This site the service is bad, very bad. I live in SF bayarea and came to Sacramento for my friend. I normally get pit crew oil change for $20 in my city. This weekend I found my car was due to oil change. So I checked online to find the nearest Walmart auto service center in Sacramento.The review is 3.6, not high, but better than other one. When I came to the office, I found they didnt have pit crew. so I have to do standard oil change for 30. But then they told me they didnt have standard engine oils, instead they have synthetic oil and need to charge me $6 more. I dont understand why. Then I suddenly awared I forgot to bring my wallet. I asked them whether they take Google pay. They said no, they only take Walmart pay. But they recommended to download Walmart pay app. I have Walmart membership so it was for me to set a Walmart pay account. It looked workable to pay using Walmart. Then I left my car to them for oil change. When its done I scanned code to pay. Unfortunately its declined for security issues. The cashier went to auto department but they all didnt know how to solve it, they insisted I should call my friend to send cash there. But my only friend went to work and She would come back at 9 pm. I advised that I could get my car first to fetch my wallet. I can leave my phone and personal information to them if they want. It seemed thats the only solution we might solve it. Then they asked the manager, a man stammered that i had to pay first to get the car key. I explained there wasnt a way to do that. Then they reported to another supervisor, a short and fat guy. He said the same thing: I have to pay the 37 bill first, otherwise I could not get my key. I explained that I understand their rule, but we should work out a practical solution for the special case. I just need 15min to drive to the place to get my wallet back. And I can leave any valuable stuff if they dont believe me. The deadlock lasted for almost 1 hr without a solution. Finally a gentleman working there payed the bill for me. I got my key and after half a hour I came back with my wallet. I left 40 for the gentleman man who worked out the solution. He is my hero. Im very disappointed at the management...all looked so ugly

The shop is great however front desk help some need to learn how to work an stay off there phone an learn the auto part of customers needs very lazy or no one at front desk.

Quick, friendly and reasonable

This place has amazing customer service. I came in today to have my tires inspected because I went to davis tires and they lied and said I needed two patches in my tire and were gonna charge $30 each tire.Walmart did a thorough inspection and told me my tires were fine. I was so thankful for their honesty. I would definitely recommend this place. Great service.

Cooperatively cheap price on premium oil changes. Good staff, they do not mind questions and watching them while they are working on your car. Nothing hideous very transparent.

I was happy how my truck was serviced. But their not in any hurry. That might be a good thing

Im willing to bet the staff has no fiscal incentive to do work. I was here a couple times and both times watched mechanics attempt to write off work or turn people away. They didnt do headlight replacement because it was too much work. I paced the walmart for two hours waiting for work that never happened.

Got a tire here great price...for a few more bucks you can go to americas tire and get a tire that will last longer than the Walmart tire. Learned that the hard way.

Got up the garage and waited forever until someone acknowledged that I was there. Waited an hour for an oil change and wasnt told that my car was waiting wasting more time. Definitely wont be back.

I brought my car here out of necessity since my regular shop was so busy there literally was nowhere to park. Wife has brought her car here too with decent results. Expect decent oil change at an ok price but not the lowest price. Staff were completely disengaged zombies and couldnt care less that any customers were there. This was my first time and the line of parked cars was long so I had to ask where to park and what to do. Didnt get more than a grunt in response back from staff. When I asked if he was pulling cars forward and should I leave mine in line, the only answer was someone will eventually meaning I guess it wasnt him. I dont expect high service but I do inspect polite responses and some instruction on what to do.

This the service was great they just need more people working. Other than that it was great.

Went to the auto care in woodland. They broke my door handle and told me that they would have to send my car into their other shop to fix it. I work full time and wouldnt be able to wait for it without a vehicle.. I also went to the dixon auto center for a tire rotation and they stripped my lug nuts and said it was the last shop who did it. I took it to my tire shop(the last shop)and they showed me they had the special bit from Ford that is made for my lugs and said this isnt the first time they had someone come say that to them from walmart cmaut center.

Great job with the oil change guys there were very nice and knowledgeable, but the younger heavy set Hispanic girl there totally skipped us in line and this was after she ignored the entire line to talk to another employee. Cant remember her name but she was extremely unprofessional.

Do not go here for tires I was told they would not install my tires because I went up 2 sizes that is not the case the first number in metric is the width the second number is the percentage of the width. The guy was assuming that the first number on metric tire sizes was the height unbelievable how did these guys get their jobs

Just two stars, went to the oil change station to service my car, it took one hour and and forty minutes to be done. Very slow service.

Been here at espresso lube at Walmart they are taking foreverrr 2 hours and still not done I Rather sent 10 more dollars and faster service
