Although the beds were super nice and comfortable my bride and I were surprised at the pushiness of the sales person we dealt with. We had every intention in purchasing a bed that was on sale but the sales person would not let that happen and kept trying to sell us the newer more expensive options.

Staff was very friendly and was able to answer questions that I had. Even had the opportunity to try out three of the different mattresses and some of the features. Definitely expect to pay a little more for a mattress.

Salesman (Julio) was fantastic, made the whole purchase easy. Price is expensive. Only thing I didnt like is have to wait 4 weeks for delivery. Hopefully its worth the price

Mary was fantastic! From start to finish she showed us every feature. We left to compare beds at another store, the person rushed us. The generic beds werent as comfortable and they even cost more! We immediately went back to Mary and purchased our bed from her. She was super knowledgeable, patient, and made sure she didnt miss a single detail when explaining things to us and also helping other customers. 10/10 will be back and recommending friends and family to go talk to Mary!

Great product. Absolute horrendous customer service.We purchased our bed, has some slight questions and were completely ignored by the store and the 1-800 number.Still, I recommended Sleep Number to my in-laws. They spent good money, waited close to 5 weeks for delivery and on the day of delivery, because of a two hour snow storm, sleep number cancelled their delivery.Logic in a situation like this would be to get this bed delivered ASAP. However, the only solution that Sleep Number has is pushing them out another 3-4 weeks, but in their mind, this is ok because its a week before new deliveries.I understand situations occur, like acts of weather (which deliveries were prematurely canceled), but the complete lack of care towards someone spending almost $10,000.00!!! on a bed is absolutely baffling.Upon contacting Sleep Number, there has been no meaningful apology, no willingness to work with the customer, and absolutely no care from the company. The excuse is always, well, we try to avoid delays, but they happen and when that happens we cant move anyone elses delivery back by a couple hours so we have to move yours back 3-4 weeks. Sorry, enjoy sleeping on the couch for the next month!I regret MY purchase from Sleep Number, not because of bed quality because it is a great bed, but because of the Greed and lack of Customer Service, that regrettably, in reading through reviews, happens much more than I knew.

Decided to go to a reputable sleep store such as Sleep Number as I wanted a supportive pillow however the customer service experience has been very disappointing. The sales person was not very excited about helping someone purchasing just a pillow. He was short and rude and actually took off in the middle of assisting me to do more important work I guess?? Another sales person had to remind him I was sitting on the bed waiting for him to return. Mind you this is after I waited half an hour for someone to assist me. Leaving all that behind I was still excited to get the pillow as it seems to be a good design. However the sales person gave me the wrong lead time. I’m still waiting for my product and after calling the store was told to call customer service as they have no control of shipping. No clue when I will be receiving it as I have not even received an email to confirm shipping. Not the experience I was expecting from sleep number.

Awful terrible bed and horrific experience! Glorified air mattress is so true, customer service is horrible, true! No one told us the base was not part of the 100 night guarantee so there they are full of BS to say there is a guarantee bc there just isn’t!You can’t buy the mattress without the bed frame, but if you don’t like the mattress that you can’t even use without the base u have to keep the base and can only return mattress. Awesome, so a have spent $3,600 on an adjustable base that won’t hold any other mattress!

The one star is due to the service I received on the phone.I called and spoke and spoke with Anthony and explained that we had recently purchased one of their beds online.I then went onto to explain that prior to this crazy time in our lives (Covid 19) that when they deliver the bed, they would take away your old mattress for free, but due to Covid 19, theyre no longer doing so.Anthony agreed that they had indeed stop doing so.I then went on to explain that I dont have a vehicle to haul away a king sized mattress and have reached out to several refuse removal services and that the cost to me is going to be (seriously! no joke!) $200.When I told him this, there was no reply.I then said, since I bought this online I know that hes not the person I should be speaking to, but that I needed to start somewhere and that I was looking to see if Sleep Number would kick in something such as sheets, or a remote, etc...Anthony then responded, why would we? We were giving you a free service. Now you just want to get stuff for free?Anthony, I dont know if you were having a bad day. Or what your issue is or was. But you really impressed me as a complete jerk. Your words and tone were not needed.And my philosophy is, you dont know if you dont ask. As I said, I knew they wouldnt be the people to help me. I needed to get with the online people but didnt know their number. The reason I explained what was going on and what I was attempting to do, was that maybe there was a different customer assistance number than their main.If you go to the this store, I wish you the best of luck and hope all goes well. I couldnt tell you about anyone else that works there, but if Anthony introduces himself to you, I would tell him youll wait for the next sales person.I hope this helps out. Cheers.

Buyer beware! I was not informed that the adjustable base was non-refundable. Also was not informed that if you decide to return the mattress, there is another fee. Mattress was not worth the $2500, no way. All in all, a poor experience to say the least.

Great Store and great sales people. Jeff R. spent an hour with us explaining and demo-ing the beds. He was kind, personable, thorough, and NOT pushy. He answered all our questions and was just great. We intended to try out other beds, but after thinking more about it overnight we decided to just go ahead with the sleep number bed. We purchased the i7 mattress in a split king with the fully adjustable base. We are both convinced that this new bed set up will be able to handle any orthopedic issues our aging bodies can throw at it for the next 25 years! Cant wait to get it delivered!

We have owned a Sleep Number for 3 years. My wife and I agree that it is a glorified air mattress. If you want to spend a lot of money for durability than it may be worth it, but the comfort is nothing special and disappointing for the amount of money it costs.

Mary was our sales associate at Sleep Number in Woodbury, Minnesota. She was very pleasant and allowed us all the time needed to test each mattress. She explained the various things each mattress had to offer. She was not pushy. So happy we decided on a Sleep Number bed.

My name is Dr. Bernard, a spinal care expert, and a sleep technologist. My wife had a disc herniation and wanted to buy the best bed possible, she really wanted a sleep number bed. So, I agreed, we went to the store and picked out almost the top of the line bed, an I8 with SleepIQ and independent head elevation (heck sounds space age) and when we signed the paperwork - we were told you can return it if your unhappy.Well this is where the story begins. First, that is not true (your can only return the mattress not the base or special sheets, cover etc). Your have to pay $200 bucks for them to pick up or find a cardboard box that will fit a king mattress. Second, the sales rep never told us this. The next issue is the $3000 base I am now stuck with, guess what the base doesnt work. It will not elevate the head of the bed or feet with another mattress. I have a $3000 flat surface under. Yes, its true i should have read the 4 page contract closer -shame on me for listening to the sales person. Heck I even did some work for the company in the past about 20 years ago. Caveat Emptor (buyer beware). I would have given them a zero out of five stars but its not available.PS the bed was marginal at best for comfort and the large split does not work well. The sales lady told us to put a pillow in the crack if it bothered us! Over 8K wasted on me trusting a company, sad.

Do not buy one of these $3,000 air mattresses unless youre interested in developing back pain. Their customer service is also horrible. Buying a Sleep Number bed was the worst purchase Ive ever made.
