This is a good sized Dollar Tree, however it seems to be poorly laid out and definitely not organized. Not to mention the employee on the floor putting things back was walking around chewing gum, with her mask under her chin. What is that going to do for anybody!? Its got potential. But is definitely in need of a little work. However, you are still going to get great Dollar Store deals! So... I guess you get what you pay for. Ha!

I believe this is the right location. I stopped to get an iPhone charger and Jojo, I think her name was, pointed me towards where they would be if they had any left. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to find any. I just moved and wasn’t sure which direction I was supposed to be going in without my gps. I asked if she could look up my address and let me know and she was nice enough to do so. I really appreciated her kindness and I was able to find my way. Thank you for your help!!Also, she was the only register open and I waited on line to ask my questions and she moved it very quickly while being kind to every customer.

Excellent Dollar Tree store. The staff here are friendly, helpful and efficient. The store is very clean and organized. It is well stocked and there’s a variety of items to choose from. There is plenty of parking with easy access to the front of the store.

Nice to do shopping in this shopping Center. Its next to Aldi so very convenient place to do shopping.

Average dollar tree and was fairly clean. However, the stock seemed pretty low and there was only one cashier for 11 people in line. Recommendation for management to just practice agility for check out surges. However, staff was nice and as always the products are cheap!

Expired food.I bought and ate food from this store and started feeling nauseous a few hours later. I dug the packaging out of the trash and noticed said item had expired over a month ago. Not sure if it was actually that particular item that made me sick, as it was only a cereal bar, but needless to say, I will not be shopping here again...Who knows what other expired food items they could be selling. Its apparent from other reviews that this store does not care about its customers health or safety.

It was quiet and not crowded THANK GODDESS! VERY clean also. Just wish they had more of a selection of greenery.

The staff was very friendly amd there was a large selection of items for sale.

Wasn’t able to shop here. Have a baby and there were only two shopping carts ( already being used). Unable to carry baby and a hand basket and be able to shop. Asked cashier and it’s been this way for a while, no apologies.

This store needs more shopping carts!Im a loyal Dollar Tree shopper and would love to patronize this larger storage more often, however, the last two times Ive been to the store, there were no shopping carts in sight. Im handicapped and need a cart to lean on or else I cant make it all around the store and still be able to stand in line at the end.I was told by the person working near the door, Oh well, they must all be in use even though the store and parking lot looked relatively empty.How many carts do they have, 3?Why not do what Aldi does and other Dollar Trees up north do, charge a Quarter to use them?

I went to the Dollar Tree on Howell Branch and Semoran for some helium balloons, and the people working there were EXTREMELY rude about having to help me fill them up. It wasnt a great experience... Then I visited this Dollar Tree, off Aloma Avenue, by the Aldi - and the store manager was AMAZING! She helped me with the balloons and worked quickly and efficiently to get it done fast so that she could go back to help the guest that were waiting in line. She was so professional and courteous, it was excellent costumer service. We will definitely be going here moving forward. Great job!

Was there this morning and not happy at what I saw. None of the employees wearing masks or gloves, no sanitizing of counters after use, customers not following aisle markings and no one seemed to care. Only about half of the customers were wearing masks. Walked in and back out again. I go here all the time after getting my nails done in the same shopping center but not again any time soon.

Great place to get balloons and party stuff which otherwise would be overpriced somewhere else!!

They seem to not have shopping carts which is sad because I always spend like $20 every time I step foot in any Dollar Tree. There is always just one cashier, and always a line. The store could be a bit more organized and have more friendly and welcoming staff.

Stores themselvea are always somewhat hit or miss, but this one in particulars generally always got what Im looking for & then some

You can find a lot of things at very low price. I recomed it if you are searching fast stuff such as shower curtain, batteries, pencils, and office element. Also cell phone protectors are cheap and easy to find here.

What can I say, its a Dollar Tree. It is pretty well stocked and a bit cleaner then some other Dollar Trees I have been too but the staff is hit-or-miss. Some of the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of their products and some of the staff really dont know much or try to just keep to themselves.

They always have just one cashier even on holidays. Even if you see 3 or 4 other employees walking around stocking/chatting/doing whatever. I feel bad for them.

Only for my glad bags, jergens hand wash, Colgate toothpaste and brillo products. They lack shopping carts and always have only one register open with long wait line. There are better locations than this one.

CLEAN STORE.This store is aways clean, however customer service is lacking in the checkout department and that can lead to long lines. It does have everything I am normally looking for though. So if you dont mind the higher then normal check out times its a pretty good store.

They usually have what Im looking for and more.The cashier Felicia is always so helpful too.

To the black lady with the blonde hair looking like the coon of the year your position needs to be given to some one else due to your lack of integrity. You should be replaced by someone who understands how to treat all customers with respect and learn how not to be rude and nasty and stop thinking everything is a joke. The Sumo wrestler with the long Steven Seagal ponytail that works as a cashier needs to also be replaced it does a poor job of waiting on customers and extending Common courtesy to all customers that spend money there. Allow someone that would appreciate having that job and would do a waaay better job. A toddler could do a better job than these two nitwits.😑🙈🙉🙊

There are no shopping carts, stock on educational items is usually low/out, and diaoer service leaves something to be desired. Had to return a few things and it was complicated and the woman was very rude. I didnt want it to take all day and I left that day with a very negative experience.

Absolutely appalled at this location - one register open with at least 10 people in line and counting and I couldnt find another associate or manager to save my life. I wish I could say that I should expect better from such a big company, but Im not surprised - its ALWAYS been this bad, even when it was a Deals. Management needs some SERIOUS overhaul. Shoutout to Eladia for handling all those probably angry customers...
