Very nice location, my first time in Woodburn Outlet outside of Portland. Very nice inventory. Lots of options caught a sale too!

The girls working there definitely need to take classes on customer service. My mil was trying to return something and the lady helping her went to go ask her manager Maria a question about the return. I saw the manager roll her eyes and say ughh what does she want now(in Spanish). Very unwelcoming environment!!!!

I love Michael Kors... I really enjoy shopping at Woodburn outlet but yesterday was the WORST experience Ive ever had... we (my daughter and I) walked into the store, there were three sales associates right there... they didnt even greet us... when I asked them a question, they made me feel like I was bothering them... thats when I noticed that they were texting on their phones... there were two more sales associates in the back... I believe one was a manager and a trainee based off of the conversation...While we tried on shoes and need assistance we had to wait for Juanita to answer her text messages before we could get assistance. Even with the HORRIBLE lack of customer service, I still purchased several items for my daughter.Im not sure if these sales associates had important text messages or if the color of my skin made them feel as if they didnt need to acknowledge me, but I will definitely be taking my business some place else in the future!!!

It was a great experience!! I love Michael Kors. Rosio is so great! She listened to everything I had to say and found the perfect bag for me!! I even left with the matching wallet, I couldn’t say no!! I always go back to woodburn MK. Can’t wait for the new collections! Be back soon bestie!

I love it here! They’re doing great with following precautionary COVID-19 policy. Amazing customer service from Oscar, bought four bags from him! They do great with enforcing mask-wearing policy & keeping the customers safe. Best experience ever! Will be definitely returning!

Poor customer service. On numerous occasions, it seemed as if staff decided to pick and choose who to be nice to based on physical appearance.

One of the main reasons for giving the store a very low rating is because the customer service is very bad. Have walked in 2 times and both time I have never been greeted or asked if I need help with finding an item very bad service that’s why I shop at Coach. But I can say that the cashiers are outstanding always have an exhilarating attitude towards the customers.

I love visiting this store! Prices are so great, especially on holiday weekends, and the selection is always fantastic. Ive bought clothing, purses, wallets, and accessories and Im never disappointed. The staff is always friendly and helpful, too.

We ALWAYS have so much fun shopping at the outlet and find many great deals. There is a fantastic selection of bags and the store always is neat and clean. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and goes above and beyond to make u feel like family. Manager Corey provides outstanding service and has such a positive attitude. Thanks so much.

Soyboy Oscar who wouldnt let me in the store even though I have an exemption.. apparently Michael kors is above the law and can make up rules and laws of their own who they allow and not allow in the store.. Stores cannot create laws or policies of their own theyre not allowed to. .. apparently he claims theyre not a public store so since theyre private company they can do as they please and turn away whoever they want and make a policies as they wish..

This store probably has a better overall rating than 2 stars but while my girlfriend and I were in this store we didnt receive very good customer service at all. My girlfriend was showing the associate her Michael Kors purse and wallet she already had and was wanting to get one for the Spring season. The association seemed disinterested and just kept talking to the other sales associate. After helping ourselves look around the store my girlfriend felt unwelcomed and left. She was absolutely ready to buy another purse and maybe a wallet but decided not to.

Purchased 2 items from this store as I was coming out the store alarm went on an old lady approached me and started searching the items I had just purchased. She then first proceed with having me step out the door while she held on to my purchased items, however alarm didnt go on, she then stepped out with my bag with the things as I mentioned purchased then store alarm went on she then glanced both me and my husband making us feel very uncomfortable and while other customers looked at us. Embarrassing!1. Cashiers fault for not deactivating or removing the security tag.2. Employee shouldve searched for the security tag first instead of assuming. (we drove a 5 hour drive) to these outlets for an embarrassment!!!!

Very poor costumer service i was inside for about 25 minutes and not one sales associate acknowledged me. It’s really upsetting and unbelievable to me on how stuck up the employees were.
