They have %85 of all needs and its in stock now! This location has friendly staff and are helpful in any way they can. Including using there own coupons to get it cheaper. Not many places help you like that at all!

Its close to my house, the staff is friendly. Didnt give them a 5 star because they are sometimes out of things I need but not their fault. Either truck didnt come yet or they have been so busy they couldnt get it on shelves yet. They are always busy when I go. They could open a second register to help with that.

Lots of business is a good sign! I would, however, say that they may be slightly understaffed for the operation of a Friday afternoon. Keep up the good work DG ladies and gents!

Very friendly cashier she did everything she could to help us even though I forgot to tell her I had 2 septate transactions and she was new so she got a teeniest bit flustered but hey she was very upbeat and kept her cool

Bad,dirty, employees never stay, underpaid,and out of stock. Peggy needs to work Harder keeping things stocked. Sue cashier very friendly and does a great job. Deb manager needs more help, Stock at new highs so kick back to employees

Serves its purpose for a quick trip when you dont feel like going to Walmart. Has basic nessessities. Store is cluttered. Parking lot is very dark and full of pot holes. I do not go here at night because it is so poorly lit. This location desperately needs a renovation or to move.

Wed. May 18th just after sunset, I pull up to the store and an employee is standing 5 feet from the door smoking. I pull up and say out of my window, excuse me, are you guys open? rather than answer, she turns her back to me. After a second for that to actually register, I spoke louder and said HELLO?... Is that cigarette so important that you cant speak to people? To which; nothing. She still didnt turn around.At this point I was beside myself. I was already parked. I thought to myself, do I just leave?I just stared at the back of her head and thought out loud wow....Only then did she turn around and say, Oh. Were you talking to me? Yeah. Were open.Ladies and gentlemen, the parking lot was empty...I didnt think to look at her name tag when she rang me up.Worst service in Wooster thus far

The staff is friendly enough. The problem is is that they know the store gets busy on the weekends yet they consistently and repetitively refuse to properly staff their store to deal with the crowd. Because of this there are RIDICULOUSLY LONG LINES. Today was the last time I will step foot into this store. The line would have taken half a freaking hour to get through. I absolutely REFUSE to give my money to a company that insists on inconveniencing their customers. I will drive farther and spend more in order to not give these people my money. Sorry not sorry. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The Staff are friendly, but they are always understaffed! So you wait every time like 15 minutes for the, to stop stocking to come to a register to check you out. Often there will be 10 people in line waiting to check out before anyone will head to a cash register! So patience is a must at this location!

I was surprised. I had forgotten to buy bacon at the grocery store and wouldnt you know that they have bacon!!÷ Awesome!

Anymore is just so hard to shop at... especially if youre into couponing and using the DG Digital app. It just seems like something is always going on with it and or the product... frustrating!! -some workers and or customers give couponers such a hard time about it... its just not worth it!!
