They are honestly not too bad for a Walmart. They are pretty clean and are usually in-stock with lots of things. Not too bad looking on the inside and they have some really friendly staff. Overall, not a bad place to shop. Prices are rising so that isnt good, but not really their fault.

As of writing this theres been an increase in good customer service. Has almost everything you could possibly need, its a Walmart! More than adequate parking, clean and currently as of writing this theyre going through a remodel. SO many more self checkout kiosks. Time will tell how well that does but I imagine its quite convenient.

One of the best Walmart in the area, always clean and organized, there is no such crowd in this place, I go shopping and do car gaz & maintenance here the service is always good.

Big store, I must say but not much products/goods.The signage does not tell exactly what’s on the isle. You get fruits, vegetables, meat, groceries, clothes, sweets etc.enough space at the parking lotOnly 3 cashiers on duty when I went and that was not very good, cos there were long queues since most people do not prefer the self cashier services.

Been there twice and had the steak fajitas both times because they are excellent. Good service from our waiters, but both times we had no silverware when our food arrived eventhough there was silverware on other tables that were empty. Took several minutes to get some. Good thing our food was steaming hot.

This use to be a nice Walmart but now it’s a mess. Rotting fruit, boxes everywhere, can’t find anything. This Walmart went downhill fast.

So this time was a 3 star. I went shopping and the first time I checkout the gentleman was awesome. Well I had forgotten drinks so I went back to get what I forgot. The second time I checked out the lady had a horrible attitude. Was not paying attention. This store needs to clean up it act.. Its a disgrace.

I stopped by to purchase several things in the evening around 6:20pm. This is my first visit to this store. First impression, the store was clean and well organized (a welcome surprise) I found that some items were priced better than the same items in other Walmart stores 👍. However; there was only a couple of registers open with cashiers. This is not unique to this store, this is all Walmart stores that I have visited in the Southeast of the US within the last 10 years.I waited in line for more than 15 minutes with only 2 people in front of me, and not a lot of items in their carts. The cashier appeared to be in training but in my opinion she should have been trained a little longer or should have had someone shadowing her longer. Customers shouldnt have to be delayed due to lack of training. I believe this is a failure of management. Walmart should improve on this issue.

Really awesome selection of goods. The organization of the store leaves a little to be desired but overall its worth the visit. Great clearance and seasonal sections and good prices!

This store is a mess. Went around 3pm and the store was busy, however boxes everywhere, couldnt get through the aisles with a wheelchair. Very unorganized and dirty. Guess theyre remodeling or something. The front is under construction.

I want to say Thank you again to two outstanding associates, Maritza and Horatio, for their diligence in locating an item in the store. They could have easily dismissed me, but they took customer service to the ultimate level. They are an asset to the organization.

Time to hire a new manager!!! Always the same, empty… You go to other Walmart or Publix and they are with full inventory. This location is always empty…

Out of all of the Walmart’s in the central Florida area this one is by far the least chaotic. It’s not as touristy and easy to navigate

What to say about Walmart Supercenter at Hamlin in Winter Garden?This is the best Walmart I have visited. In fact, it doesnt feel like one. It has to be because the area is still in development but the customer service is actually nice and they are very organized, especially with COVID-19 going on. The parking lot has many spots.There are many pickup spots for online orders, a gas station, a home and pharmacy, grocery store, beer, wine and spirits, and auto zone.Highly recommend it.

Pick up service was excellent. Friendly and courteous employees complement the service.Give them a raise !

Farewell Walmart. Although located in an upper scale community, you would never know it. This place is a train wreck with what only can be described as a clear lack of care or leadership. The facility itself is more unorganized than words can describe. Staff clearly lacks direction, enthusiasm, training, or customer care. It’s unfortunate that we as community tax payers have to withstand this atrocity. Fortunately there is a Target nearby that does not have the same issues as this joke of a retail store.

Updated: January 2021. Carts are not sanitized. Shop at your own risk. —- Primary negative is the checkout process. Perpetually long lines at self checkout and never enough human cashiers.

Overall, my visit was okay. We saw a very moldy orange in the produce section that shouldve been disposed of a long time ago, and the apples were already browning. Other than the produce, most of their products are satisfactory.

I absolutely LOVE this Walmart Supercenter! First off, the staff is always super friendly :) I get a “hello” every single time I walk in, and a “have a nice day” or something similar every single time I walk out. The greeter at the front of the store also always gives my son stickers on the way and he loves all of them. The staff at the self check out is always super helpful and super friendly as well! I’ve also been serviced in the tire center and they were very helpful and nice along with the prices being affordable.The shelves are always stocked pretty well and overall, most times I go to grocery shop, it’s not overwhelmingly busy. Many times, the aisles are not busy at all. The store is very clean and the prices are unbeatable. Highly recommend!

Pros:*It’s close by*Relatively easy to find way you need….until you need to check outCons:*You’ll spend 3 times as much time as you shopped… just to check out. I live literally 3 minutes from this location and always spent 15 minutes waiting to ring out but about 5 min finding what I needed.*It would be easy to blame the inattentive team but truth be told the leadership can’t train these folks to be helpful.*This would be the perfect location to automate a majority of the roles, because you for sure aren’t here for the “experience” hahaha.*I guess it’s easy to demand attention as a Walmart location when it’s close to Disney World. Too bad they maintained the culture of opening as a fantastic location and slowly drifting into mediocrity.

Its Walmart. One thing I can tell you its dont bother making an appointment for your vehicle. It is first come first served. I arrived at 2:30 for a 3:00 appointment and waited until 4:00 for my vehicle to get into the shop. I finally left the store at 5:00.

So at this location. I feel Walmart does not have anything. In fact the same products can be found all around the store. When you go to other Walmarts it makes you think if Horizon West location is going out of business. Also, most product they sold out of.

Nice store, clean but customers service is horrible. I was cheecking out and asked about 5 gallons water Primo. Charlene said she had code to ring up. Charlene couldnt find the code. She made me to go get the 5 gallons water by myself while Charlene and Joseph to stand at register to watch me to get it for them to ring up. Joseph offered to go to get it but Charlene said he is not allowed ( provide service??) She made him to stand there to watch me to get it. I felt so offended and asked for her name. She asked do i need to speak to someone? and giggled and think it is funny to watch me to go get bottle of water. I never experience anything like this. This is so bad customers service toward consumers. I spend money at your store and this what i got treat like dirt. Never come back again. Everyone be aware of Charlene. A bad apple for company.

Typically this is the best walmart in all of central FL. Today they were remodeling a section near the pharmacy and no one knew where q-tips were, SMH.4 stars for now, but Im sure theyll be back at 5 stars once they are all set up.

TERRIBLE! I walked in at 715pm went to the electronics dept to purchase a laptop. There was one associate that was there and asked to purchase one of the laptops that was displayed. He said it was out of stock. Me, ok when are you getting more in? Him, I don’t know. Me, seriously you can’t tell me? Him, well let’s see if you can order online...yep it’s a lot more money. Me smh I’ll keep looking then he disappeared. I found another laptop I was going to purchase but nobody to found. I waited 30 minutes and finally an associate was walking by and I asked her to help me. She said she would call somebody for me. Ok I waited another 30 minutes and nobody showed up, so I went to the front of the store and asked a few associates to get the manager for me and they looked dumbfounded. So I went around the store seeking help, nobody could help. I want back to the electronics dept and finally a woman claiming to be the assistant manager tried to help me but she didn’t have the keys to the laptops smh again as she tried to get somebody to help her. It was 9pm when I finally gave up and walked out. Would give zero stars if I could.

Went to the Walmart Auto Service Center to purchase a battery for my vehicle and I was most please with the service. The attendant and supervisor went above and beyond with the service. These guys were warm, friendly, polite, knowledgeable, courteous just to name a few.. 😁I even got air in my tired that was going low. I was surprised🙄. I was really happy with the level of service. Also the price was good .Didnt know Walmart could pull off that level of service but yep, they did. Good job guys. Hooray to Walmart 👏

This is your usual Walmart. About 30% of the time items are out of stock or misplaced, lines are usually long (with only 3 lanes open), and the employees are always doing 1 of 3 things.1. Chatting2. Doing something random that looks like busy work3. Purposely ignoring you when you try to get help.Go when you need to and just keep your expectations responsible.

Always like walmart for prices and items including grocery items. For vegs best to go around noon.

I have never been to a cleaner and nicer Walmart then this one. Literally make it a point to visit there once every time I come down to Florida for a visit.

Terrible services, Ive been calling for 2 days trying to get in touch with the deli department to make a order for a corporate party, needed lots of party trays. no answer ever when Im put thru to the deli depart the operator either hangs up on me or just put me on hold, I will just take my money and order from publix. another lost customer walmart way to go!

I love the convenience of having this store so close to home. However, things have change dramatically here in the past 2 years. They do have a fantastic manager in the bakery and he could not be more awesome but for the rest of the costumer service is kind of a hit or miss. The store stock is average compare to other Walmart stores but the location is what makes me come back.

Big store, lots to offer, the people that work there are very nice. The DD is very clean and has been a go to for us many mornings. The pharmacy has been outstanding, theyve always been helpful and quick.

When they first opened, they were great. Now I find that its tough to get help from the employees you see on the floor, the produce isnt great, and theyre starting to have that challenge that many WalMarts have, of random stuff being put on shelves by the patrons, and bad labelling.

Nice and clean. Restocking shelves could use a lil work.

I am very unhappy with the delivery! I made my purchase online in the app, but all hours were full I had to pay an extra amount for fast delivery. When I received my order I was totally wrong! I was told it could be the wrong order, but I was not even interested in the content .!! there to return my money it takes 5 to 10 business days!! this is absurd because the error is not mine! disappointed with the lack of organization in the delivery sector and the delay in solving my problem!

Hot mess and a half. Grocery Pickup is always a bit chaotic, many of the associates inside dont speak to you or respond when you need assistance, which is disappointing.

All staff on the pick up service are always happy and very polite. All of them exceed my expectations every time I use the services.

Depending on the time you get here, there is usually a VERY short wait time for purchases. Its always clean here and most of the people here are quite friendly. As it goes for most places of business however, there are still customers that get away with not wearing a mask because they become confrontational. I witnessed this a few times on my way out.

We enjoy this Walmart, very clean, organized, staff are friendly and helpful. Beware of checking your pricing, several times have had to check my receipt for double scans, then have to stand in line at customer service for refund. Sometimes the times ring up at higher pricing, so for this reason giving a four star for over pricing and double scans. When we leave there is always a line at the auto center so it must be good. Just figured out they carry Kithcen Aid products, so though a few snaps to remind me for later would be nice.

Personnel at auto care is simply lazy on Sundays. I waited for almost 30 minutes outside for an oil change. No one came out to the car queue. In fact I stepped out of the car and one employee told me to go back in the car and wait.

I had to change my review. Just because of the pick up area. We made an order and we even cannot cancel the order neither pick it up! And nobody answer the damned stores phone! Its impossible to get any information about this order. And this was not the 1st time. We gotta lesson: Walmart ONLY in person. The help center helps nothing as well.

Items from the website were not in the store and staff didnt really know about stock or pricing. It was clean, though.

I find the staff and employees easy to get along with even as a 71 year old.

I tried to return two items a total of three times. Each time there is a different excuse. The first time customer service was closed. Next time I needed the exact card. Third time the machines are down. I won’t spend another dollar here.

Electric shopping cart needed. This store has only 2 electronic carts for handicapped people who are unable to walk. It makes shopping there almost impossible. If you are lucky enough to find one of these carts, they are in such poor shape ( panels falling off, wheels and rough so you have a VERY bumpy ride). You need more of these carts and you need to maintain them, Until this happens, we have no way of shopping there.

Easy to find stuff, very well organized, clean Isles and super clean bathrooms. Their prices are very competitive compared to other stores that sell basically the same products. I also took my car to get checked and they were very professional and punctual with the time they told me it would be ready

It’s a Walmart . For a Walmart, location is clean and relatively well staffed. Only issue is that they leave a lot of registers closed so lines are long.

They dont have the product .. and the app they say they have.. long drive..for nothing

Love this place. The waitresses are always great. Food is always good. We always get the 3 for $10. My wife loves there margaritas.
