Something New Bridal was my first store to ever go look for wedding dresses at and they by far gave me the best experience I could’ve ever asked for. I went to one other store that day and left after trying on one dress because something new bridal boutique really makes you feel special and actually care about making sure their customers are happy. I walked into this boutique and showed the ladies pictures of what type of dress I wanted and they were quick and attentive and made the whole experience fun. I had a hard decision because every dress they picked out for me looked amazing, but I found the perfect dress because of them! I 100% recommend this boutique especially if it’s your first time trying on wedding dresses.

I had the best experience! The changing room is so beautiful, love the lighting and decor. It’s great having a private experience. The dress selection seems endless! The lady who helped me was incredible, she made me feel so special and she listened to every detail I wanted. She helped me find the perfect dress!! You can even get it customized with no additional price and if you don’t like it you can return it. How amazing!

I bought a dress from David’s Bridal over a year out from my wedding, then began to question it. I called this boutique and spoke to the owner who adjusted her schedule to fit me in early the next morning, she picked out beautiful dresses that were just my style, I couldn’t make a decision so she suggested I sleep on it, look at the pictures and that she would come in and meet me the next day, on a Sunday, when she’s normally closed. She knew my situation was time sensitive and she wanted to help. I showed up Sunday and fell absolutely in love with a dress and left so happy!To sum it up, I highly suggest making this boutique part of your wedding journey! The shop is so beautiful, the owner Dilek was so sweet and helpful and her selection is amazing. I loved everything about the experience!

After going to five different appointments, this salon was by far the best! The dresses were gorgeous and the staff was amazing. Our attendants made us feel like we were family and like they were just as invested in our mission of finding the perfect dress. Not only did make us feel so incredibly welcomed but they went above and beyond in every single aspect. They found my dream dress and I feel so confident in my decision. I highly recommend Something New Bridal!!!

An incredibly charming and picturesque location and store, a great variety of dresses, and a wonderfully friendly staff– I couldn’t be happier with the experience my group and I had at Something New!They were able to accommodate my ladies very comfortably during our private appointment, and charmed them with offerings of champagne and chocolates (which was very well received!) and made their experience top notch, which was just as important to me as finding The Dress itself.And the dresses were all lovely and, honestly, much more unique than any of the other boutiques we had gone to, much more of a “one of a kind” feel to their pieces. The gown I chose is incredibly detailed and lux feeling, and I genuinely hadn’t seen anything like it before, either online or at other boutiques, and I was able to purchase the floor model, which they discounted generously and even included the under-skirt with for free!10/10 experience, 10/10 dresses!!

Words can not describe how phenomenal my experience with Something New Bridal team was! From start to finish I was taken such good care, with some of the staff even texting me photos and questions before my appointment to try and understand my preferred style. SNB was the 4th bridal store I shopped at for my gown and nothing else compared! The team NAILED every option for me to try on and led me to my ultimate dream gown! I sobbed when they put me in my gown and I knew they had put me in the dress. I was able to buy the sample dress off the rack because it fit perfectly and had just arrived to the shop. 10 / 10 recommend for a perfect experience and stunning, unique, modern gowns! Our experience here was okay. It is hard to look at the dresses and you are shoved into a very small fitting room. I didnt love their options and the girl working with me didnt have much knowledge. The location is nice in winter park

I had the most memorable wedding dress shopping experience at Something New Bridal! In all seriousness, it was one of the best and happiest days I have had all year (a very close second to getting engaged to my fiancé)! Dalake was the warmest and kindest shop attendant to me and my group of 7. I tried on so many beautiful gowns handpicked by Dalake. If I even remarked that I didnt like a certain thing on a dress or really liked another aspect of one the next dress was more and more attuned to what I was subconsciously looking for. Truthfully, I went in looking for what I thought I wanted, but came out with what I truly wanted but thought I could NEVER afford within my budget. I honestly can’t even begin to say enough good things about this store!!! I had gone to 4 bridal stores prior to coming here. All were nice but didn’t have what I wanted and everything has to be pretty drastically altered. We walked in were greeted by a very sweet girl. My mum in law and I explained what I wanted and that we had been having a lot of trouble finding it. Without skipping a beat she told me about there custom dress options and OMG they were so much more affordable than I expected! The owner and both associate I worked with were just incredible. They showed me all my options what could be done, helped me pick the fabric, lace, cut everything and I can’t express just how amazing it felt to be treated with such care. The owner took notes and we share pictures. She was so patient with me since I’m kind of clueless about fabric and all that. I must have asked for clarification on cuts or terms about 10x but she never got frustrated. I am so excited for my gown to come in and I so happy I went here! They have an amazing selection for a smaller store and the owner is so knowledgeable. Any bride has to go check out this shop. I promise you won’t be disappointed!

I bought my wedding dress from Something New, and I love it! I was able to do a dress off the rack within my budget, and the alterations will be minimal because it fits me so well. Their store is beautiful, they only schedule one bride at a time, and they have 4 different ladies pulling dresses for you, so that you get different styles/opinions. However, they schedule each bride only one hour apart....and I was having a hard time thinking because the ladies were constantly in and out, and they didnt really give me space to talk to my family. They keep the curtain of the dressing room closed until youre posed exactly right--so I spent a lot more time in the dressing room with the shop ladies than I did talking through things with my sister/family. By the time I found my dress and wanted to put on my veil to see the whole picture, their next bride was there and they had to move me to the lobby. They really strive to create a say YES to the dress experience, which I think a lot of people like! But I just felt a lot of pressure. Once the other bride was there and some of the ladies went away to take care of her, I felt more relaxed and was able to talk more with my sister and mom about the dress. If you want to have more time, or dont like having every sales lady staring at you, then I would go to a place that takes more than one bride or allows you more time to decide. But overall I would recommend SNB, since they have beautiful gowns and strive to find what you love! Thank you, SNB, for finding my dream wedding dress!

WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I will be honest, I accidentally made an appointment here when I was trying to book one at The Collection on Park Ave. Liz and Noelle were an absolute delight! I’m so happy I made the mistake and ended up here. I had previously bought a dress online that I was sure I was going to love, but wanted to just try shopping for the experience. They put me in dresses similar to the one I purchased online, which showed me I didn’t love that style. They found me a TO DIE FOR dress in a material I wasn’t sure I wanted to try. But I trusted their expertise and I’m so thankful I did. They made me feel beautiful and sexy. They didn’t treat me any different considering I had already purchased something and wasn’t a guaranteed sale for them. I recommend them over the pompous couture boutique down the street. This boutique was where I had my first wedding dress try-on experience, and it was one I will never forget. I felt like royalty as soon as I stepped through the doorway, surrounded by chandeliers, mirrors, and gowns of every design. I had the best experience at Something New! My bridal consultants were Liz and the owner, Dilek. They made me feel so comfortable while trying on dresses and understood what kind of style I was going for. They knew I was on a budget and only showed me dresses that were within that range. The place is so nice, cozy, and elegant! They gave me all the attention while I was there and really took the time to let me try on many dresses as well as re-try dresses on. I ended up not finding my dress the first time but did come back for a second appointment with those two ladies. At the second appointment I increased my budget a little bit and found the dress I love! At the second appointment they still made me feel special and did not rush me or anything! We chatted ahead of time and she asked me to send pictures of what I was looking for as well as my budget, so when I got there she already had quite a few dresses ready all within budget. When I put on “the one” we both knew it was a winner. She even gave me 10% off for their “hero discount” as I am a pharmacist and essential front line worker. It was honestly so touching and the icing on the cake of the most perfect dress experience.

Best wedding boutique ever! I have been to multiple boutiques and not one was near as good as this one taking care of their clients and making sure the clients family feel welcome. I loved my experience with SNBB! It was super easy to make an appointment and all very stress-free. Everyone was kind, patient, welcoming, and the variety of dresses was amazing! I’m very introverted, so the laid-back, professional, and intimate feel of the boutique was perfect (they don’t pressure you into anything). It was nice to just have my mom there instead of a hundred other people all looking for dresses. They really make you feel special and beautiful. They take their time with you to make sure you’re getting exactly what you want. The dresses are all intricately and beautifully designed. We went over our budget a bit, but you can tell you’re getting a quality product and service.I will probably have to get alterations done closer to the date, but they do not do them at the boutique. They do, however, suggest shops that they have worked with before, which is very nice.Do not miss out on their unique dresses!

I cant say enough good things about this bridal boutique. I had very limited time to find a dress and am so glad I found Something New. First of all, the shop is adorable. I had four women helping me the entire time and we were able to try on quite a few dresses during my appointment. Also, they were so respectful of my budget, never ONCE pulling a dress I couldnt afford (which was VERY different from other boutiques I visited). Of those, there were at least three dresses that were top contenders, which was amazing because I came in with very little idea of what I was looking for. This is also a great place for petite brides. At other shops, I had a really hard time visualizing myself in some of the sample sizes, but Something New happened to have quite a few dresses to try on in smaller sizes, which helped immensely. They were never once pushy and actually encouraged me to check out other boutiques, even though I was pretty confident I had found my dress in their salon. That meant that when I came back for my dress later in the day that I was that much more confident in my decision. Make an appointment here -- you wont regret it!

I bought my wedding dress at Something New Bridal boutique and I was delighted by how everything went. I live in Miami and drove 3,5 hours to Orlando because the boutique offered designer collections not available in Miami that I really wanted to try on. The staff is so very welcoming and my mother and I had a great time with them. When I decided to buy my dress, they shipped it to me within two days and that was it! It was a great experience from beginning to end, I strongly recommend!

While I ultimately did not purchase my wedding dress here, I had to leave a review because my experience was just SO wonderful!I reached out to Something New on Instagram to inquire about price ranges and they were very quick to respond. They answered my questions and scheduled my appointment via message within the same day. When I finally arrived for my appointment, I couldn’t believe how beautiful the boutique is! It has such a welcoming and refined atmosphere and the stylists I worked with were just the best. They truly make you feel like the only bride in the world. They worked with my family and me for about two hours and every dress I tried on was gorgeous. The bride’s changing room is great- it has two wall-sized mirrors to see every angle. The stylists dress you on the platform and when you’re ready, they swing a curtain open and your family is sitting right outside to see you. It’s also worth mentioning that their dress selection is very unique but they also have more classic options if that’s your thing.I think every soon-to-be bride would be so very happy with their experience here and I will be recommending Something New to my friends going forward!

I had an amazing experience buying my dress. The staff was extremely helpful and personable. They picked out several dresses for me based on what I was looking for -- it did not take me long to pick the one. The shop is beautiful and the dressing room is comfortable. I spent $3,000 on a custom made dress here. I walked in with a picture and was told by owner and sales people that they could custom make the exact dress. I was told I would be given a special carrying bag for my Dress since I was taking it on a plane for my wedding. The shop had me pick up my dress from their alteration’s lady and I’m not satisfied with the dress which shocked me because I never had a fitting for closure. It did not look like the picture and the sheer sleeves are ridiculous because the cuff are giant. I’m taking the dress to another alteration shop to have it fixed. Do not buy a custom dress here! Unsatisfied customer who is going to buy a proper storage bag from another wedding dress shop. The dress shop refunded half of the cost of dress. The neckline was huge and never fit. Dress looked bad in wedding pictures. It was too big in the bodice and chest.

What an exceptional experience at this beautiful boutique! I made an appointment and brought two friends along, we had the entire shop to ourselves with two wonderful consultants to help me in trying on dresses. I let them know from the start that my goal was to stay at $1,000 or under which I knew would not be easy! They took so much care in making sure we felt comfortable, were very honest in answering any questions, and even memorized each of our names! Every dress they picked out was beautiful and very flattering for my shape (size 12 with large bust) and I ended up finding my dream dress ! It has a broken zipper and a few beads that need fixing but they gave me a fantastic off the rack price and allowed me to stay well within budget though it will need some alterations. They were even patient with me when taking a moment to facetime my mom to see my dress since she wasnt able to attend due to covid which made it a very special moment. At the end they provided a champagne toast for saying yes to the dress! Cannot recommend this shop enough, if you are a new bride in the Orando area you should absolutely book an appointment!

Absolutely amazing experience! This is the first place I went to try wedding dresses on. I went to several more throughout the weekend and just kept thinking about what a remarkable difference in experience this place was compared to the others. The atmosphere is relaxing and sophisticated and you werent squished into a corner. My attendees had plenty of space and they had water and chocolates for them.The attendants go above and beyond to make you feel special as they were selecting dresses based off what I wanted instead of me trying to go through racks of dresses. I had three attendants for just me!! I was worried about my price budget ($1500) at such a nice boutique but there were plenty of dresses for me to try on. My overall experience was amazing and it is highly highly recommended. You will not be disappointment. So Glad I Said Yes at Something New Bridal Boutique!!

I went to several shops and Something New was the last place before making a decision. I called a day before and they had me come in next day they definitely work with your schedule. I went with my mom and my stylists were mother and daughter so we connected right away, they were amazing to work with very loving and listen to your needs. I finally found my dream dress and I owe it all to Adriana and her mother. I am very excited and cant wait to take my measurements soon and get my dress. I definitely recommend this place!

Came in with my wife a couple of weeks ago to try on wedding dresses and our experience was great. Christina and Adriana were great. They we swift, quick and to the point, which we loved. They new exactly what to pull and even pulled dresses she never would have herself. Our wedding is only 5 months away and Christina did advice us of the timeline. Who knew you had to pick out a wedding gown so far in advance!

Wow, what an experience!!! This salon is perfect for anyone looking for a personalized, private bridal experience. They have a huge room that you get into the dresses and then a curtain that opens up for your party to see. No squeezing into a tiny fitting room and sweating your butt of. The owner and the consultant that worked with us were so sweet in listening to all of our concerns or desires. They never once tried to push us into a design or price point that we were uncomfortable with like some of the other shops in the area. I absolutely would recommend this shop to anyone.

Amazing experience at this boutique! I needed a formal gown for a wedding and I was dreading shopping for one because I am a little overweight and large busted. Not only did this boutique have a large selection in my size, their personalized attention made me feel so special and not self conscious about my weight. This is such a beautiful store! I did not find my wedding dress here, but did order my bridesmaid dresses. I understand that brides dresses are extremely special, but I had my appointment while a bride was in and we received hardly any help because they were so busy with the bride. I wish they had scheduled my appointment at another time. My poor bridesmaid had to try on dresses together in the small closet where there dresses are. Thankfully I fell in love with a dress, but my poor bridesmaid were told to order dresses that ended up being huge. One bridesmaid wears a 00 and was told to order a size 8. I understand that many bridesmaid dresses run small, but all seven of my bridesmaids had to pay so much more when their dresses were getting altered because they were all so big. I felt so bad for my girls!

Ladies if you get dress here, I am sure you will be fine. The bride dress turned out wonderful. However, don’t let them handle your tuxedo rentals. Do yourself, your future husband, and all your guests a favor and go to Men’s Warehouse. None of the tuxedos that were rented for my buddies wedding fit correctly and every response from the store was pretty much tought luck that is the way it is even days before the wedding. The groom’s pants ripped all the way out when he sat down just before the wedding. It was a disaster, luckily he had a extra tuxedo at home from and old catering job. He ended up being late for his own wedding and we miss a lot of photos. The tux rental included no socks, and only 1 shirt and it was still $200. I usually am all about supporting small business, but not in this case. Poor customer service, cheap tuxedos, and no extra inventory to make corrections is too much of a headache. Getting a tuxedos from this place was like getting sushi from a gas station and you don’t go to the gas station to get good sushi, this was the same idea. Tuxedos are definitely not this business cup of tea. I suggest Men’s Warehouse and they are national wide. Great job on the dress though, I would give 4 stars there...

Something New Bridal Boutique deserves 10 stars. They did an amazing job with twin brides who have different styles. The team went above and beyond to style the girls and by the end of the visit, both were saying yes to their respective dress. Cant thank them enough for a great experience!!!Top notch boutique...staff are attentive, knowledgeable and fun to work with.If youre in the market for bridal attire, take the drive to Winter Park, Florida and check them out. You wont be disappointed!!!

Something New is intimate, cozy and one on one. The staff is professional, gracious and efficient! A beautiful staging area and sitting lounge will give you a relaxing experience! The only thing I did not like was the absence of parking, as it is near Park Ave. But I would put this company high on my list to try, as the dresses are gorgeous and fairly priced.

These dresses are beautiful, they are SO helpful and really listen and provide a comfortable and fun yet productive atmosphere!

Where to begin! I have nothing but great things to say!! When you walk in the ladies are nothing, but friendly and welcoming! You have the whole boutique to yourself, a beautiful big dressing room and they even give you a cute bride robe to wear!All my communication was done with Liz and she was so helpful and responsive, she even helped me without any issues when I changed my mind last minute and switched dresses!Unfortunately my family is in NY and I was too impatient to wait to go dress shopping so I went by myself, but the three ladies were so friendly and helpful I felt very comfortable! The only bad thing about coming here is that all of their dresses are beautiful it might be hard to choose one if you’re indecisive like me!!! Thanks again Something New!!!

I visited several bridal boutiques before Something New, and this store was hands down the best experience I could have asked for! Aside from the gorgeous and unique dress selection, the staff and atmosphere of this boutique are amazing. Dilek and her staff were also so patient, generous and kind with me from start to finish. After finding my dream dress at Something New, I visited the store several more times to piece together my bridal look, and each time I was treated with the same amazing customer service. Highly recommend!

I couldnt have asked for a better experience!!! This was my first time trying on wedding dresses, they were super nice and showed me all the options. They are a small, locally owned shop that is involved with the community; they have partnered with Harbor House. They staff is super friendly, and I never felt rushed or pressured to buy something. They have dresses of all sizes in stock for you to try on so you are comfortable trying the dresses on. Prices are very reasonable and they can customize a dress if you want (I am having straps added to mine). I would highly recommend Something New Bridal Boutique, it is a one of a kind experience with one of a kind dresses, and a great and caring staff.

Before I went wedding dress shopping, I was very anxious about how I would look and feel in the wedding gowns. I thought it was going to be just as stressful as the rest of the wedding planning. However they made me feel so welcome and provided the most excellent service I have ever received. The quality of the gowns were amazing, and they were also all so beautiful, it made choosing one difficult. However, they made the process so easy for me and they made me feel very special and beautiful the entire time I was there. The owner, Dilek, knows her stuff and listened to me when I told her the styles that I like. She did an awesome job choosing dresses she thought I would like. Her team made me feel very comfortable as well; Brooke and Kimberly are so sweet. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much for your help!!! An amazing experience and the most beautiful dresses of any shop we visited. The shop is beautiful and the customer service is amazing. The staff made my daughter feel like a princess. We went to every bridal shop in town, but no one could compare to Something New!! Of course we found her dress at Something New and could not be more pleased!!!

Very cute place and decent selection, however, the staff could use some work in the customer service department. I had three girls helping me (didn’t catch their names because of how they rushed me), two younger ones (who seemed as if they were still learning the trade) they were very sweet and caring- a lot better than the older brunette with glasses who was very crass and honestly rushed me in and out of each dress. She kept insisting that since my wedding was in 6 months there was “no way” I’d be able to order a dress & anything I chose would have to be “off the rack”. The entire experience was unpleasant and rushed- not amazing selection just “decent”. Wouldn’t recommend, unless you want a rushed and inconsiderate experience when picking out your dress.

WOW, I cant believe how amazing this place is! I made an appointment for a few places in one day and this was my last stop. I thought I had already found my dress but this place had such great reviews I decided to try it anyways. I could not be happier that I did! I fell in LOVE with one of their gowns and I never looked back to the original the one. They give one on one attention and you truly feel like a princess. I actually got the moment where my family cried like you always hear about when you find the right dress. They are professional, friendly, and give excellent customer service! I would highly recommend any bride.

It was a cute boutique but I wasnt impressed with their customer service. The girl behind the counter seemed to have an attitude and was kind of rude. They just dont give you that amazing bridal experience. So glad I purchased my dress from Minervas Bridal.

By far the best bridal dress shopping experience, the owner was lovely and I felt accepted and like I was in good hands. Could not recommend this place enough, they made me feel at home and made the experience so much less stressful.

This boutique was our third stop for wedding dress shopping. We definitely did not think that this would be our last stop. They picked the dresses I described but none of them were the right one. Dilek, with my budget in mind, picked out a dress so unique that I had to give it a chance. WOW, IT WAS THE ONE. She made suggestions for alterations that made this a custom dress just for me. During the next 10 months I lost a lot of weight and was in constant contact with the boutique staff. The ladies in the boutique were supportive and encouraging which made this whole experience wonderful. Dilek went above and beyond with her generosity and encouragement. The dress turned out to be a beautiful creation just for me. In the end, it was like saying goodbye to good friends.

I cant say enough good things about this Boutique! From the start, Kristina made sure to brings us delicious refreshments and get us settled and comfortable (We were a big group!). She asked the right questions to get me acquainted with the dresses because I wasnt sure what I was looking for! The owner, Dilek, then came to join and started picking out dresses for me to try on. She was very sweet, professional and definitely knew her stuff! All the dresses were beautiful but I did end up finding the perfect dress for my Wedding Day! I couldnt be happier. Before going to Something New Bridal Boutique, I had tried on wedding dresses in another city. I couldn’t find anything I was crazy about. Then I went to Something New Bridal Boutique and WOW! The first dress I tried on there was the dress I said yes to. I loved all the other dresses I tried on too but I knew the first one was the one. The fine detail and design was to die for. The owner, Dilek, has very unique and exquisite dresses at her boutique; she travels to Europe often to find rare and beautiful dresses, and they truly all are gorgeous. At this first visit, everyone was so helpful, they were focused on me and made me feel very comfortable. They also pinned all the dresses that I tried on perfectly so I could actually envision what I would look like in the right size. When I chose my dress, they got my exact measurements so they could send it to the designer; this worked out perfectly and when the dress arrived it fit so great and only needed a few alterations (that they do at the boutique for you)! The fittings and alterations went great and the final product fit perfectly. The boutique is intimate, comfortable and gorgeous inside. When I went back for my fittings, they opened an upstairs portion to the store and it was beautiful inside – tastefully designed and very relaxed. They were so helpful throughout the process and answered all of my questions. They also gave me great tips on undergarments to wear with the dress. I was so excited to wear the dress on the day of my wedding. It was (and probably will be) the most beautiful dress I will ever wear! I received so many compliments from my wedding guests. I’m preserving my dress because I can’t bear parting with it. My wedding pictures came out great and show the beautiful detail. THE place to go to get your wedding dress – stunning and one of a kind dresses (that you won’t find anywhere else) and fabulous service!

Had an appointment for my sister and was less than impressed..Very small store and to top it off they had her trying on dresses in their kitchen? Not a great selection of dresses and the staff was somewhat rude, dont waste your time. Unfortunately it was not a great experience

They were very understanding with my delayed flight and they had three girls bringing in dress after dress. They answer emails and phone calls in a very timely manner and the owner is available to help with any problems you have.

WoW! I cannot say enough great things about this place! The wedding dresses are all amazing! The whole staff is so professional. I got married on 5/2/15 and decided on a dress in late 2014. A lot of people tell you that is too short of notice for a wedding dress, but not Something New. They made this happen for me. I live in south FL but my family lives in Sanford. They were able to accommodate me even when I was coming into town last minute. Dalik and her staff are so welcoming and I would definitely recommend them to any and everyone!
