My family and I came in 2 days in a row and Xavier has been nothing but HELPFUL! We are switching from Sprint to TMobil. Though the process was difficult on the sprint side Xavier made it beyond flawless and the customer service was top notch! Make sure to ask for him next time your in the store!

Customer service in store is fine. Can never reach anyone by phone. Goes directly to voice mail. I am a truck driver, on the road for 3 to 4 weeks at a time. Just dumped $1,100 into new phones that dont work worth a darn. Looking to return them for a full refund and leave TMobile. Just cant get home for 21 to 28 days and will be stuck with $1,100 worth of paper weights because of the dumb 14 day policy. Been with TMobile since April 28, 2021 and cant keep a phone call while on the road much longer than 10 minutes. Even while sitting still, cant keep a cell signal. Brand new phones and still the same issue. William and Anthony in store are nothing but helpful. The phones to the store just wont work. Goes directly to voicemail all the time. Calling customer service through TMobile is pointless. What are people in the Philippines on the opposite side of the planet going to be able to do to solve my problems with service? Would be really nice to be able to get through to Anthony or William to work something out to return these phones when I get off the road in 3 to 4 weeks. I need a reliable phone company, not constant dropped calls and long state wide dead spots.

Poor customer service!! Just called to ask a simple question that literally wouldve taken 30 seconds to answer. Put me on hold right away, never came back to take my question. Waited over 10 minutes before giving up. Maybe have a talk with your location about not leaving customers hanging on the phone!!

Absolutely the worst customer service. This store and the company in general. I have had nothing but issues in the short time I have had this service. The original store will be receiving a bad review b/c they lied about the plan and the prices, this store is receiving a bad review b/c it took 3 people to tell me how to resolve an issue with THEIR system. Not only can they not figure out how to fulfill their 360 protection plan promise but now its up to me to find my receipt for a screen protector I purchased up-front, its not even financed!

I don’t use this word often but this place was so ghetto lol. I walked in and there was one little girl working with multiple people waiting. I truly think the lady she was talking with at the counter was her friend because Of the nature of the conversation. There was another guy there that looked like he just got done playing basketball but he was helping her behind the table? After 15 minutes of sitting and not even getting a “I’ll be with you in just a moment” I left and am now staying with AT&T. I’ll pay extra for service.

This store is amazing! Easy parking, friendly staff, awesome greet when I walk in(I almost spilled my Red Bull they caught me off guard in a good way) I felt valued as a customer and walked out with my party on the go kit, 2 wireless speakers and a tablet!Ask them to pair up your phone to your car if you have hands free, they have a convenient drive up to do that for you.

Great staff! I found an Iphone in the road. It displayed that its carrier was T-Mobile. Staff at this store we nice enough to look up the account owner by the sim card and contact them letting them know they had their phone and they would hold their phone for them. I am an AT&T customer but props to T-Mobile on this one. Great service!

Very unhelpful staff, my husband went in to make a payment and the employee he was talking to said, No! I am not doing that! The employee then walked away leaving my husband standing there. We are so glad we switched back to At&t. Better phone service and actual helpful staff. The only reason I gave two stars is because there was this helpful older gentleman one time who my husband and I really liked. Unfortunately when he is not there the place is run by immature lazy punks.

This company & especially this store is an absolute joke. Please take your business elsewhere. We went in July to switch from att to tmobile, because we saw that tmobile was doing 1/2 off for military. We did the BOGO on the samsung Galaxy s9 & traded in my iPhone 7+ to get reimbursed through carrier freedom to put towards our finale bill with att. We couldnt trade in my husbands iphone because it was broken (completely understandable). EVERYONE that worked in that store told us we qualified for the carrier freedom & that we will be receiving a gift card through the mail in about 6 weeks. Flash forward about 8 weeks, my husband called tmobile costumer service & asked when we will receive the reimbursement. Again the lady told us that we qualified for the carrier freedom & said she would fill it out for us & that we will receive the gift card in about 6 weeks. Well we went through that about 8 different times. Each time the costumer service, who have the audacity to call themselves team of experts, told us something different. After summiting our final bill with att to tombile muiltpe times only for them to tell us they arent getting it or that we need a break down of the bill. Which no one told us. So a couple weeks ago we sent the final bill with the break down to the same damn email they have been giving us only for them to tell us that WE DONT QUALIFY FOR CARRIER FREEDOM BECAUSE WE DID THE BOGO. Are you kidding me?! They should have never even taken my iPhone in the first place. Which the lady in costumer service that we spoke with today said that it was NEVER even checked into the warehouse!!!!! So my iPhone is missing & we wont be getting any reimbursement since we did the BOGO. After doing some research apparently this is happening to a lot of people. Do not go with tombile. Switching to them has been miserable. Horrible incompetent workers (oh my bad, team of experts) & a service that only works 1/2 the time.

My wife and I have had pretty good experiences with T-Mobile as a company but the two times weve been to this store, unfortunately, weve had bad experiences. The stores are supposed to reflect the quality of the company but in this case it is not true. Heres our recent experience with this store.We went in after my wifes phone malfunctioned. There was no physical damage done, it just stopped working. We were expecting to exchange the phone because it is under warranty and malfunctioned under no fault of our own.We entered the store and were greeted by the ladies there. I informed them of my situation and they took the phone over to a man sitting on a bench. I was later informed by the girls that he is the assistant manager (a man with short dreads).The man lazily takes the phone apart and puts it back together repeatedly. He tells me that I should take it to some store called jumptronics (phone repair shop). I informed him of the ongoing issues Ive been having with this phone and how I already pay for insurance and how I havent done anything to break it so why should I have to pay even more money than I already do? He takes the phone to the back, comes back to the front and tells me whats wrong with it. I sit there waiting to here my options and he just sits there... So I ask him what do I need to do? He says that it can be repaired but I would have to foot the bill for the repair. I said no because its never worked right and Im not paying anything to fix something that I didnt break. He said that they can do a warranty exchange but itll take about a week or more to get the phone. I told him thats fine but I need to use the their equipment to get everything off my phone. He rolled his eyes a little and his lazy and uncaring demeanor is what did it for me. We ended up taking the phone back from them and speaking with customer support. The customer service lady was so helpful and nice. I really could go in about how awesome she was. She is having my replacement phone overnighted to me. Yay! Im so glad we called customer service instead of going back to this store. It really needs better management.

Went to buy new phone, i knew more info on the promos that tmobile has than store representative,. When asked about downpayment, which was 280, store clerk told me it was gonna be +400 of fees, taxes and cases. Trying to get more commission i guess

We thought we found a great corporate store closer to home. We decided to upgrade to the s7 edge (great phone for taking pictures and videos with all KINDS of effects) and also to get an additional phone for our son. The CSR tells us that there is a special for phone purchases and that each phone gets 150.00 of FREE accessories. Not free out the door and pay for them later. 100% free! Much to our surprise we got our first bill and there they were, all of the FREE wasnt free like the CSR clearly stated. Enough about that, lets talk about the management that we called twice to only leave a message that was never returned. We showed up twice, gave him our numbers AGAIN because he was too busy to fix the problem at that time. And the final straw was when I went back to the store and demanded that the manager be called. It was THEN, ONLY THEN, that I got his attention to fix the problem. And his fix was for me, not him, ME to schedule a monthly date to call and remind him to credit fractions off of our bill. He said that he could put the reminder in his phone but it wont alert him? Seriously???I had to call our only other store we went to in Midwest city and tell them about this problem and that they, Midwest city, will be our Go-to store from now on..again!I also called Tmobile and spoke with a great CSM that actually remedied the situation WITHOUT reminders, and offered his apologies for the LACK of customer service, lack of management responsibilities, and everything else that went awry at the Garth Brook Store.
