Micki and her supervisor, Kaylee (?) did a great job helping me with my baby registry return. We ran into an issue of the system not allowing returns on my registry items. They were so patient and kind and resolved the issue as quickly as possible. Thank you both for a smooth transaction!

This is a nice Target. The most appealing thing I noticed about this Target is how the shelves are fully stocked and everything is fronted and faced. It’s a large Target, lots of aisle space. They have a variety of products that some smaller Targets don’t have. It was clean, everyone was friendly, and I could tell that management and employees care about this location. Overall I enjoyed my experience at this Target.

Never had a positive experience here. Today, I was very excited to see a doll I had been wanting for a long time, but when checking out I was told I couldn’t buy it yet. I understand mistakes happen, but if it’s on the floor I should be able to buy it. I left disappointed, and went to the better Target in Woodbury. They were very friendly and let me buy it.

Always a good shopping destination, this location offers a lot of variety to your needs. Whether its home goods, cleaning products to fresh food, the location is as big as it busy. The workers are extremely helpful and very courteous. Also very clean, so I definitely recommend this location target for shopping needs.

The employees who work with the online pick up orders are fantastic. If you pick up during a busy time: be nice to them!! I so appreciate this service. I come inside to pick up & I’m always impressed with them. So organized. Huge THANK YOU!!

This specific Target is extremely fast with fulfilling Drive-Up orders. After placing my orders, they’re ready for pick up within minutes! No issues ever with receiving the wrong item, and most times, a team member is outside with my things right when I get there!

This is a superb Target location. The staff here are always kind and helpful, and despite not being a Super Target, the selection of food and drinks is quite good. In particular, the selection of cold drinks is above and beyond any other local store.

I go to this target almost DAILY and the staff is always so helpful and the store is super clean. This morning my toddler ran off and within seconds they had every team member looking for him and found him shortly after. Just goes to show the staff are great and I appreciate every one of them! I was not impressed this morning when I stopped on my way to work for supply’s and I stopped at the Starbucks thinking it would be fast since it’s in the target on my way. Nope. I’ve gone through the drive thru line of 12 cars faster than I did with the 2 people in front of me today. The barista spent 15 minutes talking to two other ladies that are employees but not on the clock at this time, I know this because they were all discussing how fast the cup display has sold when they were working. As other employees I would have expected them to have a little more rush to keep moving so other customers who aren’t besties with the barista could get to work. I won’t be going to target Starbucks anymore since the one across the street is faster with more people.

Shopped at that Target many times and chose drive up. One particular drive up team member wasn’t displaying any good customer service whatsoever. I popped open the trunk for items to go inside. I don’t know if she was angry because the trunk didn’t open when I popped it the first time, so I popped it again.She angrily flung open the trunk and threw my items inside with force like she was mad; and just walked off leaving my trunk open. I put my mask on and asked why she had to be that way. She shouts back it’s a comfort level thing and continued walking away. I was not happy. I closed my trunk, parked my car and went inside to explain to the manager what happened and requested for a refund.The day before and many other prior days team members were awesome about putting items in the trunk, closing it and giving a thumbs up with a thank you. In fact, the Target app suggests for team members to use the trunk. That’s what I loved about Target. That particular service accommodated me as having a compromised immune system.But after this incident, as I told the manager, it ruined my love for the store. I completely understand it may have be a comfort level issue but my question is how do one expect to put the items in the customer’s vehicle without touching it? Wouldn’t gloves been a better solution than to be rude to a customer and hide behind the excuse of comfort issues? I’m sorry but I will not be returning.

I’ve been looking for a specific crib from target for about four weeks now they have been out of stock or limited availability. When I call obviously because of what’s going on I can’t get in contact with someone to tell me if they have one left. So I took my chances today and went to target valley creek in Woodbury. I FOUND ONE! So I’m 7 month pregnant and went alone. Cindy, Jimmy and I for get the other young guys name i want to say peter were so helpful. They tried so hard to get this crib in my car and it wouldn’t fit. So I called a friend to bring a truck and finally got the crib I’ve been wanting forever. I know this might not seem like a lot of anything but to me it was big I was alone and pregnant and close to tears and the staff was just amazing and made me feel really good and that I would get my crib. :) thanks guys I really appreciate it and I hope you guys see this review. :)!!!

I have been using Drive up but I order using the website because there is a message there saying that Pickup can be changed to Drive up after you checkout by using the app. I tried to do that with this order but am unable to find the link on the app to switch to Drive up. Fortunately, after three calls to the Guest Services desk, an employee brought my purchase to the car but I was uneasy about how this was going to go until he appeared. Please fix the link. Thanks.

They are an equal possibility employer Not only do they cower at the responsibility to make this country better but they steal from it. If I can avoid shopping here I will. I love Target except I am not happy with a returni wanted to exchange an item a gift that was a duplicate and the shelf price was $39.99 Target only gave me $11.99 for said item. Like I said I was buying another similar same brand item so why couldnt I get the price of $39.99. I know as soon as I left the store they put the item back on the shelf to make an EXTRA $28.00 that i was CHEATED OUT OF!!!!!!!!!! Only because i didnt have a receipt. I should have kept it for that! I really feel cheated.

I walked in and was offered some caviar and voss water. The clothing was extremely luxurious and high quality, and I would choose it over Gucci any day. I was surprised to find that each bathroom stall had refreshments and its own personal attendant that offered to shine your shoes while you relieve yourself. All around great experience. 10/10.

I love target, but wow this specific location never has anything stocked. I’m not sure if maybe they are going to be closing this location or what but it’s frustrating to shop somewhere when everything is always out of stock. Otherwise, decent store.

Good customer service. The only complaint I have is that paper sacks are not available at all Targets. For environmental reasons they should be. That is not a good marketing ploy to get customers to just go to super targets. The environment is to important for that.

This is my nearest and most frequented Target. I am here at least once a week, often 2-3 times. It is a nice store; good layout and clean. Team members are friendly and helpful. My main problem with this store is that they always seem to be out of stock on everything. And when they do the restocking they completely block most aisles. They typically restock the groceries on Saturdays, which seems to me to be the least opportune time to do so. There have been a few Saturdays I have gone on for groceries and left to take my business to Byerlys since I literally could not get down most of the aisles. Other than that it is a nice Target.

I go to target for convenience, but I absolutely resent the camera and monitor in my face at self checkout. Trust me target, if I wanted to steal from you it wouldnt be just dropping an extra kool-aid packet in my bag at self checkout. Our lives are invaded enough these days without being assaulted at the register. And you too home depot! Take your camera and sit on it.

I bought an xbox live card here, and when I entered the code, it said “contact merchant to activate code” i first contact microsoft, and they tell me to go back to target. I go to target and they tell me to contact microsoft. I contact microsoft again and they say I can refund the card. I go back to target with the receipt and everything, and they say I can’t return it. I try to contact microsoft again, but what do you know! I cant get in touch with them anymore, and it always leads me to “chat with a fellow gamer” which is so useless. Its been a month since then, I’ve spent several hours trying to get this solved, and I have had 0 success. $40+ and hours of my time down the drain.

The cashier who rang up my items was great but I went to customer service and asked to exchange a hundred dollar bill for 20s and they said that target doesnt do that. Ive exchanged bills plenty of times at multiple targets and I know it is part of their policy to do so, but these two ladies flat out refused.

Not as nice or large as the other Woodbury Target on Commerce, but it’s still sufficiently stocked and clean.

I went there for a cheep pair of headphones. If you could even call it cheep. There cheepest pair was $15 on sale. On sale? Thats your best ever? Whatever Target! Such a rip off. If your looking for a cheep selection dont shop here. If money isnt a concern however, then go right ahead.

Had a few problems with my trip to Target a couple days ago. Had a 12 pack of Pepsi explode all over my mom and I. I could tell the young man was having a tough time with the busy afternoon, however he was helpful. I had problems with the Starbucks gal, Grace. Pretty rude and not willing to help. And BTW, if you no longer make a certain drink, please do not advertise. I know what its like to work customer service, so I did not argue that the sign for the Cherry Mocha Frap was still up, however Grace the Starbucks worker refused to make me one.

I utilized the drive-up service and the team member was so rude to me, I will never go back. I’ve literally never had any issues at any other Target. This woman should not be allowed to have anything to do with customers service. It was so disappointing as a former employee of Target.

I was very impressed with morning shopping experience today. I went in to buy a vacuum, the one I wanted on shelf was obviously a return. I couldnt find anyone to assist me until I made my way up to the check out. A target cashier just turned her check out light off and was walking away to go on break, I took the opportunity to ask if they had anymore vacuums in back, she took the time to run back to the warehouse and grab a brand new vacuum and brought it up to me at the check out line. I truly appreciate that she did that for me. Thanks and keep up the good work.

Crowded but is the holidays, its to be expected. Staff was in the way because they were restocking, but Im happy to see them doing it. The store is very clean and everyone was nice.

I bought three Embark air mattresses a week ago and didnt need them so I went to return them and the guest service was horrible. The girl said that I couldnt return them and she told she theres nothing she could do and said I can sell them or call the manufacturer. WOW.... So Target is now not taking returns on products that they dont have warnings or labels once you buy it you cant return it even if its not open? January 11th, 2020. A young dirty blonde hair girl around 3pm.....

Usually great experiences here with okay customer service.My last experience was awful at the customer service counter by a young gal (name started with M, ended with I) who was very unprofessional and was irritated with me because she was supposed to be on break (she made sure I knew that).Maybe I expect too much from teens, but she could use some customer service training before being let alone to help customers.

THE slowest cashiers I have ever experienced, EVERY time I go. And theres always a huge line at self checkout. I try to avoid this Target when possible.

I would give Target a 5 star for quality and value but only giving 3 because the cartwheel app does not work very well unless you turn off your wi-fi on your phone. I lost a lot of my discounts because it wouldnt load properly at the check out and I didnt want to hold up the line while I re-loaded everything. The cashier told me I could step out of line and re-load.

This particular location is doing a lot of remodeling currently. It is much needed but can be confusing or inconvenient as the store continues to shift around or be under construction.

Went to the self checkout today and the employee running it was very annoying. I go to self checkout so I don’t have to deal with chit chat. He kept on telling me how to do it, asked how I was paying and how to use the app. I knew how to do all this because I am an avid Target shopper. He did this same thing to everyone that went through and the look on their faces was exactly like mine just wanted to be left alone. The first time he approached me I told him I knew how to do it but that didn’t stop him from talking like he was a cashier. If I wanted to talk to a cashier I would have picked one of their lines. I don’t normally shop this target and I will not go back because of this. All other ones I have been to the self checkout is just that unless you press a button and ask for help.

Because of the terrible service/treatment I received during this visit. As I feel now, I most likely will not return unless there are changes made. I have never been treated like this. Security personnel track you like youre a thief! As a senior citizen who was raised with morals/values I have never and wouldnt ever steal. Shame on Target for targeting their customers.

Make sure the cashier gives you credit for your gift cards. This is a recurring problem. Cashiers appear to not be trained properly in this regard. I have had them take my gift cards, and then while looking at my receipt on the way out the store I realize that I did not receive any credit for them. This has happened on more than one occasion. Today, on black Friday I was not given the 20% Off coupon due me for my next purchase and had to go back into the store and ask for it. Really, I should not have to make sure that I have received credit for a gift card, nor should I have to make sure that I have received a coupon that is due me. Newsflash Target - Customers should not be the quality control department for your cashiers. Train them adequately.Many of the cashiers dont know how to pack groceries at this Target. Canned items placed on top of bread. A bag of grapefruit on top of containers of raspberries. Frozen food packed with pharmacy items. If you dont watch closely and re-bag correctly you end up with damaged items upon returning home.I also find that this Target is often out of items on my shopping list. Heres an example from a recent shopping trip: Out of Barilla pasta, blue cheese dressing, coke 0 and distilled water. The Tuesday morning before Thanksgiving they were already out of disposable turkey pans. give me a break! I had to travel to another local supermarket where they had plenty of them in stock. Second Newsflash Target - Your customers are busy people who dont have time to run around to other supermarkets to pick up what you could not adequately stock. A lot of reviewers complained about poor stock in Google reviews. Perhaps you should read your reviews, take them to heart, and up your act.Saturday, 2/16/19: Targets out of stock situation continues to disappoint. My wife went there today at 1 PM to get 6 items for a recipe for Saturday night dinner. Two out of the 6 items were out of stock. She ended up going elsewhere for the two out of stock items. I asked her, why even waste the time. Just go elsewhere next time. The location is convenient but if you have to go to a second supermarket to complete your shopping list, it just becomes a time waster. Lord knows, we all have better things to do with our time.

There was this cashier working I don’t know her name but she was working right now as of 6:13pm Sunday the 22nd of July, She was very helpful in my first time at Starbucks I just had to give a great review I really recommend this Starbucks and I respect that she was working alone at the cashier and making the drinks.

There are multiple Targets in Woodbury and this one is not a Super Target, but it does have a small produce section along with dry and frozen foods. Its a large store, and is well maintained. The staff is always helpful and easy to find. A typical Target experience.

The selection of items was better than any other store. Our cashier was so nice too- we didnt feel rushed like we sometimes do!

I enjoy the self-checkout lane. Basic items are sometimes out of stock. Online orders are sometimes not ready even after youre told that they are.

I have been shopping here for stuff for my new place since I moved here. I felt like rotten fish when I asked a guy for help in the electronics section. I was really disheartened after shopping here. I actually had a driver stalk me into the target parking lot for not knowing where I was driving I guess? But it freaked me out. So far I havent had a lot of great experiences with people being nice in Woodbury and target really exemplified it. I am no longer going to be shopping there if I can help it, because most of the sales associates are apathetic and make me feel like I should just leave. Customer service is important to me in my shopping experience, and Ive been in customer service roles before so I have a certain expectation and this target doesnt meet it.

I visited the Woodbury Village Target location today (09/17/2013) around 3:45pm and began talking to a Target Mobile specialist who I believe was named Chris about prepaid phones and phone plans. He was very helpful, even telling me which accessories in the Target stock would be compatible with the phones in question and telling me about deals that were not advertised in the prepaid flyers. Since I wasnt really in a hurry, he helped other customers while I was there; I was definitely not hindering his duties. Also, I was told that the Target Mobile associates are not employed by Target, but instead by a third party company. I left around 4:30, came back a few minutes later, and continued to talk to Chris about phones and electronics.Around 4:45, I was asked by the assistant manager (I did not get her name, but she was thin, blonde, probably mid-40s or 50s) if I needed help looking for anything, and I said no, that I was looking at phones while waiting for my ride. She then told me that I could not loiter around Chris and that I would have to go somewhere else or buy something. My intention was to look at the stock to make a later decision as to what I want to buy and then bring my business back when I had decided what phone I wanted, gathering as much information as I could in the meantime. If I am not mistaken, Target Mobile specialists are there for that exact reason, and window shopping is not loitering.I left the store and waited outside for my ride because I was dissatisfied with the way I was treated inside the store.I give the store three stars because my experience was very good, worth a five star rating, until my browsing had been rudely interrupted. Apparently window shopping is not acceptable at this location, you cant look at the stock unless you buy something.

Ohhhh, this is why so many people are obsessed with Target. I started going to this Target, since the one on Commerce Drive is having some work done. The management and staff is polite and do their best to help the costumers. It seems like items stay in the same area, so I’m not guessing when I have to find items. I over heard someone say, “Are you finding everything you’re looking for?” or “Can I help you find something?” so many times in one hour. Wow! And when lines started forming at the check outs- they opened more registers. It was awesome! I’ll drive the one extra mile to go to the Valley Creek Target.😊

This target is absolute garbage and smells like it too. Please Target...keep your bathrooms and floors somewhat clean. I don’t frequent this store much and I feel bad for those that do. There’s a Super Target 5 min away, if you must visit a Target go there instead.Also the store staff is dumber than a bag of bricks, especially the security. This blond guy followed me around for absolutely no reason. I was browsing and paid for all my stuff with no suspicious activity. I have to assume it was because I am not white at this point...Seriously, if you can’t avoid going to Target than at least avoid this one. Nothing but a bunch of raciest jerks here.

The new Cat and Jack line of clothes are not great. They run very large, they fade fast in the wash. They dont last long either. The zipper on a toddler sweatshirt jacket wore out after about 6 times of wearing it. Its stuck in the middle and wont move.Very disappointing.

My husband and I came in for a snack. Chala helped us in the food court with saving money by telling us that it is cheaper to make one of the items we purchased as a meal. I love food and I would never have thought of that at all. Didnt even cross my mind I was just in a hurry and wanted to go but Chala helped us save money, and for that I am grateful. Katie at customer service was so helpful & great! I went to a different location to try and make a exchange and customer service was just rude I didnt even make the effort to return something and just left. I called customer service online to see if they could give me the information I was looking for considering I just had made a purchase with my credit card but unfortunately lost the receipt & they said they wouldnt be able to refund my money back to my credit card but could look up my receipt ? Which made no sense whats so ever. So I gave it a try and went to the Valley Creek Plaza location in Woodbury and just explained the situation; I was expecting the words of well this is what we can do for you; but no Katie just continued to ask the questions needed to be known about the product and then asked if my money was going back in my card. I was in such a happy shock considering two other customer service workers previous to Katie were not much help and telling me my money couldnt get refunded to my credit card but I could receive store credit. Amazing workers at the store! Love how they listen before to there customers before trying to solve the problem!
