturday night and the drive through is closed. It is posted on site that 6:00 pm is the correct hour this location closes. Save someone a trip and post updates to your business pages online!!

Took about 10 minutes for someone to notice I was trying to check out. I literally just bought honey after picking up my meds. Thats it.

Waited 30 minutes only to be told covid test not rapid response and it could take a week to get results. Website states rapid response facility

The store manager Russell Deane is lazy and is very unhelpful. He will give you a difficult time with returns and demonstrates an I-Could-Care less attitude. I had to call customer service to get a return handled because he was not willing to help. I will never shop at this CVS again. It’s a lot less busy than the other CVS Stores around town and it’s probably due to their unwillingness to help and go above and beyond for their customers. It’s too many pharmacies around town who can give great customer service. The hours of operation and the prices are also a huge concern.

Amazing pharmacy staff have had a few issues with my insurance vs Medicaid picking up co-pay for my sons many prescriptions as my insurance makes you get 90 days worth of maintenance medication but Medicaid kept sending it back so the pharmacist took charge and got it taken care of it for me then called to let me know. Some of the techs are new but learning there are also some tech that are amazing.

CVS is a first-rate top-notch pharmacy. I am really proud of them because of their decision to stop selling cigarettes in their pharmacies. That was an enormous amount of business for them, but they just could not justify selling something so harmful in a pharmacy where you get things to make you feel better. Good for you CVS.

Store does not answer phone, save $, just disconnect it.

Pharmacy was too busy to be bothered with running my 5yr old sons insurance. So, I was unable to cover the cost of his pain medication for his after surgery pain. Yes, I can make a bunch of calls and resolve this in a day or two... And that helps him tonight and tomorrow how? He should have a right to have his insurance checked.

This is my pharmacy, but I can also pick up quick items for a decent price. The only complaint is sometimes they have more customers checking out than employees running the cash registers so you can wait a while to check out.

Really like this store. They are very helpful, patient, and speak to you as a person not a customer.
