They said minimum delivery time is one week!! Though the mattress have a wide range of design and price, if you are in urgency, its not a good place. Though I liked the mattresses.

Outstanding customer service. Had to request a change in delivery date, no problem, very accommodating. Called day b/4 with deliver time, right on time. Two young men were very professional and efficient. I could find nothing bad about this experience. Highly recommend.

Great mattresses and box springs sets, reasonably priced, nice management, they will work with your delivery schedule as much as possible, each bed is built for the customer so no one else has laid down on it

Salesman was very knowledgeable about their products and answered a lot of questions about all the features and configuration that were available. We ordered a mattress for an adjustable bed framework and should have it in about 2 weeks.

They were wonderful to work with no pressure to buy anything.

Awesome Service! First of all we had a great experience in the store when we picked out our mattress and box springs Mark Johnson was our salesman, very informative and relaxed process.But today, delivery day, not only are we over an hour away from the store but we live out in the country and we have about a quarter-mile long driveway thats uphill all the way. We have an inch of ice on our driveway from yesterday and this morning we got 6 inches of snow on top of that. Nate and Marcos were our delivery guys, their truck only made it about 50 feet up the driveway so not only were they on time but they carried everything up to the house set it up and then carried our old stuff all the way back down to the the truck. WOW!Cant wait to sleep on or new mattress!

We had shopped at a number of places looking for the right adjustable bed and mattress. We stopped at Original Mattress Factory and Mark was extremely helpful for us in making our decision. The experience with Mark was non stressful, low key, and very educational. Mark took the time to answer all our questions and we never felt pressured to make an immediate decision. Wish all our shopping experiences could be as enjoyable and satisfying as this.

My wife and I purchased a mattress and box spring for my son from the Woodbury Original Mattress Factory showroom. His current mattress was small and getting old. I was very impressed by the service we received. The price was fair and we were ale to get an extra long mattress and boxspring. We are very pleased with our purchase and would recommend them to friends looking for a new mattress.

This is just before the shelter in place took effect and for medical reasons I needed a box spring. I called Lynn Russell and he had what I needed. I got there and within 10 minutes he had it tied to the roof of my car. With all the pressures of life going on right now, he made this need go so smoothly. Thank you Lynn!

Great service, best bed Ever

I knew the mattress we wanted from previous shopping. I ordered over the phone - easy as could be. Delivery was great. We have bought many mattresses from this company over the years. It helped that they kept track of every one so we could find the same one again.

My wife and I got a king size Euro top bed and absolutely love it amazing costume service. Cant beat a bed made in Minnesota.

Even though I pretty much knew what I wanted, I tried out the options and learned all I could before making a selection. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. He also listened to my Mom’s challenges and tried to find a solution for her issue. I am very pleased with my experience and I love my new adjustable bed!

We have purchased all of our bedding here since the industry thought it was a good idea to sell one-sided vertions only. Each mattress of each size and different degrees of softness have endured children and larger sleepers.

I hate my mattress I want to return it but I have to pay $300 for change it for a mattress less expensive than the one I got. Their polices for return and garantí are very bad. I wish I haven’t gone there for purchasing my mattress

Some of the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Guy barely spoke to us, as we asked for his help. looked down his nose and shook his head at me when I asked for pricing that I had pulled up on their website that was not the same pricing in the store. Said Nope, we dont offer sales. No wonder this store was empty on a busy shopping Saturday.
