Relocating from LA to up here is great. The problem is not having a reliable mechanic or even knowing someone out here for recommendations. Precision was highly recommended and now I see why!!! From the owner to the wonderful office ladies. Professional. My vehicles have a home… Then Carlos came in clutch with an issue I had later on.

I called and got a quote on a new engine for my car they quoted me over $10,000 I decided to do business with them because of the good reviews but when they gave me the quote no way I found another place for half the price that did a great job on my old car so Im going to go with them again precision majorly overcharging

Im only bringing my vehicle here now...they send you this great report with photos and check every aspect of your car, very honest and knowledgeable. If you have a Honda, bring it here! They took great care of my Honda with 250k on it - shes running like brand new!

Aside from taking my Jeep to the dealer for some work, Ive only ever used these guys with my Blazer and my Jeep the last 15 years. Not outrageously priced and they know what theyre doing. The front staff are great and the pup / mascot is adorable! Highly recommend.

I have brought all of my vehicles here at one time or another. They are always courteous and professional. I think the prices are a little high but, you get what you pay for. I have never had to come back after they have repaired something. I even got a same day appointment which is extremely rare there because they are always booked out due to their superior mechanical abilities and trustworthiness. We were traveling back to Eugene Oregon from Anaheim when the alternator went out on our car. We were able to make it to Woodland to stay the night. We called Precision first thing on a Friday morning hoping to get the car in so we could get back on the road as soon as possible. They squeezed us in first thing and did a great job fixing the car for a fair price. They even asked us if we had AAA so they could give us a discount. (We did and they were amazing too. But thats another review.) We definitely would recommend Precision in a heartbeat! Big shout out to Precision and especially Carlos! Thank you!!!

Well called on the phone with a power steering pump issue and I wanted it to be replaced. I also wanted a separate estimate for the timing belt. I never received a call back I called in the morning and waited till after 2pm then went in.I was greeted by a woman in an evening dress?She didnt have ethier estimate and gave me some excuse as if she misunderstood me. So I had to tell her everything again and then I was told there is a 90$ inspection fee. For what they are replacing a power steering pump that is next to the belt the would be replacing. She then told me it my be waived depending on the work done. I said so waive it now and Ill do both I see no reason to pay $90 extra on a job that was going to cost me over $1200. She said she would not be able to until the work is done... OK I walked out... Yo auto mechanics the $90 inspection fee is not a fishing hook stop using it as one. Sad scam!

We broke down on our way from Southern Oregon to SOCAL at the local Pilot. We looked up auto places and called Precision Auto. They gave us a quote, and told us to bring it in. They fit us into their busy schedule and got us back on the road in half of the flag time to fix the water pump! They even called us the next day to ask us if we made it to our destination safely. One of the best places Ive ever been to with amazing customer service!

Owner was friendly but the prices here were ridiculous. I had to get it retowed after the AAA tow truck dropped me off at this AAA certified mechanic. Next place offered me far better deals for far better products. I ended up getting charged $100 Inspection Fee because the AAA truck could not drop the car off at a different shop.

I have been taking my car to Precision Auto since 1996. Carlos and his staff keeps all my cars running. It is 2017 and I have a 1997 Acura with 40,000 miles and a 2006 Honda with 240,000 miles on them (I primarily drive the Honda). I trust their recommendations on what needs to be done to keep the cars running.

On time, and the rest is going to be in the past but I will have my car back. I need to find a job that pays top dollar if Im going to go here all the time😁 Ill be thinking about them but will I spend the money, well see. Hhahehhh.... I like their being on time.

Dont have a car

Took my car for a camshaft sensor problem,but they assume that I was there for a transmission problem which I wasnt,long story short they ended up blowing up my engine while test driving it,they wanted to charge me $5,000-$7,000 to fix it,which I thought it was really unprofessional and not fair at all from their part now I have a broken car thanks to them,DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE!!
